We had a very bad experience at the establishment, although the food is tasty and in good portions. We made a reservation for a group, they initially gave us some rates and then changed them, and we couldn't reach an agreement. The only thing they offered was 5% (85 pesos of the final bill) when it was their mistake and not ours.
Llegamos y nos sentamos en las mesas de afuera un poco antes de las 5, nos dijo la señorita que ya no tenia de todo, le preguntamos que entonces que era lo que si tenía, para ver si nos quedábamos, a lo que nos contestó que de hecho ya no tenia nada, nos dio la impresión de que ya no queria atender mas gente.
The service was awful. They had absolutely nothing on the menu. The waitresses were incredibly rude, standing right next to you trying to get you to eat in five minutes, and they were all staring at you from the kitchen, urging you to hurry up. When asked if they accepted cards, they said yes, but when it came time to pay, they refused because they didn't want to turn on their computer. They were already short-staffed, now I know why. I will never return to that place; it was terrible.
