Las hamburguesas están buenísimas, la carne jugosa y con un sabor espectacular. Sin duda repetiré. Recomiendo hacer reserva porque al entrar te preguntan.

Fuimos a Black Label Urban Grill tres niñas y dos adultos, y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. Comimos súper bien, todo estaba buenísimo y el servicio fue inmejorable: rápidos, atentos y muy profesionales en todo momento. Lo que más me gustó fue el canelón, las costillas, el Mac & Cheese y, especialmente, las quesadillas… ¡espectaculares! Todo estaba cuidado al detalle y se nota la calidad. Volveremos sin duda, un gran descubrimiento!!

He ido ya varias veces y siempre nos trataron de lujo, esta última vez (lunes) que no había mucho ajetreo los camareros estuvieron súper pendientes y muy amables, mejor servicio imposible. La comida, las hamburguesas están todas espectaculares, a mi que me encanta el crunchy chicken, no había probado una tam bueno en muchos otros lados, las angus y demás tambien están muy buenas y por si no lo sabíais también tienen vegetarianas, que fuimos con un amigo que la probó y nos gustaron tambien. El sitio está muy bien decorado y el ambiente y con la música y todo se está muy a gusto, muy recomendado.

He ido varias veces, y siempre la experiencia es excelente. En esta ocasión, el camarero que nos atendió anoche fue super amable y agradable. La comida, como siempre, riquísima. Pedimos los mac&cheese, unas costillas bbq, croquetas y unas patatas rancheras. Todo increible.

This was my first visit but my sister had been before. She was right! It was a delightful restaurant. I had chicken thighs and Spanish potato which was divine, my husband had rib eye steak which was cooked to perfection. My sister had pork ribs which were enormous but they went down a treat! The service was great with a great welcome from the owner despite the fact we were 20 minutes late. A great find, would recommend without hesitation. Thank you for a fantastic end to our first full day in Malaga

Absolutely fantastic! I had the Texas BBQ Burger (#4 from USA en Tus Manos, with pulled pork) and it was next-level delicious. The beef patty was perfectly grilled, the smoky BBQ sauce paired beautifully with the juicy pulled pork, and the cheese tied it all together. Every bite was packed with flavor and melt-in-your-mouth goodness. 🍔🔥 The vibe of the restaurant is modern and urban, the service was fast and friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. If you love big, bold American-style burgers, the Texas BBQ with pulled pork is a must-try in Málaga! 🌟

There were a lot of Italian restaurants around, but I fancied something meaty and luckily we stumbled across this beauty. We were greeted by Friendly staff, who spoke excellent English. Ordered a classic burger and a big wom chicken burger. Very well presented and cooked to perfection. Also had a warm brownie with ice cream and a lotus cheesecake, all made in house. Delicious. Can't recommend it enough.

Great burger and really great service. Went during lunch and it was on the empty side . Had a great conversation with the manager. Burger was cooked perfectly ( asked for medium rare ) Got the waygu meat. Onion rings were very good on the Texas burger. Fries were good as well. Portion size was generous. Highly recommend when you want something other than tapas. Will go back .

I have been eating here since 2016 and most of the menu is gluten free friendly. The burgers are just fantastic as you can choose between meat, chicken and veggie options. One friend said that the rib eye was the best he ever had in Spain. Highly recommend

Update The service is so much better and now I feel that the food is also better than my last visit. I am so happy to see places improve. I had high expectations due to the raving reviews. The service got better when they noticed that we had been a little bit ignored (they took a while to give us cutlery and take our drink order). The admin is a lovely person and made up for it with much better service. The food was good but not mind blowing since I expected better flavour. I ordered a smash burger and I expected better seasoning and well grilled onions. The fries were not very good as they seemed too fried and stale (maybe the oil was overburnt). Besides that we all liked our plates.

Gianluca and Matias were AMAZING hosts! We literally felt like we were so warmly welcomed, feeling like we should definitely come here again as if we should consider ourselves being at home here. We asked Gianluca for recommendations and we went with all of his recommendations; which included the wings, the quesadilla, and the ribeye.. OMG, everything exceeded our expectations beyond belief and to top it off, we had the death by chocolate dessert which its name pretty much explains itself. .. divine!!! we will definitely be coming back here again as we literally live right across the street. I can’t believe this was our first time coming here… so so good!! Thank you! 🙏 😍🤗

We came here around 7:55pm. There was a line already outside. They opened later than 8pm. I think that's around 8:15pm already. Honestly at first we were thinking to leave the line and find another restaurant because they opened late. But then again, we also have to consider this is Spain not Germany hahaha!!! Also, we were weighing down our thoughts like "if there's a line here probably the food is really that good". So in other words, we were just mentally complaining about TIME but moved on and we sat down. We ordered Nachos, Spare ribs and BMB. The serving time was also long but the food was really WORTH THE WAIT. The spare ribs is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The serving was huge (because i'm Asian) I was surprised then I remembered...Americans and Europeans are huge hahaha!!! It was as huge as half of my arm for 18.5€. I was like wowww! The best and worth the money! Also, the staffs were warm or I think that's the owner or manager. He speaks English. He was funny and friendly. To summarize with, I recommend eating here. The price is VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY HAHA and REALLY DELICIOUS. 😍

I would highly recommend the black Angus ribs with sweet potato fries. I had them two nights in a row and both were equally great. My friends had the calamari tower and a blue cheese burger. The blue cheese burger had a superb combination of just the right amount amount of blue cheese (not too much but still giving it a great taste).

Great burger restaurant in Malaga. It's very central. It's located in the old town. Huge variety of burgers and drinks. The burgers are a great portion..and a nice selection of appetizers to share with friends. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great and quick service too. The decorations are modern and very western style. The prices are decent for what I ordered. You should try it if you're looking for a great burger while you're staying in Malaga.

Words can’t describe how this burger tasted. You need to try this yourself....!! I had the “big label”, what means double of everything that belongs on a good burger :) Besides that the restaurant looks pretty amazing, clean, nice and modern decorated and the staff was very polite and more then friendly. El lugar es muy bonito y los empleados son simpáticos. Tienen muchas opciones, no solo hamburguesas: como entrantes, probamos los aros de cebolla, ¡buenísimos con sus salsas! Los dos salimos muy satisfechos. Recomiendo pedir la carne especial, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que cuesta 3 euros más, y lo mismo con las patatas dulce. Pagar un extra por la carne vale la pena, pero 3 euros más por las patatas me pareció un poco demasiado… además, ese detalle no está indicado en el menú, o yo no vi. En general, los precios están en la línea de otras hamburgueserías del centro.

Muy buenas hamburguesas, carne jugosa y sabores bien equilibrados. El ambiente es agradable y el personal atento. Por poner pegas, las papas vinieron un poco frías y la espera fue algo larga en hora punta. Volvería porque vale la pena.

Truly delicious burgers here. My partner and I ordered two burgers to share. We got the classic burger and the classic fried chicken burger (but substituted for the spicy fried chicken). Both were amazing, but specifically the fried chicken burger is on par with the ones I usually eat in the United States. The only thing I dock points on is that the service was just okay. Can't wait for the next time I'm in Málaga because I will for sure return.

The burgers were just amazing! Juicy. Tasty. Greasy. Flavoury. They could improve on the options for international tourists. No English menu and our waiter did not speak much English, so could not ask for recommendations or info on the ingredients. Also no menu for drinks. But other than that it's a great place if you feel like having a burger.

Overall, a good meal. The 100% American ambiance is very faithful, both in the decor and in the names of the dishes. As for the dishes, the chicken is good but the black angus steak doesn't seem to be of very good quality, but the burgers are still good! The staff are friendly, but the meal was quick: no sooner had one of us finished than his plate was cleared without waiting for the others to finish. When we had all finished, the bill was given immediately. Even if I understand that the restaurant wants to serve as many people as possible, it's still a bit oppressive. The price of the dishes is touristy, but the quantity/price ratio is OK, on the other hand the quality/price ratio could perhaps be reviewed.

Guiado por muchas opiniones, fue a este restaurante de hamburguesas, el camarero que nos atendió, lo hizo estupendamente, pero a pesar de que el bar estuviese vacío nuestro pedido tardó más de 20 minutos, estando lleno lo entendería, las luces rojas y verdes molestan al cabo de un rato, pero lo importante la comida, todo estaba bastante bueno, lo que pasa que por otro lado tampoco destacan, es bajo mi opinión, otra hamburguesa más, no es cara ni barata, las patatas correctas, las batatas no. En general esperaba más de ellas pero en general me parecieron bien.

Es la segunda vez que voy con mi pareja y el entrante y las hamburguesas execelente, la atención si fue mala , los camareros muy amables pero el servicio demasiado lento ya que estuvimos 1 hora esperando a que nos tomarán el pedido , casi 2 horas para terminar de cenar y luego esperábamos cerrar la noche con una tarta de queso de Lotus y nos supo la tarta a cebolla cruda. Cabe aclarar que luego de comentarle al camarero nos han descontado la tarta.

Las hamburguesas estaban bastante buenas, pero los nachos que pedimos de entrantes sabían más al aceite de la fritura que a los propios ingredientes. Caro para lo que es. Los camareros muy simpaticos pero el servicio, muy muy pero que muy lento. Teníamos reserva a las 9.30 y nos tomaron nota a las 10.15. La comida llego a las 23.05. Servicio muy lento.

HORRIBLE LUGAR para comer… primero tardaron muchísimo tiempo en tomarnos la orden, después esperamos por la comida más de 40min! 😡😤😡😠🤬😖 Pero eso no es todo pedí solo dos cosas: costillas BBQ (7/10) y una ENSALADA CRISPY SALAD (0/10) fue horrible porque decía que llevaba un aderezo vinagreta de miel y mostaza a lo cual ellos lo que me entregaron fue lechuga bañado en salsa de solamente mostaza, ni siquiera pude comérmela… EN FIN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA Y MÁS POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL QUE TUVO UN TRATO CONMIGO DE DESINTERÉS.
