The few things I don't like. The workers don't have no courtesy. Especially the women. Second their breakfast I don't like. I think they warm up the breakfast Sandwich because the the bread is flat. Really flat! Don't taste fresh. I had another burger King breakfast sandwich and it's not like that. They remodeled the place but their food they need to get better

So this Burger King kinda sucks. They're often out of things like large cups and tea. Their staff is often rude. On the app, you can't add extra sauce on sandwiches. They charge 30 cents not only for sauces, but also for extra tomatoes or onions on a sandwich that normally doesn't include them. Wanna know what an extra 30 cents got me on my sandwich? A single slice of tomato. Don't go to this location for food in Magnolia; you're much better off going to Wendy's or even McDonald's for a decent meal.

3# Another bad review. Counter workers need to learn basic manners (can I help you, thank you, ect). I asked for a diet coke since the dinning room machine was not working. All I got was a couple of grunts from one and nothing from another. My advice, wait in line at McDonalds. 2# I never got to the food. I was the only person there and waited at the counter awhile. Finally got a “be with you in a minute “ from the drive through person. 1# I ordered a meal and gave the worker a 20. I received my change and was waiting for my order, I looked at the menu again and realized that I was over charged. I confronted the worker when he came back and he said he upgraded my order and that was why it was more than on the overhead menu. I advised that I wanted what I ordered for the price on the menu (trying to stay under 10). He advised otherwise and I just asked for a refund. Upon refunding, he short changed me. When I questioned his money counting ability, he said he was the manager. This is what is wrong with Burger King, poor management. Good luck getting your order and count your change.

It's burger king. It's amazing. However, when I found out how they cooked the Impossible Burger, i was upset. I'm definitely a meat eater, but I wanted to try it. It was great. Tasted great....but they cook it in the grease from real meat or heat it in the microwave...😐😐😐😐 This may not bother me personally, but it bothers me for others who aren't meat eaters. This is something I do disagree with and hope that they can change that process soon if they want that to be a big seller. Also, this location isn't oriented enough for me. Everyone behind the counter are always on their phones.

Just visited the local Burger King and was over charged. If you have a coupon for a price of $6.99 how is it possible for your total price to be $11.04 and you just got two whopper jrs and two medium fries as the coupon says. Someone doesn't know how to do calculations. Will not be going back to Burger King anymore.

They need to blow this franchise up an start again the food they serve an sell is garbage. Very dangerous to peoples health and the workers don't care about how they fix it. Cold an disgusting I'll never ever eat there again until they destroy it an start over with real food like they used to serve. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY YOUR HEALTH WILL BE IN DANGER OF YOU CONSUME ANY OF THE FOOD!

Stopped here after a ball game. Ordered two burgers and a chicken wrap. Had to pull to the side and wait 20 mins for a wrap and a burger and the burger wasn’t even right. Now I remember why I never stop there. Something like this happens every time

The lady at the drive through made me move around the drive through for the next customer and then didn’t bring my drink. When she did, she didn’t bring a straw. I was trying to tell her she forgot my straw and she acted like she didn’t hear me and walked away. Drink was also wrong. First and last time at the “I don’t give a damn about anybody” Burger King.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I was in there on July 1st and we stood at the counter for 15 minutes without being acknowledged by any employee. We left and went to Dairy Queen but they were closed due to storm damage so we went back to burger King hoping to get some service. This time we were in line behind 3 other couples and not one employee said anything to us, acknowledged our existence or anything. I would definitely not recommend this particular location because they obviously don't give a damn about their customers!

We tried burger king again today to see if any changes. We will not bother eating here again, if your people dont care. This review,was a month ago, went from a 5 star down to one, what happened to the friendly service. The lady who was at the counter appartantly to busy to actually take an order .
