Restaurant inside the shopping center specializing in ham. Set menu (€15, 9/2022) and à la carte menu. Delicious food. Excellent service and attention. It's on the first floor, but there's an elevator and escalator. Wheelchair access is easy.

We went to dinner after shopping. The place has many tables and they are spacious between them. We ordered two DJ combos, the burger and the sandwich. The price to come with a drink and chips is very competitive. They were quite good in flavor. The waiters were friendly and kind. They are also quick to attend and serve.

We went for lunch on Saturday for the set menu, and while it was quite busy, the queue moved very quickly. The waiter who served us was very friendly and helpful. The food was quite good. We left happy.

Coffee and tapas were exorbitant. I went to breakfast with a friend for coffee and tapas, and it cost almost €10 without table service. The waitress was super friendly, and the tapas were delicious, but that's the price.

Hello, August 20th, we had to wait a while to get in. For lunch, we chose the set menu. Honestly, the food wasn't good; in fact, it wasn't of high quality and was poorly cooked. I don't recommend the set menu. On the other hand, my daughter ordered a combination plate, and it was awful. The desserts weren't homemade. This is what you'd find in a shopping mall. The waiters were friendly, and the atmosphere was typical of a shopping mall. Best regards.

The food is moderately good. I think the waiters are overwhelmed. I don't know how many hours they work, but they seem tired. We return regularly.

The menu was pretty basic, but what was intolerable was the service. If there's one thing I can't tolerate, it's being rushed… Here, they rushed us from the very first minute. To begin with, they refused to take our drink order first… “Everything together when you know what you're going to eat,” they said as soon as we sat down, with only one menu for two people, which I hadn't even looked at yet. Then, they rushed us to get up, without us having finished our meal, and without asking if we wanted anything else, they brought us the bill. Two minutes later, still with our coffee, they asked me, “Cash or cash?” to which I had to reply that we hadn't finished and that we weren't in any hurry. Keep it up, keep winning customers!

It seems only grumpy sour men work at this place, nothing but glares and frowns from all of the staff. They spoke very shortly to us to take our order which was disappointing to eat. Acabo de entrar al establecimiento y recién abierto y el suelo echo una porquería y no solo en un lado si no en varios sitios .no se cómo no viene sanidad y cierra el chiringuito . Para colmo pongo servicio a mesa y me lo dejan en el mostrador alucino .menos mal que solo estoy de paso porque pfff

Una vergüenza desde la empleada que atiende que no tiene educación como la limpieza del restaurante que es inexistente. No te sirven a mesa aún cuando al pedir en la máquina te pide un localizador y cuando se lo dices la respuesta es que su jefe no quiere contratar a más personal y que a ella la da igual. No llevaba puesta la identificación con su nombre, en resumen una vergüenza para no volver.

Por donde empezar esta experiencia craftiana… 1er acto: Local. Muy sucio, mesas sucias y desordenadas. La barra de bebidas de autoservicio muy muy sucia. Además de que al lector del código QR le costaba funcionar correctamente. Los puesto de auto pedido no tenían localizador para servicio a mesa y de 6 solo funcionan 2. 2do acto: El servicio. Al pedir unos chili cheese bites de 9unidades nos entregan una bolsa con 6 unidades. Final no vuelvo mas a este BK.

Hice un pedido en las maquinas del local, pero para pagar en efectivo, por lo que había que ir a la caja y pagar allí. Estuve esperando un buen rato para pagar porque no había nadie atendiendo la caja (y eso que eran 5 o 6, pero algunos moneando). Luego al llegar a casa y abrir la hamburguesa, para mi sorpresa me la habían puesto simple y yo la había pedido doble (y pagado por la doble también), además de que no me habían metido las salsas.

Local muy sucio. Pedimos que nos limpiaran la mesa para comer y nos dice una empleada que no les funciona el "flis" que todos los clientes están limpiando la mesa con servilletas, debe ser que les habían cortado el agua también. Nos hizo limpiar la mesa con servilletas de papel, ni siquiera lo hizo ella. Todas las mesas sucias, el suelo y el lugar donde te sirves las bebidas también sucios. Nos dio mucho asco comer la verdad.

El servicio fue muy deficiente y la demora totalmente injustificada. Esta experiencia afecta negativamente la imagen de la marca, especialmente siendo yo un cliente habitual y fan de Burger King. Sería recomendable que la gerencia revise el desempeño del personal de esta sucursal.

Buenas tardes a todos los ciber lectores, adjunto mi opinión acerca del burger king situado en valle real: para comenzar, nos encontramos que hay 3 chicos (ninguna chica) atendiendo y se coordinan peor que mi abuela con el taca taca; segundo voy a pagar mi pedido y resulta que no dejan en efectivo algo que me parece un poco ilegal; tercero llevo esperando 30 minutos y mucha gente también y no recibimos nuestra comida; cuarto, la limpieza del local es completamente y recalco completamente inexistente, adjunto foto. En fin, experiencia para no volver.

Hay un poquito de mesa en lo sucio. Además de que se pegan los pies al suelo. Por otra parte las pantallas o no funcionan o no tienen papel para tickets.

Menudo estercolero, no he visto nunca en ningún sitio de los que he visitado, jamás un BK tan sucio, con tanta basura sobre las mesas, el suelo imposible, las sillas con suciedad acumulada de muchos días, las mesas increíblemente sucias, menudo desastre, a ver si alguno de los responsable lee esto y toma medidas

Dia 13 de febrero, después de más de 2 horas aparece el repartidor. El pedido estaba cancelado pero no porque lo haya hecho BK Valle Real, ya que no cogieron el teléfono, sino porque logré hablar con Madrid, ya que tampoco la reclamación en la app sirvió. Hoy día 17, no me han devuelto el dinero, no contestado a mis reclamaciones, así que pongo reclamación en la Consejería de Comercio y Consumo

Es lamentable el estado del W.C. He tirado fotos. Un sitio de comida que esté asi. Pero de vergüenza. Fuera, las mesas sin recoger y los empleados hablando parados. Dia 5/1/26 19:30h. Insisto, lamentable. ¿Cuando se van a tomar medidas contra este local?

DEFINICION DE UN DELITO DE ESTAFA Haces pedido por la web, te dan un "tiempo estimado" de llegada del pedido de 30 minutos, pasadas las dos horas y después de llamar mil veces al teléfono del burguer King de Valle Real donde hicimos el pedido y no te le cojan, (tampoco te avisan para notificar si lleva algún retraso o incidencia el pedido imprevisto) conseguimos localizar en internet el teléfono de atención al cliente de Burguer King España y conseguimos que nos lo anulen, y una vez cancelado el pedido, tener que improvisar cenas a todo correr y CON LOS NIÑOS YA ACOSTADOS y repito con el pedido YA CANCELADO, SE PRESENTAN DE MAGRUGADA a timbrar a la puerta a traer el puñetero pedido!!! A las dos horas y media de pedirlo!!! Dos horas y media para traer un pedido a menos de 5 kilómetros!!! Le dices al repartidor que ya estaba cancelado, y pasado cuatro días habiendo mandado números correos electrónicos y diferentes mensajes por otras plataformas a día de hoy nadie se pone en contacto y mucho menos te devuelven el dinero, nos obligan a tomar medidas legales!!!

Hoy 17 de febrero edito la reseña porque todavía no me han devuelto el dinero ni puesto en contacto conmigo, así que he presentado una reclamación ante la Consejería de Comercio y Consumo a este establecimiento. VERGONZOSO. Pedido realizado el día 13 de febrero a las 21:42 on line para recibir a domicilio. Después de 50 minutos nadie responde al teléfono de contacto, reclamo en la web, nadie llama. A la hora y media logró encontrar un teléfono de atención al cliente que funciona. Me dicen que queda cancelado. Pero a las 2 horas de hacer el pedido llama el repartidor, CON UN PAR. Todavía no me han devuelto el dinero, para cobrar son muy rápidos.

Lamentable, se ríen del cliente! Si te quieres ir a casa sin cenar es el sitio ideal, pero si lo pides a domicilio no cenarás ni en casa. Hemos hecho un pedido y ha venido todo mal, 25€ tirados a la basura. Menú Crispy Chicken sin lechuga, sin queso y el filete no era crispy, la Coca Cola zero también mal, faltó la salsa de queso también. Pedimos una Dúo Bacon, incomible, carbonizada y sin el extra de queso, y las patatas y los aros rancios y fríos. Después llamas al restaurante y no te cogen ni el telefono

Terrible service... the place was empty, there were only four people there and they were already served. We sat at the bar waiting to be served by the waiter, but he never served us. A girl came in and served her immediately. We continued waiting for almost 15 minutes and nothing. Another person came in and served her immediately. We felt it was disrespectful. We got up to leave, and the waiter said goodbye to us in a sarcastic tone. It's clear I won't stop there again when I go back to the mall. Their main hamburguer “Don Jamón” was horrific. Everything so dry and weird to eat. Few years ago it was better but now it’s un-eatable. Before it was worth the price but now it’s overpriced for the quality, I would pay half or less. Not going back there.
