Our family had Christmas breakfast at this location this morning, and the service and food was outstanding. Every employee that we came into contact before, during and after our meal was upbeat, welcoming and appreciative of our patronage. Our server Brandon was very professorial, and he exhibited strong customer service skills. Our food came quickly, but it was hot and tasted wonderful. We will be coming back to this location soon.
Went in for a late lunch(2:30) not busy at all. Service very fast and super friendly. Food was good “Denny’s” quality and quantity. Note: ordered from 55+ menu.
I stopped in for a to go order and the service was outstanding. Jasmin was welcoming, attentive, and brought such a positive energy to the restaurant. It is a very clean store, and decorated for Halloween, which was fun to look at.
Just would like to praise the team there. We went tonight (Christmas Day) they were slammed with online orders and one of only a few places open in town. I witnessed and overhead people being nasty to the workers about wait times. We understood going there that we could be waiting awhile. I just give my respect to everyone working there tonight on a holiday and keeping it going. Thank you so much for feeding our family, we appreciated your efforts.
Wendy was our server. We just had an amazing breakfast and we haven’t been to Denny’s in over 10 years!!! We will be back!

Me and my wife went here after church with some friends from church,and I must say our waitress was just awsome. The food was great and the atmosphere was great. Our waitress was very professional and polite. Would recommend this Denny's for sure.
Been going here for a little over a year, and I’ve usually gotten pick up orders a little more than dining in, but the cooks and staff here deserve everything in the world. They ain’t ever missed on my meal once, not once! My partner and I usually always get the build-your-own grand slams every time and it’s 10/10. Highly recommend this location 🫶🏼
Once we got a table, service was fast. Food server was awesome. Food was well prepared. This is one of the better Dennys and recommended. Staff were all in masks. That left my head scratching, as none of the customers were masked. It was as if we went back in time to 2020 - 2021. Must be a Stasi-management thing. Sad.
Went here with my fiancee for a late night meal, the food this time around was the best we've ever had! Our waitress Tabril was super sweet and we absolutely adored her energy, despite it being late she had a positive and lighthearted attitude and it totally made our night!! She was super attentive to our needs as well and made sure our food came out SUPER fast (shoutout to the chef, this meal was one of the best meals we've had at dennys ♡). We are regulars and have never experienced such exceptional energy and service, thank you so so much for the wonderful time!!

We went to Denny's at Mansfield TX afuera the Sunday chruch with our grupo, wow wow very clean ,good atmósfera, they hadas gane on , thank Denny's, we sat right way , manger and stand green us right away , servir offer drinks righg away offey thier delicious and tasty Coffee, smoothiecwas verde tasty , my wife order shake wow wow verde good , Wendy too our ordor verde friendly server and polite , fondo camello verde fast , wow wow fondo was delicioso and verde good presentation , pancake was excelente and tasty , we order Nachos wow wow it was good , we order Apple crieps kit was so good i ordered two , overall our experirience was excelente, i like give 10 stars
This is our comfort brunch place. Been to this location many times. There's something about the chefs that work there because the food comes out 10/10 nearly every time. My favorites are their French toast, berry waffles, cinnamon pancakes, and we love their nachos! The rest of staff is great as well. Also, I believe this location is no longer 24 hours? They close at either 9 or 10 pm (learned that the hard way). Just keep that in mind or call ahead to confirm what time they close that day.
My kids and I just had an amazing experience at Dennys.Dawn was our server and was very amazing with her recommendations.The Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs was delicious and my children enjoyed their Jr.Grand Slams.
This was definitely one of my favorite visits. We got seated very quickly, the waitress took our order and our food took a little bit to come out but they were busy. It seemed as though only one waitress was really doing all the work though so she deserved some grace especially right now.

Listen, I get it, it's Denny's but the way the staff treated us (a family of 2 with one crazy toddler) on a Saturday morning for breakfast makes this rating easy to select. The food was good--nothing that will ever make you say "I'm craving Denny's" but we'd come back just to enjoy just how sweet the waitresses and counter staff are with our little one.

Considering we arrived at 2 am we were still seated quickly and our server Alejandro was very welcoming and helpful. The food was cooked quickly and it was cooked perfectly. The restaraunt is clean and pleasant to sit inside. I had a great first experience at Dennys and will be coming back.
Brought my wife and kids for breakfast to this location for the first time and Diana took care of us. she provided excellent service was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be coming back to this location.
A group of 11 met there for lunch. Only 1 waitress & 1 cook. Service and food was excellent but our waitress Tabril was very impressive. She was able to take all of our orders without writing it down. Food came out as ordered. Love this Denny’s!!!
Very nice place to go, just don't go on a Sunday because sometimes they run out of a lot of different foods. I was pretty bummed they were out of turkey bacon on more than one occasion. For people that don't eat pork..it's a major deal.

We went to Denny’s at Mansfield on September 7 after the church, we were group of 12 , wow wow wow of clean , good friendly atmosphere and good service , the server Stefani with her welcoming voice , good service , food came on time with the smell good food , good presentation, very tasty and delicious, she offered us drinks , good coffee , wow look at variety of drinks with very good prices , place is very clean and organized, I think this sound of good operation, my name Jose Gonzales , I need to give this good and excellent service on goggle . I went for breakfast yesterday,and Wendy was my server. She was very nice and had nice energy, I had the Sante fe skillet, the food came out fast and hot. Wendy made sure my coffee was always full. It was such a nice experience. I will be coming back.

WOW! We were frequent customers for many years and then the service went down hill a year or so ago and we had not been back. We decided to give it a try tonight around 9pm. We had the BEST server (Wendy), she was an absolute delight. We had breakfast for dinner and the cook did a FABULOUS job!

Me and my family love Denny’s and I take them to Denny’s on either Saturday and Sunday, this Sunday we had excellent experience at this location because my daughter had bad day at home and the server name Joyce make her laugh, smile and sheer up , that was made everyone days beautiful and joyful. We thanks Joyce for her action and what she did for my daughter laugh, smile and to be happy , food and drink were good like always, manager was very helpful, love Denny’s and we recommend to all friends . I’ve had a great experience every time I visit this Denny’s. I’ve eaten breakfast here many times and pretty much always order the same thing — the French toast — which never disappoints. The food consistently comes out hot, fresh, and just the way I like it. What really stands out, though, is the cleanliness of the restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. It’s nice to walk into a place that’s well-kept and welcoming, especially early in the morning. On more than one occasion, I’ve noticed what I believe is the manager walking around, checking on customers, and making sure everything is running smoothly. That kind of attention shows they truly care about the guest experience. The servers are always polite and attentive without being overbearing, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Overall, this Denny’s feels a cut above the rest — clean, consistent, and well-managed. It’s become one of my go-to spots for breakfast, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.
Great experience I had at this Dennys! I had breakfast around 9am. There were few cars in the parking lot and plenty of parking spaces. Their parking lot is clean compare to other restaurants I been to. Their lobby is clean and it smells good. I was greeted immediately and got seated right away. I looked around and I had to say this Denny’s is really clean. Once I was seated the server took my drink order and suggested if I wanted to try donut holes. I ordered my drink and I told my waitress Joy I needed couple more minutes. I went to go wash my hands and I’m surprised that their restroom are so clean and they have very good smell air freshener. When I came out the manager asked how I was doing. She was smiling and very friendly. I asked her what kind of air freshener they used at their restrooms. She smiled and said it’s lemon scent but unfortunately they only sell them through their supplier. She tried to check on Amazon to see if they have them but no luck. I appreciate her being so kind. When I sat back down I finally looked at their menu and since I’m feeling happy I was also feeling hungry. They have so many choices to choose from on their menu. Everything looks so good! I finally ordered the lumberjack slam. My food came out less than 10mins I believe. I was impressed it didn’t take long to get my food. My food looks really yummy 😋. Started to eat my pancakes first before they get cold. I can just see the butter melting so fast on my pancakes. Yummy and fluffy pancakes. By the time I started eating the rest of my food I was getting stuff. Everything was delicious! My server Joy was very friendly as she was offering me some dessert but i was already full.. I didn’t have to wait to get cashed as I notice that their staff is constantly greeting, seating and cashing out their customers. Just wanted to say thank you so very much for my wonderful experience and I will definitely come back! I hope that all Denny’s are like this one!
This store is the cleanest The staff are all friendly. The restrooms are always clean. Their tables and booths are clean. My pancakes are fluffy 😋 our food taste really yummy. I love their Oreo shake yum yum. Everytime we come and eat at this location we always have a great experience! The servers pretty much know what we like and our food comes out fast. Our food looks delicious makes me want to eat more 👍😋😋. We definitely keep coming back!

this place is a 10/10, my sister and I were craving pancakes at 3 in the morning and decided to go to Denny’s. When we got there we were the only ones there and the 2 employees working were awesome and attentive while serving us. When I paid with my card I tried leaving a 20 dollar tip but it unfortunately did not work and we ended up paying the exact amount and they ended up with no tip. I felt so bad when i noticed the tip was not included but they did an awesome job!!
The parking was clean, the bathrooms are super clean. We were greeted right away and seated mediately. Our server Susan suggested ice coffee and it was really good. Our food came out quick and the food presentation was awesome. The cook did a wonderful job. We were stuff and didn't have enough room for dessert so decided to take some pies home. This store is always clean and very organized. We enjoyed dining at this location and everyone is friendly. We definitely keep coming back.
We have not visited a Denny's in many years, and decided to stop in last night. It just happened to be kids night! Some of the absolute best service I've ever had! Our server was attentive, friendly, and genuinely just awesome! The food was very delicious and tasty, along with being fresh and came out within moments. Overall, we will definitely be coming here more often!
From my grandson: So we arrived and the parking lot was full of parking spaces. Our server's name was Liberty and she was really nice she got us seated right away she gave us our drink right away. I ordered two chocolate chip pancakes, hash browns, and French toast. The food was quickly brought to me, and it tasted amazing. The chocolate chip pancakes were great they're cooked just right and the moment you bite into a chocolate chip it like crunches and then it gets all gooey so I loved the pancakes. And the hash browns were just right I had to add a little salt but that's okay. The French toast had the right amount of powdered sugar it was a tiny bit salty, but it was just the right mix of sweet and salty. Overall I wish I could give this six stars but this is five stars because it's so good. So overall the food was great, the furniture was great, and the atmosphere was great. - Janet and Noah
I went there tonight and they were desperately understaffed. However, Blessing, the other waitress and the cook were amazing under pressure. All young people with positive attitudes and great work ethic. I was impressed. My food came out a bit messed up and though the cook was overwhelmed, he handled it all with a smile and so did Blessing. Great Job. Way to make a customer feel welcomed and appreciated.
Staff was friendly. Seated within 5 minutes and service was very quick. Our food was served in a much shorter time than expected and it was prepared as ordered but my wife thought the eggs could have been cooked a little longer. Tasty, great portions good value.
Had a good late-night experience at this location. The food was cooked nicely, and everything tasted great. Had my server been a little more attentive following the Denny's a cup of coffee is never half full motto this location would have received five stars. Outside of that, this location is clean, well organized, and brings good repute to the Denny's name.
My wife and I wanted a pancake dinner and since Dennys was close to us, we decided to come to this location. Everything was delicious, our server took some time to get our order but not outrageously long. I would have given a 5 star on every aspect, but after our dinner was over, I headed to restrooms to wash my hands since I had some chocolate from my choconana plate I ordered in my hands, and I saw someone from the kitchen staff going in there with his apron on. That’s one of my pet peeves, it gives me a certain uneasiness seeing someone that’s cooking or handling your food not taking the time to remove their apron before having to go in the restroom. I hope management addresses this with their employees, I think hygiene wise, it’s not something you as a customer want to look at. Just my humble opinion. I will still come back to this location, but just sharing something that might be off putting to someone else to the point of not wanting to visit this particular location.
Hi, Manuel here reporting for review. I’m on a small vacation from California to Dallas, Texas and ended up here at Denny’s Mansfield with the family small percentage of the whole family 😊 We ordered drink’s first when the drinks got delivered they forgot my water but it’s ok no problem. At the same time we had more family coming to eat with us! So they had to order drinks too. Some of us ordered slam burgers double burgers salads macaroni pancakes chicken nuggets. My order was Zesty Nachos and macaroni. My macaroni wasn’t that delicious maybe too much cheese for me not too fresh for me but the Zesty Nachos were delicious! 🤤
The only issue we had was there was only 1 server for the whole restaurant. She was great in the way she handled it. Please do the patrons a favor keep Tabril around but hire people below her so she can train them her ways.
New Denny's located in perfect spot. Staff here are friendly and the food was good. It's open 24/7 so that's a huge bonus. Really recommend this location. It was pretty empty when we arrived. Staff deserves an A+. Took off a star due to the urine on the toilets. Though this is picky me, comparing everything to "Japanese clean" standards. Place was clean, food was hot, waitress was attentive. Good job team!
Dropped by a quiet Denny’s with hardly anyone around, which made for a relaxed dining experience. The food was good—nothing exceptional, but definitely satisfying and just what you’d expect from a classic diner. Service was average; not especially friendly, but they got the job done without any issues. All in all, a solid spot if you’re looking for a laid-back meal with no fuss.
Oh my gosh it's in a great location easy to find Stephanie waited on me and I wish I had a bigger tip the restaurant was so clean the bathrooms were also clean I would have given 5 stars but they charged 3.00 for each of our drinks and when you on a budget every lil bit counts
We visit Denny’s in Mansfield usually 1-2 times a month at various times of the day. We have never had a bad experience there. The food is always hot, and servers are friendly.
Came in & found out they were closing in about an hour, not sure if they were short handed (I only saw two people there) or if they are no longer 24 hours. The floor was mopped when we got there, good for being clean yet it was slippery. The staff members were nice, but a large portion of the seating area had already been sectioned off. We were hungry, it was late-ish, we felt rushed, the atmosphere of the restaurant being so empty & "close ready" contributed to a lot of that as well. We also got a 15 minute reminder prior to 10pm, I get it, but we already knew. Both employees were nice & seemed efficient in cleaning, food, etc. Our waiter/hostess did check on us occasionally. And even though we only had an hour, the taste of the food was it compromised. The chef did not rush through it or hastily put it on serving dishes, kudos to them! A hefty breakfast plate & a burger, we were no longer starving. We don't go to Denny's often but if you're going to eat at one, the Mansfield location would be my recommendation - just check their hours of operation prior to going.
There was no one in the restaurant. No one was doing anything . Lady who was supposed to be the “hostess” was RUDE. Didn’t give me the time of day when i told her i had a pickup she practically scoured at me and said “CONFIRMATION??” That was it. Like i had ruined her slow night. With the ugliest attitude. I had to go talk to the gentleman behind the counter because the lady was just ridiculous . Go get a job you enjoy people and stop being like that. Do better. Thank you to the guy who helped me out you’re the only reason i gave 2 stars. I was so shocked by the lady.
Since they opened a few years back, I've enjoyed this Denny's location. It looks like a diner and it's location is great. Now for the most part, it's clean and service has been good however, today staffing was a mere skeleton crew. They had 1 server for the entire place! The lady that served us never returned for a refill of drinks or to ask how we were doing on over 35 minutes. We made numerous attempts to wave her down but she was waiting on others, taking new orders and frankly I thought that she just did not want to look our way. When we finally got her attention all she could say was, " it's just me serving. " Poor woman! Denny's please get with the program and hire more servers! Also, change your Air conditioning filters all of your air vents are visibly filthy with dust and you know what they say creates a high percentage of dust? Dead human skin cells. Gross!
Food was rushed and, steak over all is a big no. I know its not a steakhouse but it was chewy and bland. My wife's hashbrowns were undercooked and still cold. Also, her chicken fried steak was all soggy and bland as well. I wont be coming back.
No good customer service, got seated right away ,staff so flat no energy at all ..I get it not a lot of staff available but some good training for the staff that’s available would really help for the customer that go ,to come back ….The food took more than an hour to get, mind you if my waitress would at least let me know that they are having an issue or something I would be more understanding and patiently wait like I did but no ..no customer service at all …Food was good that’s why 2 starts but shoot if staff will just put some joy and effort I would definitely wait on-other hour for my food…. Training ,better customer service is needed …..
Went for the Grand Slam special. Food was good. My blueberry pancakes tasted burnt, but my husband’s were perfect. I asked twice for refill on coffee and ketchup and then just got up and got my own. I think our waitress was tired and was having to clean her own tables. She didn’t seem too happy.
Showed up at 9:15 pm were told they were only taking orders for takeout because they close at 10pm (online says open 24 hours). They offered to seat us anyway. Once we sat down one of the staff in the kitchen area was openly hostile, to the point of shouting very loudly about seating us so that the entire restaurant could hear her complaining. Have never experienced anything so rude in a restaurant before. Obviously felt very rushed, as did everyone else in the restaurant. Started to eat the food and then began to worry about how mad they were back by the kitchen and thought better of it. Shame too, fairly regular customers and the food is usually surprisingly good. Probably won’t be going back after this though. Not sure why they can’t just put up hours and update them online like every other place does.
One of 3 meals was perfect. 1 hamburger was the totally wrong burger, very greasy and cold. The other was very greasy and cold. Service was mediocre at best.
Do not recommend. Run as fast as you can away from this place. My party of 15 would not be seated in back room cause "there was a spider ". So spiders don't crawl??? Anyway we left and found a better place to eat.
Terrible experience! Upon entering the facility, it was immediately apparent that the staff lacked class. While my wife, our very young son, and I were waiting for our service, we heard the workers talking loudly and making classless comments about “booty meat,” using ignorant language that everyone could hear. The manager was present and did nothing to correct this behavior, which continued throughout our entire 45-minute dine-in experience. Allowing this kind of environment to persist shows a complete disregard for a family-friendly and customer-focused experience. I am deeply disappointed in our decision to come to this facility and embarrassed by the ignorance and low-class behavior displayed by the associates and leadership. Please get people with class, work ethic and those that can be professional that will create the environment that drives business.
If you are looking for a restaurant to spend quality time with your family, Dennys is not it. My husband, son and I usually eat at this restaurant, but after this experience we will NEVER go back. The food and the ambience was horrible! They were loud and obnoxious!!! The waitress that we had looked so uncomfortable working with these people that she stayed to herself the entire time we were there. She continued to show amazing customer service despite the others classless behavior. The behavior continued on as a waiter commented out loud “Thats Dat Booty Meat!” Mind you all this is happening and the manager who was present by the way, did not say or do anything to fix the behavior of her employees. Then, you hear from the waiter who made the comment say “I didn’t make any money today , I’m mad.” Yeah, I wonder why…
You all i have to let you know that this place is not good. I gave one star because we went here and the food was absolutely horrible. We had a party of five. Only had one plate that was okay and that was the zesty nachos that my son ordered. The sausage was not cooked correctly, undercooked. The bacon was undercooked. The hash browns were over cooked the pancakes were small and overcooked, hard. The French fries were very salty and not cooked throughly. We ask for the manager I ask her name and she stated Karen and her response was that they had a cook in training that was just throwing food out the kitchen. First of all that was very unacceptable and not funny at all. My response to her was that people can get sick from raw food. She stated that she could take the bacon off the ticket and give us a discount. I really wish that they could have made everything fresh. It was not about the money. It was about the experience with my family. We went there for brunch to enjoy a nice meal and this Denny's failed us tremendously. I still paid for my meal although it was not good the discount was for 15 percent which was like a slap in the face. The order could have been cooked correctly and payment rendered to cashier no one comes to eat and want to experience something so horrible. One good thing I can say Is that Ms Susan our waitress was so sweet I gave her a tip because she was so kind from the first time we walked into the restaurant. Denny's on broad Mansfield please get your cooks together because people die everyday from food poisoning. Very dangerous. Also the manager said that she did not want to go reprimand the cooks right then because she did not want to make them mad.But you wouldn't mind given me food poisoning. This is wrong on every level.
I live 2 minutes from this location, my family either dine-in or order delivery weekly. I spoke with a manager 2 weeks ago and confirmed it was okay to have a meeting with my current clients to review their benefits (10-12). I showed up today and was giving a hard time about meeting at this location. After the manager on duty said it was okay for me to meet she approaches me 5 minutes later with a cell phone in hand saying her area manager Dale would like to talk to me. Dale advise me he was "watching" on camera and notice I have a video set up (which was not true), it was a projector with a power point slide and was told I would be a distraction to the current 10 individuals that was dinning on the other side of the restaurant. I advised him there was no video and I was willing to remove the projector and would not be a distraction. I continued to explain that I would be purchased breakfast for my clients and how my family is a faithfully visit this establishment, he didn't care and told me I would never be allowed to be a distracting at his restaurant again. Needless to say this was my family last time spending money at this location.
Bro change your hours! If you're gonna close early everyday but Friday and Saturday put that as your hours! Says you're 24 hours but you're not! The girl that WAS going to serve us was so sweet about us coming in at 9:30, but there was an old woman who was speaking quite loudly about how much she didn't want us there. Sayin they only have 2 minutes to order and that the kitchen closes at 9:30 when they apparently close at 10:30 now. After being seated we ended up just walking out. Ridiculous.
The food quality has been going down the last 2 tiI have been here. Sorry but how can ymess up a breakfast.
one of the waiters and waitress were engaged in very loud horse play. you could hear them all over the restuarant, the waiter was play boxing saying to the waitress "i'll knock your ###** out ..etc"... i usually love coming to this place because it is usually clean, good service and good food.. but today.. i had to give this type of review because i really don't want this place to turn bad for me and my family. It is trully one of my favorite places to go.. If they were so comfortable with being loud and unruly , it may mean that they do it on a regular basis.. unprofessional... NOt to mention, the coffee cup was very dirty... i sent it back and got tea instead.. please do better
My wife and I went to this location today. She ordered a bowl of soup and I ordered a build your own breakfast. After about 15 minutes my wife's soup arrived. She had finished her soup and another 10 - 15 minutes had passed and still no breakfast. When we go out to eat we like to eat together. The people running this franchise have NO concept of customer service. Ended up leaving and paying for what we had. Terrible folks running this location and will definitely not be returning. It is a shame because previous visits have been good.
Service was not good my eggs had raw egg whites still, my hashbrowns were not cooked and looked like they were just dumped straight out of the bag on to my plate
The manager was our server. She was extremely rude. She didn't great us when entering. She went arounfld the corner and left us standing there for a bit. She had a rude comment for everything. The restaurant smelled funny and presented as rather unclean. She scoffed that the floor was so sticky that she "would be slow serving" (The floor was obviously not cleaned correctly). My wife and I ordered coffee and water. She brought the coffee but not the water. She spilled the coffee everywhere on the table and said nothing. She didn't offer to clean it or at least provide napkins for us to wipe it up. I had to find her to ask for our water. This seemed to upset her. She made a visible expression of what I would describe as disgust. After drinking the coffee, we waited about 10 minutes trying to get her attention. She was busy texting on her phone. I finally got up again and waited to the counter and another server gave us a refill. I could hear the manager talking to someone through the back kitchen window about me, saying, "I guess he likes to walk around." The manager brought our food right after that and again scoffed, "I suppose you wanted to come get your own food too." She wasn't joking. The meals where not cooked as we requested and were missing items. We mentioned it as soon as we received the food, however she walked away with the perception that she didn't hear us. She returned to the bar top area and got back on her phone. We didn't bother to try to distract her off her phone again to correct any of it. After dropping off the food, she failed to come back to the table. The young girl (Deseray) thay filled our coffees waited on us when she saw we were needing minor things and drink refills. She was repeatedly apologizing for her manager's behavior. She also expressed her embarrassment she had for working under her. I felt for this girl. She was obviously attentive and trying to salvage our visit the best she could. She was the only bright spot of our visit. This used to be a good location. This visit left me with a clear observation that it has severely regressed in cleanliness, service, food prep, and management. I wished I could have gotten the manager's name, but she wasn't wearing a name tag and never identifed herself. I want to thank Deseray for her efforts, however, I won't be back.
If you're Black and go to this restaurant, expect poor treatment. This was my second time visiting, and the experience was disappointing again. Upon arrival, they wrote our name on a piece of paper and told us our table was being prepared, asking us to wait. While we were waiting, a family of six walked in and was promptly seated. Then, two more people arrived and were seated within a minute. Meanwhile, we were the only two left waiting. When we checked the list, our name was written first, and the names below us were crossed out. We were only seated after we complained, and even then, there was no apology. Everyone seated ahead of us was either White or Hispanic.
WE WERE THERE TUESDAY DEC 30TH WALKED IN AN OLDER BLACK LADY VERY RUDLY ASK WHAT DO YOU WANT COFFEE, TEA ARE WATER. WE HAVENT SAT DOWN YET. SHE SAID SIT WHERE YOU WANT. ALL THE TABLES WERE STILL WET SHE DIDNT OFFER TO DRY ONE SO WE SAT AT THE BACK. WE ORDERED OUR FOOD. WHEN I WAS FINISHED I ASK FOR A TO GO BOX SHE HANDED TO ME AND BEGAN CLEANING OFF THE TABLE I SAID IM TRYING TO PUT MY FOOD AWAY I DROPPED MY FOOD SHE CONTINUE TO CLEAR THE TABLE. RUDE ISN'T THE WORD FOR THIS LADY SHE'S UNPROFESSIONAL.
The chef needs training on how to cook a steak. Every time I order a medium they make it well done. Extra dry no seasoning. So disappointing when people work hard for their money to have unsatisfied food. I have given them so many chances and today is the day I will never order again.
This was the ABSOLUTE worst service I have experienced to date! I ordered a build your own grand slam… I got over cooked shelled eggs, & hard sausages…the pancakes came 15 minutes later ( although I could see them in the window).. will never go back.
Our waitress who was not wearing a name Tag was absolutely terrible. She was so rude, And not just to us… we couldn’t Figure out which one of us was gonna order first and she started saying any Miny Miny Moe, But as I started giving her my order, she just kept on going and interrupting me. Even the cashier seem to be stunned by her questioning a group of young Hispanic men if they worked together or if they were all related. Keep in mind when seeing the receipt that our waitress was not named Dawn, she was actually the cashier and she was great.
I went to this Denny’s and ordered 4 eggs scrambled with cheese, 2 sausage links, 2 bacon strips, and 2 pancakes. The waitress gave me everything but the pancakes because they were the last to be cooked. Once the pancakes were finished, the cook placed them on the serving counter for the waitress to pick them up. She wasn’t paying attention or being on the look out for the pancakes. I noticed that my pancakes were sitting there and so after about a minute or so of them sitting there I got my waitress’s attention (who was standing right by the pancakes) and pointed out to her that they were done. After she brought me my food she never checked on me again. It was so bad that I actually thought that she had gone home for the day as I saw another man passing out food to her customers as it was coming up. I finished my glass of water and I nicely asked the man if I could get a refill on water. The man said one moment and then proceeded to stand there at wait at the serving counter for food to come up. Getting me a refill on water would have taken 20 seconds or less but since the food came up rather quickly I gave some grace for it as I patiently waited for a refill. This process continues to repeat as I noticed gaps where the man could have easily given me a refill or at least communicated when I could expect the refill. Ultimately the refill never came as the man went to the back of the restaurant to retrieve some restaurant paperwork and started working on it, never coming back to check on me. When he was in the back, he was gone so long that not only did I finish my drink, but I had finished my food as well and was now needing my check. At this point I was feeling very neglected and was considering walking out the door without paying, but instead decided to stay and ask for the check. Finally, my original waitress sees that I have completely stood up and looking around for assistance and then comes over to ask me if I need a refill on water. My response was “ No refill, but I do need my check.” She then turns around and goes back to the table where she was and continues putting together silverware sets with no direction on how to pay. I stand there for a brief moment confused and trying to figure out how to pay. The other man then comes from behind the counter with more food, swipes his card at the register and sets it up for me to swipe my card to pay. He points at the register as he is walking away from the register and says it’s ready for you and proceeds to walk off and assist other customers. Didn’t ask how everything was, didn’t apologize for not bringing water, didn’t acknowledge me in any way other than time for you to pay. One of the worst customer service experiences at a restaurant that I’ve had in a while. Definitely will not be back to this location and has left a bad memory in my mind towards Denny’s in general.
Flies in my breakfast. Sadly today I was opening my breakfast box order and all of a sudden flies came out, the worst shock I've ever had and I was happy about to eat my breakfast, my husband and I were just waiting for a refund because we couldn't eat it. Calling the store and assisted by the manager, we didn't get a refund, gift card or apology, we only got an invitation from the manager to check out the kitchen of the place, it was rude right? It's not even about the money, good manners disappeared.
