Specialists in baked potatoes, although they have everything (sandwiches, hamburgers, pizzas, etc.). Great atmosphere and good service, plus a wide variety of ways to prepare the baked potatoes; there's something for everyone, and they're all delicious. We had trouble parking in the area; it's located in the Fuente Olletas neighborhood, at a busy intersection, hence the parking problem. The service was excellent. Highly recommended.

A legendary roast potato spot with a terrace packed to the brim. Every time I passed by, the place was absolutely packed. I went early to get a table, and the service was a bit slow. The potatoes seemed a little smaller than in other places, but I have to admit they were good. I tried the "Gourmet" and the "Marinera"; I couldn't possibly choose a favorite.

The quality of the food is great, but the service is poor, we were waiting to be attended for like half an hour, and then another hour to be served, I reclaimed that twice so that they can pay attention to us, there might have been a problem with staff but they should’ve found a solution, because there was just one person serving in the restaurant but two people working with the delivery, they should pay more attention to the ones sitting at the restaurant!

Llevo años viniendo al restaurante y jamás tuve un problema con el servicio o la comida. Parece ser que han cambiado parte de la plantilla y ahora nada más entrar percibes la pasividad y la desgana de parte del equipo, lo cual de entrada no es buena señal. Cuando me ha llegado el turno, la chica me pregunta que qué quería, le digo que dos papas, ella me avisa que tardarán media hora y yo le digo que okay, que no me importa esperar y su respuesta es un giro de cabeza y una mueca (como si dijera "allá tú") cuando veo ese gesto, le pregunto que pasa parece que no me quieres vender la patata (cuando el objetivo del negocio es vender, digo yo), y su respuesta es: Es que estoy mala. Se me caeria la cara de vergüenza si le doy una respuesta así a un cliente. Con este mensaje pretendo que la persona responsable del establecimiento sepa de la existencia de este tipo de situaciones y subsanarlas, porque da pena que un sitio como este, que tan buenos recuerdos me ha traído a lo largo del tiempo, acabe de esta forma. Lo siento por la parte del equipo que se esfuerza por sacar el trabajo adelante y por desgracia ven su trabajo manchado por la poca profesionalidad del resto.

Llegue y pille mesa rapido, tuve suerte, pense. Pero tardaron en atendernos. Unos 20 minutos y unan vez atendidos nos pusieron las papas en 5 minutos pero sin las bebidas. A los 5 minutos le pedí a la camarera que me trajeran la bebida respetuosamente y que no podía comer sin agua. Aquí empezó el problema, me trajo las bebidas el repartidor y golpeó las botellas y vasos de cristal contra la mesa bastante fuerte y diciéndome a gritos que no agobiara a la chica. Como lo ignore se volvió a acercar y repitió lo mismo, segui ignorandolo. Pero me hizo sentir muy violento e incómodo. La papa asada era buena aunque era mediana pero no estaba yo muy comodo ya. Pedi la cuenta y tampoco venía así y como no estabas comodo decidí acercarme para acabar antes. Allí pedí hablar con el dueño. Le conté lo sucedido y el me pidió disculpas y me dijo que tenía razón y que tuvieron un mal diá. Es de agradecer pero era mi primera y ulltima visita al lugar. No lo recomiendo. Mal trato, precios altos y comida un poco escasa.

Cambiaron muy para mal desde el año pasado. El servicio ahora es pésimo: tardan cerca de 1h en traerte la comida, tienen una infestación de hormigas en la terraza, y tienen un camarero/repartidor muy agresivo que grita a los clientes y da un trato repulsivo. Por otra parte, la calidad de la comida ha empeorado sustancialmente, patatas y camperos mucho más pequeños a precio de oro.

Llevamos meses tras meses teniendo malas experiencias, más de una vez nos han puesto una sola papa asada y se les ha olvidado la otra, de pedir a domicilio y que lleguen a las 00:45 intentando darle una oportunidad porque la verdad que las papas están buenas y tienen cierto personal que merece la pena y digo cierto porque mientras unas se machacan cocinando y atendiendo otros no, me dan pena las muchachas que se esfuerzan y que alfinal no tienen culpa, pero esq que hoy estaban peleándose a voces han parado el local entero mientras se estaban peleando además se les ha olvidado pornernos la otra papa que habíamos pedido, ya sí que a partir de hoy le echamos la cruz a este local, sinceramente os recomiendo cualquier otro de la zona, dado que si no vais a salir enfadados por una cosa será por otra... mis disculpas al personal que sí que estaba trabajando bien y atendiendo, pero por los demás os merecéis que cambien la plantilla porque ha sido de vergüenza una vez tras otra.

La comida no está mal pero no es nada especial. Cuando pides para recoger o a domicilio siempre siempre llega muy frio. Pero lo peor es el servicio, no son nada profesionales. Ni la que coge el teléfono, ni la que te dice 40 veces “cariño” que es para decirle ¿cariño de que?. Y no es raro verles discutir entre ellas por ver quien se ha equivocado en algo.

This time I'm not going to talk about the food; I'm going to comment on what I consider a huge lack of respect and teamwork. Saturday the 10th at 9:37 PM. The place was packed, and there was only one waitress to take our order, set the table, prepare drinks, and bring food. They took our order for two soft drinks and a potato to share. Ten minutes later, a girl came out from the kitchen and brought us the potato... she said, "The soft drinks are coming out now... we're faster." Excuse me? She's the only one working, and you come and criticize her? Help her and don't talk about her to any other customers. What takes you so long to bring two soft drinks? Do you think you're solving anything by just bringing the potato? Then I get up and see a customer complaining to the waitress about the bill because he's been waiting a long time... and this girl has nothing better to do than speak rudely to the customer again in front of her colleague, and then she has to tell her off because that's unacceptable. I'm shocked. Help her and make sure the service goes well, and then you can talk if you want. But never in front of the customer. There are five of you behind the counter and only one girl doing everything outside. A lack of professionalism and teamwork.

I'm posting a picture of the hamburger that the owner claimed was fine, and of course, he charged me for it. My 8-year-old son, with his 3 a.m. stomach, disagrees. Has anyone had a similar experience? After complaining that the hamburger was, quite literally, rotten, they told us that since the boy had already eaten half of it, we had to pay. 9 euros, which I hope they feel as badly as my son did. Have a Merry Christmas, and if they happen to ignore the health inspectors, explain the same thing to them as I did.

Whenever we order food, it's always bad. You pay for fries with sauce, and they arrive without any, and they charge you for the cold sandwiches. I always regret ordering. I called, and a girl took my complaint and wanted me to reorder. I told her that not only were the fries and the bacon sandwich inedible, but the bread was soggy. The delivery guy arrived and brought me fries this time, the correct size, with freshly made ketchup and mayonnaise, and the sandwich. The delivery guy, shouting and stuttering, told me to give him the bacon sandwich as change. I told him I threw it away, and he said that wasn't true. I told him to take it, that it was fine, and he stormed off, slamming the door so hard the neighbors came out. The girl on the phone, working with a fever, was a sweetheart, and the delivery guy looked like a criminal. Amazing.
