Hay veces que sientes tan buen rollo que merece la pena pararse a poner una reseña! Da gusto que en un ambiente como el aeropuerto tan frenético se paren a sonreírte y a solucionar cualquier malentendido. Cuidad ese buen ambiente que vale oro :)

Es el BK donde más pedidos me he encontrado en la cola y es impresionante lo rápido que los sacan. Las patatas y demás salen recién hechas precisamente por la anta demanda. Teniendo en cuenta que es una cadena de comida rápida, ésta es especialmente rápida. Los del personal, son unos máquinas!

Quick service and although my receipt was not printed from the machine, that wasn't an issue. Highlight of the meal: the chips. An explosion of textures and flavours. Just what's needed before a flight! 8 hours to go :)

Ismael was very helpful when we couldn’t order kids meals on the machine. Lost 1 star as very expensive but that’s not his fault.

Muy buen ambiente y excelente servicio. El lugar es agradable y se siente un ambiente muy cómodo. El trato del personal fue muy bueno en general, aunque los precios me parecieron un poco abusivos. Aun así, quiero destacar especialmente a Kike, que fue muy amable, atento y marcó la diferencia con su trato. Sin duda, su atención hizo la experiencia mucho mejor.

Price was astronomical and thats what has brought my rating down. But the service was very fast and on point, a special shout out to Nuria, as I spilt my coke all over the table and my food,and she took care of it within seconds !!

It was very clean and spacious. However, I was surprised that there weren't enough menus, even whopper jr. What's worse, I couldn't choose whopper in the burger menu but only a set combo. It's absurd that I paid 21 Euros for Burger King. :D I believe the most important thing is the customer service. The way they treat their customers were so disappointing. They threw burgers on the tray and were busy chatting and laughing when serving. I said thank you at the counter when I picked it up but they were so busy chatting and giggling. Wow! Great customer service!

This Burger King restaurant made it clear: Burger King plays in its own league. A league below McDonald's. Everything was inferior, from the ordering experience to the presentation to the taste. The kiosk had no receipt paper. I was lucky that the waiter didnt ask for the number. Second, food presentation. Semi smashed burgers with the patties almost put of the bun. Third, the taste. The entire burger just tasted stale. If it had no sauce it would feel like I'm eating a bunch of nothing. I got the double bacon cheese, salt cannot recommend that. My friends experience was similar. The disappointment was big when i saw there is no McDonald's. BK is the clown here. But they have the Monopoly at the Airport. Truly disappointing...

Hoy día 10/10/2025 a las 5:33 de la mañana, el personal que esta trabajando, fatal, la comida tirada dentro de la cajita para niños. La encargada porque de malas formas tiraba la comida en la bandeja, incluso tiraba los paquetes de salsa sobre las papas. Se quejaban de los clientes, la verdad que pésimo el servicio y la comida.

He ido a pedir cena a las 21:15 cuando todavía quedan quince minutos para que cierren. Todas las pantallas para hacer pedidos las tienen ya cerradas y solo se puede hacer pedido en caja. Les pregunto por las opciones de menú y la respuesta es “vamos a cerrar ya, así que lo que ves en las pantallas”. Le pregunto por los precios y recibo como respuesta “eso ya a estas horas no te puedo decir”. Vamos que el horario de apertura lo cumplen como les da la gana. Espero que los responsables tomen cuenta de ello, ya que por supuesto yo no he podido cenar pero del mismo modo han perdido un cliente que hacía uso del restaurante al menos dos veces por semana.

Habiendo por lo menos más de 10 empleados detrás del mostrador, los clientes esperando, sólo un empleado montando los pedidos y el resto de empleados hablando entre ellos. Todo muy sucio, tanto las mesas, sillas, como el suelo. Antes era el sitio más barato para beber cerveza en el aeropuerto,pero ya,hasta lo veo caro, no merece la pena...

A message to whoever is in charge of this place: TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES GOOD MANNERS! More specifically to the guy shouting the order numbers: next time you want to look “superior” than the other customers by shouting in their faces to wake up and look at the numbers on the screen, please be SURE you make the orders right without missing any part of it! This lack of good manners is truly unacceptable, you’re lucky i didn’t ask for your supervisor because i sincerely don’t give a none about you and your worthless behaviour! Hope you get fired soon dear boy, it would be such a blessing for the entire airport! This happened on 28th of december, 2025

The prices were disgraceful even for an airport, we spend 65 euro on simple sandwiches for 4 people. More than we spend on dinners in restaurants in the city of Malaga. When I went to collect my order the lady behind the counter was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for a straw and counted to make sure I didn’t take too many! Fries were also cold. Different menu with higher prices, and with very limited product selection. Prices are astronomical. 9.50€ for a long chicken (long? it has the same size as the kids menu in McD). You'd better off be scammed somewhere else with a proper jamón serrano sándwich for 10€. On top of that, it is very dirty already at 8am

This place is cheating. I ordered 'gigantic'drink and a frech fries with price 15,65€. I only got a 'gigantic' soft drink but normal fries. I even took a foto and asked for that accident but people look so tired so it didn't work.

Awful experience. Chicken nuggets tasted of cardboard. Chips tasted of nothing. Sprite tasted like some sort of mouth wash. Don't be fooled here, go somewhere else, anywhere but not here.

The food was good, but the price was astronomical! We had to remove items for the order to be a reasonable price. The wait time was 30 minutes, since it was completely full. The floor was extremely dirty, there were even socks on the floor!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - waste of time and money. Worst experience at any F&B establishment ever. They already charge obscenely higher prices for being at an airport — I paid almost €50 for myself and 2 friends then waited 30+ minutes for our turn. Eventually I had to leave without picking up the food because boarding to my flight was about to close. Absolute mess - either hire more people to process the orders, or control the amount of orders that can be placed at a given time.

If you don’t want to miss your flight or your food, you’d better order 1 hour or more before your time to go to gate. It’s totally a mess, confusion, the screen are out of work (they show your order is ready to collect but actually not), the collecting is relying on the staff shouting, no one’s cleaning the table, people are gathering around the counter and the producing is busy and seems out of order… we know it’s hard to manage so many orders and customers, but at least you need to have a machine in effective working which can ease the staff to more efficient works! We waited 50 minutes and luckily we took our food before the gate closing, but obviously a lot of people cannot make it, and they should go to plane with hungry bellies and with their money paid! Who can imagine a Burger King cannot deliver the order until about 1 hour?

Absolutely disgusting. The restaurant is FILTHY. Dirty glass and the floor and tables haven't been cleaned for days! It's really disgusting! The food was awful too. Undercooked chips of which I took back and was given same chips just in a different packet. Staffed laughed at me and shook their heads. Unbelievable! Burger cold and rubbery. Just avoid. What a terrible representation of Burger king. I threw mine away and went somewhere else. What a waste of €19.
