Clean inside. Food quality was good. Some employees need a refresher course on customer service. Nothing terrible. But learn to ask if a customer needs help if they're just standing there.

Normally it is real good, but the drive up person who takes your money had to go ask how to use my card to purchase our items and the car behind us. 😠

As always McDonalds is open and they keep their drive-thru service concise. I would advise everyone to be careful because we watched as a random man tried to enter a vehicle he thought was his. Keep in mind that the car was in the drive-thru and he just came from across the parking. Just be careful is what I'm saying

Nice employees. The bathrooms are locked by a magnet, so you have to ask an employee to open. Pretty clean bathroom but sadly no mirror.

I have to say they have stepped up. The food tastes so fresh!! Some of the employees are Great and Friendly!!

Great McDonald's to eat at. Convenient location. Friendly staff. McDonald's is so expensive nowadays (just like everything else) that the only way I'll get food here is if there's a good deal in the app I can use or if I cash in my points to get something for free.

We have 5 McDonald's in my town. This is the only one that most often has their frosty machine working. And they taste great!!! And my 86 year old Mother really likes McDonald's frosty!!

Quality of food it's great. Fries are fresh. For the people that work there when restaurants are short on staff try understanding they might not be having a good day and they don't know how to separate work from personal life.

Stopped by this morning and yogurt parfaits are no longer available, asked for a salad and they aren't available until later. The "egg white delight" is also no longer available. Ended up going to Jack in the Box for a salad.

It's a tier above microwave food. The sausage egg McMuffin is actually perfectly fine as a breakfast option, since it's made how you might make it at home, and it's pretty tasty. Everything else is really just frozen food cooked in a very simple way, except for the quarter, which isn't frozen.

My husband ordered 2 sausage McMuffin's no egg, 2 Sausage Egg McMuffin's no cheese, and 2 hash browns. Hash browns tasted oily and they didn't look like they normally should look. I only ended up eating half of mine.

went through the drive thru, I have no complaints about the food, it was freshly made, hot and delicious, the girls I encountered at the windows on the other hand, weren't so nice.. Both of them seemed to either hate their jobs or were just having a bad day, I didn't get a smile, no hello, no formal greeting at all. I felt I was a bother to them. I pulled up, smiled, was polite and still didn't receive mutual respect. If I go there again, hopefully I don't get that again. kinda brought my mood down a bit.

I'm sure you can't expect the same as me, but I'd like to honor my burger maker with an achievement sticker. Congrats, they managed to get so many onion on the outside of my bun I was sure i got extra sesame seeds, on a no onoin burger. Some people just know how to think outside of the bun, well done my friend you deserve this sticker. Onion Shooter achievement unlocked!

Oh No.! Left drive thru- got to park with grandkids (2 blocks- 3 mins) a cheeseburger was missing and 2 medium fries were cold. I always say. Franchise fast food are NOT all alike!! They offered to replace everything when I called, but I just gave my grandson my burger. Kids still ate the fries, teens will eat anything. Lol

Me and my coworker go there a few times a week and bring each other coffee and McMuffins. I was very displeased at the McMuffins we received, the bread was hard and not easy to chew, they had to have been sitting there for a while. I went in to let the manager know but she would not replace my order with fresh McMuffins without the receipt, needless to say my coworker couldn't find the receipt. But I thought it was very rude since we go there all the time.

Never seems to feel that something as simple as an ice cream cone is unavailable. Every time I have gone to this location something I would want you order from the menu is unavailable to me anywhere from coffee to ice cream. Its very frustrating

So first let me state the service at the second window was exceptional during breakfast hours on 12/14 however the first window aka the cashier was snippy and kept arguing about what I did and didn't order even though the preview screen at the outdoor drive thru was correct. Then she started starting I didn't order that however the witness with me confirmed that the order screen was correct and the cashier was not stating the correct order. When I repeated my order she got upset and became very aggro. After arguing for a bit we went to the pick up window where they were super helpful confirmed the order and very courteous. The food was good except one hashbrown was slightly undercooked.

They need to put a just cooked sensor around the countertop and drive thru window so they dont have to lie in your face that its fresh food

I love the fries and sweet tea, but WOW! That so called hamburger is horrifying! PLEASE! get some real beef! I do not know what that was in my big mac the texture and color was frightening! It was so disgusting had to give it to the dog! 😣 Fix your meat issues or my family and I will just go somewhere else. I rarely eat out, it is just a shame to waste hard earned money.

First off they didn't have pancakes for breakfast... secondly they switch the person taking my order half way thru, and when I pulled up to the window they didn't even get the first half of it and told me to go back around. Poor service.

Today I had went in with my dad to get a fairly big order. Once we had placed both my orders, since we payed separately, and our first order got completely skipped over. We waited 30 minutes for messed and incorrect food. Many other people had gotten messed up orders and others waited about 15 minutes for an ice cream cone!! It was absolutely horrible service and horrible tasting food.

I go here all the time and I never have issues with lunch menu only ever breakfast menu. This is the second time I’ve gotten there before 1030 and ordered before 1030 just for them to tell me my total then tell me at the window they can’t make what I ordered. I understand it’s transition time but they don’t even offer other options like I’ll have to wait they just flat out say no they can’t do it. Sounds like whoever is running morning shift isn’t doing a very good job projecting business needs.

If the employees here would just smile once in awhile or say thank you or something...napkins never come with food even ice cream cones them they act like it's such a big deal to get you a few...I am ordering food here weekly and it's always like this.

Asked for no pickles, they forgot. Asked for sweet n sour sauce for 10 piece chkn nuggets, i didnt received it. Drive thru was not busy, barely any cars parked outside. First time here, last time here. Dropped $42 and not a single condiments for fries, burgers, nuggets.

I got here exactly 1030. She’s telling me no breakfast very mean.

Put in the order drove 10 minutes to get there, drive through line was really long ,so got curbside still sat there another 15 minutes before they brought the food out. Saw multiple people walk into the restaurant get their food and leave before they brought mine out. Next time I'll just go inside.

Worst McDonald's ever. It took ten minutes to order my food and there was only one person in front of me in line. Took 15 minutes to get the food and it was cold. Tables were not cleaned at all in the 40 minutes I was here. There are no straws napkins or any condiments out for people to get you have to go to the counter and ask and there isn't a person readily available to ask. Finally when you get someone they act like you are an inconvenience.

Apparently, being able to count is not a prerequisite for employment. You order a 6 piece chicken nugget Happy Meal, get a box that says 6 pieces but only 4 pieces. All while your child is asking you why they only got 4 instead of the six, all while you're already on the other side of town. $15 an hour and can't even count at a kindergarten level😒😒

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to! All I ordered was a.coffee it took 25 min just to get a half full cup of coffee! Saw multiple people leave without their order due to the cashier who was heavily on drugs (not being dramatic but she was) not paying attention to ANYONE worst experience I have ever encountered.

Was charging my Tesla at the nearby supercharger and the place was only open for drive thru at night. Placed an order on the app and walked to the drive thru. Angry employee told me I need a car if I want service even though I already ordered and paid. I thought this was America where everyone has the right to a burger regardless of their mobility status. One star. Won't come back. Would rather eat out of the dumpster behind Wendy's.

Charges more for hash browns if you go in than if you order from a service like DoorDash. Also the person at the drive through has trouble hearing, as I had to repeat my order over several times and they still got it wrong.

Tues, Jun 15 2021, we visited this McDonald's and ordered 3 Big Macs, No Lettuce. After receiving our food and going home, we proceeded to eat.. Everyone thought they tasted funny until we realized they had given us thier grass burgers instead of thier hamburgers. In hindsight, we should have kept the remaining food and pressed charges.. We will never go to a McDonald's again. And I'm a 50+ yr customer

Drive thru experience is lacking. Fries are warm at best and you only get 1/2-3/4 of the size you order. They put globs of mayo on the McChicken and a few strands of lettuce. GROSS!

The absolute SLOWEST service on a routine basis if you go inside. It appears they focus on drive thru 1st, 2nd, and 3rd before counter service is served. Should have learned the first time. Nothing changed the 2nd or 3rd time. Won't be a 4th time here.

This McDonald's has got to be the worst one out there! Rude staff, LONG LONG wait times and undercooked fries are only a sample of the many things wrong with this place! Take a tip from Chick-fil-A and treat your customers with respect.

If you want your order to be correct, don't come to this location. They always manage to get the most uncomplicated orders messed up.

The American flag on display is a disgrace. One of the largest chains (if not the biggest) and you can't keep a beautiful flag flying? See your local Veteran's organization and they'll get you one.

Charging people for the wrong orders... losing track of who ordered what... not able to sell gift cards in the drive through... only 1 register that could accept purchase by card inside... coke mix is off... big homeless problem in this area... I could go on, but I think you get the picture. Its McDonalds but there still be some sort of standard.

Went through drive thru and ordered. At window they asked me to park and would bring food out. Waited 10 min and no food finally went inside and asked for my food or money back manager was really rude and didn't give any explanation just told cashier to give me my money and walked away.

Went to complain to manager that my hubby got food poisoning she was also the cook. She asked to to drive around and park. She never came out and I left. Please always check the patties for wellness. I think my hubby ate bad, raw. meat. No more QPs for him. Ps my hubby has an iron stomach, he cramped up after eating the quarter pound, diarrhea, vomiting Immediately followed.

Bad service. Slow. Shake machine is always down. Always forget my butter for pancakes. Different visit: Cashier spent 10 minutes with one customer with no one else at the register to help with line. Shake machine down. Soda machine broken. Other soda machine out of all Coke flavors. Terrible restaurant.

My sister went here to order the speaker was broken. So she pulled to the front they told her to go back around so she mobile ordered then went back through the drive through could not tell them she mobile ordered due to speaker being broken, when she got to the window both women that were working yelled at her.

Horrible service!!!! Ordered online for curbside at 9pm. Would not allow me to order curbside, had to go through the drive thru. Manager would not answer phone or even answer questions at drive thru window. Stated that curbside ends at 8pm, I have ordered curbside at 11pm before and had my order promptly brought to me. Ridiculous excuse for a manager and extremely disrespectful. Had the crew member close the window on me while I was asking curbside questions and refused to talk with me. Unacceptable, will be contacting the main corporation not the owners in Stockton.

This place is disgusting! The employees are rude. My mother was on crutches and instead of taking her order where she was standing they made her move way over to the other register. (No one was at the counter when we walked in.) Then we asked about a drink that was advertised outside and the person didn't know anything about it.!!! The restaurant is dirty... Food on the floor! Burgers were dry and luke warm and fries were few and cold!!! Usually the bag is overflowing. Not here!!! Not a good representation of McDonald's!!! 😣☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹

First let me say I want to give the lady that worked there 5☆. She was so nice, helpful and friendly. The one star is because it's McDonald's, Mcnasty. I don't know why I feel the need every year or 2 to go there and try to eat the food, but I do. There has not been 1x in my life that I recall eating their food and feeling good about it. It's like I ate poison and feel it slowly killing me. I always feel like I'm going to get the Mcsh***s.

After waiting in line for 20 mins they can't get a simple 2 item order right. I was going to go inside to get the rest of our order but your RUDE staff who needs some remedial training in customer service, was walking up to the door at the same time. I was going to ask her for syrup because I know the doors were locked due to Covid. I said excuse me to her 4 times as she and I were walking to the door. She ignored me. I know she heard me because as another employee let her in, she hurried inside looked right at me and slammed the door in my face.

They always get my order wrong. I don't like going there but I live so close to it. And the young employees have terrible customer service.

The management is by far the worst I've EVER had to deal with. I was absolutely shocked by how rude, disrespectful, unkowledgeable and unhelpful she, (mngr) was. I will NEVER recommend this or ANY McDonald's to ANYONE. Simply because of how poorly, as a paying customer, I was treated.

Love the yogurt parfait. Found out they no longer make and serve them. So I went through the drive through and ordered double-cheese burger (no pickles) and LG sweet tea. This is what they gave me 2 dry burgers with big Mac sauce and pickles. 😠 and a coke.

I would have been fired if I let my drive though get this bad. Over 20 minutes stuck in here basically at a dead stop. Nothing takes more than 3 minutes to get from scratch. Unaccecptable. What happened to 90 sec order to food and 270 sec total experience time?

Terrible location. Always messing something up. I door dashed from this location, last time ever. They didn’t include any sauce (I ordered 4 for 20 nuggets), both cookies weren’t in there, no straw for my drink & they were cold and tasted old. Don’t waste your money here I sure won’t anymore.

They kept on forgetting items in the happy meal. The cashier in the first window was very poilet girl. That had excellent customer service skills. The guy in the second window needs to double check his work.

Garbage employees, go to the other one if you want your order correct. Needs a new manager right away. Curbside employees act like they're already dead. Only one nice curbside lady.

Went through drive thru. Gave us 1 bag. Had to tell them we had a happy meal also. Then had to ask for the juice. Then she gave us some one else's large drink. Had to tell her it wasn't ours. Food was ok but service was severely lacking!

Whatever this is, it's not a mushroom burger. It smelt like manure. I ended up not eating that day. I get you're fast food but it should still look and smell like food.

Every time I come here at night, my food is cold. The fries were hot but way salty. Nor was anyone friendly.

The owner or manager a short man was rude! I drove all the way to pick up an order that was apparently cancelled due to it being 1030 but I was charged for it! He told me sorry for you and that my money will be returned in 3 days! He could care less about his customers clearly! I will never return to that location again.

Totally rude service from the drive thru workers. I understand the fast food industry can be stressful and hectic (former McDonald’s worker) but the rudeness so us was unnecessary. We waited patiently and when asked what we would like my husband began to order and the lady cut him off mid sentence. Then we proceeded to the window and she asked if he wanted a receipt and he said yes please and she shut the window, we waited, she opened it again and said “you can go” he again asked for the receipt. She gave it to him and slammed the window. I’m not sure what her problem is but it should be addressed properly.

Unfortunately, like most fast food chains they only focus on the Drive-Thru and Door Dash, Grub Hub customers and give no attention or concern to the customers who take the time to park in what very few available parking spaces are available walk in and place their orders.. But what I did notice is that the male associate at the register had very red eyes and a blank glazed , lost look on his face. A word of advice to corporate management, continue to randomly drug test all of your employees even after being hired or keep losing business. I will never return to this location. I do not expect a reply from this review because I already know about the low quality, poor service and bad management at this location. This incident occured on Saturday April 22nd at approximately 10:40 AM.😡

Made us go to a spot and wait for our food. They got confused as to what car we were in, so we never got our food. Had to go back inside and ask where our food was. When we got it it was cold.

Dave the manager is awful… told me his employees were allowed to leave my paid for items out of my bag bc I am obviously a rude person and I got what I deserved. Then he kicked me out the store. So he made me pay to be degraded. He didn’t like the way I look, didn’t like my legal and obvious marine knife, and he didn’t like me asking why service was bad. He ignored me until he wanted to tell me it was my own fault they intentionally left my food out the bag.

Some of the worst service I have ever received at a McDonald's. After ordering at the kiosk (because nobody was at the counter) three other customers came in. They were not helped for at least five minutes and it was only because one of them had to be rude and shout to the back that someone needed help. All three of these customer were helped and received their orders before me. Then another group of people came in and that's when I realized they were white glove servicing the Doordash/GrubHub people and completely ignoring the customers that walkd in and paid. When we finally got our food 20 MINUTES after ordering there were a couple items missing and they placed all of the fries UPSIDE DOWN in the bag. Given that there are about 10 other places to eat around here I won't bother with this place again.

The service is terrible. I know it’s a McDonalds, but out of all the McDonalds in Manteca, this one is the worst. I can’t even blame the workers, I think it’s straight up bad management. It’s always filled with angry customers waiting up to 20-30 minutes for a basic order, and that’s IF they get your order right.

We went to get dinner and the fries we NOT cooked all the way. I called customer service and complained 5.49 for large fries and they were partially raw. No more shame on you. We went thru drive thru. Tired of par performance from ppl who dont want to work.

I placed an order before breakfast ended on the app, which said to get there before 10:30am. They tell me they have to cancel my order because breakfast ends at 10:30am. I tell her it's literally 10:30am because she made me wait, and I had placed my order online on the app way before 10:30am. Then I get back on the app to cancel my order, and it tells me I can't cancel it because it's already being prepared. But the idiotic girl at the drive-thru tells me she's going to have to cancel my order because it's 10:30am. But my order was already placed before I even got there. I still got charged and spoke to the manager and she couldn’t even refund me my money and now I have to fill out a stupid slip to get my money back Are you freaking kidding me? McDonald’s in Manteca California on Yosemite is one of the worst ones I’ve been to and my order was only 3 items smfh

Placed a curbside order at McDonald’s and waited about 15 minutes, which felt long watching so many cars fly through the drive-thru. That said, the food came out fresh and hot, and the worker who brought it out was polite and friendly. Just wish curbside was a bit quicker—but overall still a solid experience.

Im a truck driver from Texas. I was in California carrying a load. I just wanted to stop and sit for a quick breakfast and some coffee before I started my day. Website and door posting both say that this location opens at 5am. I got there at 5:12am only to find a locked door. When someone finally did come to the door he was extremely rude ,and all I asked him is what time the dining area would actually open. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Advertising for shamrock shakes with no product availability! Settled for a shamrock oreo mcflurry today, all 1 inch of it as the rest was pure unmixed ice cream. Why am I not surprised. I guess if I ever come back I'll ask for something that takes little effort to produce, maybe a straw or some napkins that I can hand out to the bum at the end of the drive though!

This is the second time I had a horrible experience with this place. Everyone down to on duty manager is right out of Highschool. The immaturity shows as they can't follow directions of the customer, My burger had hair and dirt on the patty. Look like 2 year old slapped together my burger. The photos where taken right after burger was opened I didn't pull apart the burger or mess with it. After my first bite I found the hairs and little dirt rocks like it was dropped on the floor and then put together, kicked a few times and served to me. I could hear them laughing in back as I picked up my order. After everything I immediately got my money back.

I stopped there just before jumping on the freeway open the hamburger after I got on the freeway and that's what I found ice cold meat ice cold cheese And I couldn't turn around because the next exit is miles away. And they don't answer their telephone.
