Fast and friendly service. The dining area was clean and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious !!! Unfortunately you don't get that at every Whataburger !!!

Food is good, its Whataburger. They seem to have downsized the cups, as I ordered a large and got what looked like a medium. Drive through and parking lot are atrocious and near if not impossible to get in and out of at different times of the day, which i why I rarely come here.

I have given this location multiple trys and it always disappoints, went today was very busy I waited and ordered. I then got parked at the front to wait for my food, waited 20mins out front. I waited for a total of an hour then I still didnt get all my food, this will be my last visit to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I asked for fresh Fries and they gave me warm flimsy fries. They had four managers working and the rest of the orange shirts we're doing nothing. One of the managers on duty was rude and cut my conversation short with somebody that I needed to talk to. These people are rude and idiotic don't go here.

We were passing through on our way to San Antonio and decided to stop for a quick dinner. We ordered and sat at a table. 20 minutes later and still no food brought to us. I went to the counter to ask and who I assume was the manager looked at my receipt and says "we didn't make it." No apology, no excuse, no we'll get it right out to you. I go sit with the family and 10 minutes later here comes our food and the server drops the tray and half our order is on the floor. Another long wait for our food. Definitely my worst Whataburger experience. $64 dinner and poor service. I won't be stopping at this location again!

Went through the drive-thru around 11:45 pm in the drive-thru without anybody asking me or telling me welcome to Whataburger. I sat there for 30 minutes before somebody asked me. Did somebody take my order? Several people including the manager came outside to let somebody in but couldn't take my order. Then when I asked if they were closed they said no but still couldn't take my order. Took 45 minutes for me to be able to be assistant and they gave me a hard time using my rewards like they do a lot at this location. What a horrible experience I've had tonight. I don't think I'll be ever going to the store very again. Very satisfied and the food was half cold but I'm really hungry and I live 2 hours away. So I ate it. Sad so much potential for this store and they keep letting me down every time I come by save your money and go to McDonald's or somewhere else not this place. One of the worst whataburgers I've ever been to. They either get my burger wrong put ice in my drink when I asked for no ice. Horrible customer service

Whataburger just lost a customer of many years not that it matters to them, that’s the last time I ever wait 30 minutes for a sixteen dollar patty melt meal only to be told at the window the limit on ketchup is 2 packs. When asked if I could buy extra ketchup the worker said they don’t sell extra and that corporate has been changing a bunch of stuff around. Many other options around for anyone interested the dam grill in Buchanan has one of the best burgers I’ve had from a restaurant and only 14 bucks

Ordered wings, Paid for it then was asked to move forward and they would “bring it out to me”. Waited 20 minutes nobody brought me my order, went inside and was given a sorry and an apple pie. I don’t even like pie (Ps. My order was sitting underneath the drive-through serving station the whole time) 🙃

This is the most unsanitary whataburger i have seen. People with dirty fingernails, beards in food prep and no cover, watched them carry my hash browns in their gloved hand that they just worked on a machine with and never changed gloves. If you want to wait in line forever to get food served by nasty people, then this is your beat bet.

Don’t ever waste your time and money at this Whataburger location. My mom and I went here this morning for our regular morning drinks, and my mom asked specifically for a MEDIUM CUP OF ICE! Well, we pulled up to the drive through after waiting for twenty minutes in a short line (which is another problem here), the cashier (who appeared to be a short middle-aged woman with grey hair in a bun), failed to produce the ordered cup of ice; after my mom asked her again, she handed my mom a TINY cup. When my mom confronted her about this, the cashier said that she would have to charge my mom extra for my a medium cup because it supposedly “wasn’t in the order”, when my mom explicitly requested it in the order, and they never before charged my mom extra for the medium cup even when it did appear in the order…After my mom told her “just forget it”, the lady through the cup on the ground and swore at my mother as we drove off. I don’t what this lady’s name is, but she must be dismissed for her unprofessional conduct and failure to uphold the oath of the “customer is always right”. But also, every cashier here is abysmally slow and cannot seem to comprehend simple orders, so you’re just better off crossing this place off your list…
