OMG! I loveeee this place! The food arrives super fast with no delays, it tastes fresh and delicious! Prices aren’t expensive as well. Go for it, I have ordered twice from them already. 🤌🏻 Just for reference, in the picture is Chicken broccoli ♥️
Have gone multiple times and food gets even better. I was feeling a bit sick so tried out the chicken shoyu ramen. I definitely recommend if you have a cold or want to enjoy a warm ramen ! I got the coconut bubble tea again , it’s so yummy.
Great place with good food! The service was excellent. I tried the shrimp lo mein and aloha shrimp!!! Highly recommend!

The place was very cute and clean. The dumplings were pretty good, I got shrimp and pork. A lot of places I had recently were mediocre so I enjoyed it. The veggies with garlic sauce were spicy but very good. Yummy crunchy egg roll.
The food was good. The lady gave us a free drink with our meals. It seems like she was a one woman show - she took our order, cooked our food. I read a lot of negative reviews but I can see she is trying her best. Overall, experience was good, not the best but good enough for me to leave a good rating.
We’ve been getting take-out from Little Kitchen for years and think it’s the BEST local Chinese food. We always order Chicken w garlic sauce and General Tso’s chicken. Their Eggplant w garlic sauce is excellent too and they accommodate gluten free cooking as well! Let’s get these ratings up and give it a try🙌 The lunch specials and combination plates are awesome as well
amazing wonton soup! the homemade duck sauce is really delicious. we haven’t tried a bad dish there yet. this place is wonderful.

I ordered from this restaurant for the last 10 years - the food was always delicious and consistent. Today I called and realized the number had changed and then- they did not have my address- I asked if ownership had changed. And I was told no. The order I got proved I was right. Singapore mai fun was flavorless and light on meat and no basil- they do not do a curry version it is supposedly a Thai version. I asked for extra spicy. Also ordered moo shoo chicken. I worked in a Chinese restaurant in college. I know what mu shu looks and tastes like. This was terrible - like plain sauted cabbage with NO other ingredients and almost no chicken. The curry soup used to be light spicy and flavorful. The soup now tastes like watered down curry from a dish and it is heavy. Every dish was bad. Also even when you ask for seasoning I did not get it. I want a refund … they told me I would get a store credit which means I would have to order again….mo. I never want this experience again.

Been ordering from them over 10 years. New owners came in said they had same chef but they don't. Original chef cooked everything from scratch even sauces. Now, there's so much sugar n the food I can't eat it any longer. Makes my sugar level shoot up. Sorry but no where near the quality of the original Little Kitchen.
Why did you change the recipes?? Been coming to this place since day one, gave a 5 star review several years ago but will need to change that. Very sad that each dish was completely different…it was subpar and almost inedible, with all the sand/ soil textures I kept biting into. Please wash the broccoli and mixed vegetables better, thanks.
Ordered shrimp dumplings, got pork. Ordered tofu with garlic sauce and it had no vegetables like the entree should and the sauce was thin. Food was delivered lukewarm at best. Called to see what could be done and we were told we ordered pork dumplings, not to touch our food, and they could maybe deliver what we actually ordered in 30 minutes. When we said nevermind, they said they'd give us 3 free appetizers next time. We've been regular customers for years, which they acknowledged, never complained before, and yet received horrible customer service. Our order was almost $80. There are plenty of options for Asian food in and around Mamaroneck. Go there. This place isn't worth it. Food is okay if they get it right, but it's rarely delivered hot, and the woman at the front is a customer service nightmare. They lost good customers today.
I very rarely write negative reviews. I think all restaurants have something to offer in any aspect of a dining experience. And this is not necessarily a negative review, simply a confused review. I love little kitchen and it’s been the pinnacle of great Chinese value takeout since my childhood, and what was the absolute most appealing part of it for me, was its convenience and price. You pay 10 dollars, get some chicken and rice in a white rectanglular takeout Tupperware box. It. Was. Perfect. Until today when i called to get an order of sesame chicken, all seemed well until i heard the numbers 18.37 come out of the cashiers mouth. My jaw visibly dropped as she turned around to get my food. Now I will admit, instead of the classic meal in a box, I received a white container filled with chicken, and a box of rice. Obviously bigger portions. But where’s the perfect one box meal?? You could eat it anywhere, it was cheap and Just the right portions. I’m not asking you to take two box meal off the menu, it’s perfect for two people. But the one box ten dollar meal has to stay. Unfortunate that I had to order that and frankly write this review. I still love this place and will still get my money from time to time. I just really want that all-in-one perfect cheap box back. Please. Thank you.
Ever since the original owners left everything changed. They had the best chicken broccoli but now it barely has any flavor and the chicken was dry, fried rice had 2-3 pieces of egg in it. Reputation left with the original owners Forgot to mention the general tso' chicken is terrible it used to be savory, soft yet crunchy now it's all dry n hard and barely has any chicken at all just layers of deep fried of whatever it is

Inconsistent, sometimes it’s good… sometimes it’s lacking. The general Tso is deep fried to hell, some pieces have NO chicken in it and their super cheap with the sauce. For $17, cook it correctly and stop cutting corners. They started adding a processing fee for credit card usage, super tacky. It’s the cost of doing business, don’t charge extra fees. Also, if they mess up your order and have to bring the correct dish, they want the wrong order back!! Just to make sure you don’t get one over on them, I really hope they aren’t serving that to other people! We need a consistent quality Chinese restaurant in the area, I miss Lum Yen SO much!
Used to be good now sloppy cook. I like their eggplant dish but when it’s not floating and loaded with oil. I used to go here often for lunch and I always get the eggplant dish, it’s perfectly sautéed not saucy but really appetizing. I ordered late and they’re we’re probably closing or rushing and gave me this stewed like eggplant lol. Also ordered chicken wings that is quickly dipped in cooking oil probably left over. I know what freshly made chicken wing look and taste like. The one they gave me is hot on the outside and cold on the inside left over and dry. I can tell from the old dried fried meat compared to a freshly fried one when you split the meat sizzles hot. The one I was given was cold. Again like I said they’re probably rushing to make a sale and close. It would also be nice they don’t mindlessly give you unnecessary condiments and miss utensils. So I picked it up hoping I could eat it with utensils haha I’m really not having the best luck with this one. I used to criticize how they only have frozen vegetable carrots and green peas on their fried rice. Whatever happened to authenticity of Asian food. No scallions or bean sprouts or real sliced carrots? They want to short cut the dish I see. Some people don’t notice maybe too hungry and don’t care. If they want people to keep coming back how bout offer and serve what we paid for, don’t shortcut and give out left over yesterday’s food that aren’t sold. It’s really deceitful. I’m glad I could tell the difference from now and then. Used to like this place but I feel like they no longer serve their purpose. Probably slacking. Just my two cents.
Nasty and taste bad. Moldy and dusty. Spider and cobweb got on my face😭. The people are nice tho. Waste of $40; had to bag it n toss at the nearest trash.

portion sizes have decreased under new ownership, not worth the price. Barely any meat in orders. Food is worse, look elsewhere like Mister Chen for better offerings. Disappointing.
