Been awesome for some years, but the quality of the pizza has been notably declining compared to newer pizza places on the neighborhood.

El día de hoy hice un pedido en dominos en la tienda de Majadahonda de avenida España, sé que es hora del partido pero mi pedido llegó hora y media después de haber hecho el pedido, cuando me ponían que entrega estimada sería 49 min después de haber hecho el pedido, intento comunicarme por teléfono el cual imposible no lo cogían o colgaban después de estar esperando que contestaran. No soy una persona que suele poner reclamaciones, incluso llegó el pedido muy tarde y ya ni le dijimos anda al chico de envíos, pero lo pero de todo fue que pedimos helado de chocolate belga con la promoción 2x1 y me llegan dos de macadamia, esto último fue como la cereza del pastel, sinceramente no sé si es porque ya no tenían de chocolate y nos meten otro sabor solo por beneficio de la tienda, mi pareja es alérgico a la macadamia así que muy mal sabor de boca. Entiendo que si es algún evento en este caso un partido de fútbol si están sobrecargados de pedidos pues que no acepten más pedidos y respetar los tiempos de envío, que en mi caso hubiera pedido en otro sitio. No volveré a hacer ningún pedido

2 pizzas medianas y ración de pollo rebozado (4 piezas)! Las pizzas ridículas de tamaño (nunca me llegaron así de pequeñas) redujeron el tamaño exageradamente. Una pizza de casa Tarradellas es más grande que eso!

Esto ha sido fatal el chico que me atendió casi me ha regañado diciéndome que que tenía que terminarme de comer la pizza para volver a pedir y yo ya había terminado pero mi pareja no, entonces para que yo pague que no podía botar nada y además las pizzas han sido muy malas

Lamentable. Dos horas han tardado en traer las pizzas, a las 11 de la noche, después de estar 45 minutos al teléfono porque aparecía como entregado. Llegan y el repartir dice que no le funciona el datáfono y después de 10 minutos sin dar ninguna solución las pizzas se van igual que llegaron. Una vergüenza de personal, nada resolutivos

Otra decepción con esta cadena de restaurante , son las 13:30 y nos indica que solo tiene masa fina , que no tienen cebolla . Al final te hacen una pizza de retales porque no tienen de nada . Y la máquina de refrescos funciona mal . Te mojas todo el brazo y la Coca Cola sale a presión como si de un lavado de coches se tratara

El sabado 20 de febrero, hice un pedido de 2 pizzas medianas. Una de ellas con extra de salsa de tomate. En 30 minutos recibi las pizzas, pero la de extra de salsa no solo no lleva el extra sino que no tenia nada de tomate. Hablo con los señores de dominos y me dicen que no me coma la pizza y que me mandan otra. Les digo que son para niños y que se van a comer alguna ya que tienen hambre. Me dicen que no, les digo que no es mi culpa y que tienen hambre los niños y van a comer algun trozo. Despues de discutir me dicen que llevan otra pizza. Lo que ocurre despues es que traen una pizza muy desagradable, incomible como si fuese una sopa. Los niños no se pudieron comer la pizza ya que tenia exceso de salsa. Hablo con el encargado y no le dio la mayor importancia. Soy un cliente habitual de sabados pero despues de este trato no me esperen. Ahi tienen las fotos para ver la poca gracia que me hizo, ver por segunda vez una pizza mal hecha, sin ganas, incluso pense que lo hacian aposta, espero que no fuera asi.

I just called to book an appointment. They told me 45 minutes, I gave them the address, and they said it would be an hour. They asked if I was going to wait that long, and I told them it had gone up. They said they'd seen the address and it was on the other side of town (a lie). Because of their rudeness, I told them I'd rather not wait, and they hung up on me. First and last time. If I ever call again, I'll go in person, and if they have any further issues, they'll get a formal complaint. Let's be more careful when we answer calls, people.

What a disgusting place! I waited an hour, only for some rude person to call and tell me in a very unpleasant way that my order was cancelled. I hope things go terribly for you.

Two-for-one medium pizzas for €30 each? Have we lost our minds? Are you seriously asking €30 for a pizza from a fast-food chain? It's insane. For that money, I can get a Neapolitan pizza baked in a wood-fired oven... with top-quality ingredients. I ordered it here for my kids, who wanted to try it... I couldn't believe the prices. Of course, then there are the two-for-one deals and other offers. If you price them at €100, you can offer five for the price of one... For the quality of these pizzas, it's outrageous and a complete rip-off. Never again. A scam.

Unfortunately, the second time, the service and customer service are once again horrible. Not only do they arrive 35 minutes late, but when you ask for an explanation, they laugh in your face, making you look like a fool. I hope many people read this review so they think twice about ordering from this place, because they'll most likely laugh at you. I will never order from this place again, and I will never recommend it.

I really like Domino's, but the truth is that this store in particular makes the worst pizzas I've ever had from Domino's. I've tried picking them up to see if they could be better if they're hotter, etc., since they usually take a while to arrive. Well, no way. They use so few ingredients that it seems like they'll be even better that way, I don't know. One disappointment after another. And I've ordered at least four times, and it's just as bad. So I gave up and now I order from Telepizza. Also... the prices for micro-medium pizzas are incredibly dire... anyway. Either they get their act together and give that store a makeover, or they'll continue to leave a lot to be desired, and on top of that, with those prices...

I ordered two gluten-free pizzas, which cost me between 26 and 27 euros! I received two mini pizzas, perfect for wearing as slippers because they were so hard. I asked for them to be cut, but nothing... I didn't even eat them, what a disappointment! Very bad.

I swear, this is how my pizza arrived. Thanks, Michel Steveen (you're a great delivery guy), you devoured half a pizza and didn't even try to hide it. Legend, I hope I get to deliver food to your house someday. Domino's, put a sticker on the boxes like other pizzerias do so they don't open them. Thanks and goodbye, I'm going to eat the last can of tuna I have in the pantry.

I waited for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes. I came in at 9:00 at night and left at 11:00, almost midnight. Because I ordered a bacon and cheese pizza, and it took a long time to deliver. When they delivered it to me, they gave it to me with a thin crust. I also asked for a full cube, and instead of giving it to me in the cube that was shown on the screen, they gave it to me on trays. After an hour, they brought me the wrong pizza. They brought me a Hawaiian. My friend's pizza looked better than mine. I don't recommend it at all. There are better places to go than this Dominos.
