The parking lot is just not safe, just sketchy. The pizza is great 👍, though I wish for keto and gluten-free options, and that would make it the best. Great staff

The customer service at the Marysville location was awesome. Emily went above and beyond and provided me with excellent service! I just recently had a baby and took her into the shop in her car seat with me to pick up my pizzas without realizing I wouldn’t have enough hands to carry her and the pizzas. After paying for the pizzas I realized my dilemma. Without missing a beat, Emily saw my predicament and offered to carry them out to my car for me. She was so kind and thoughtful and truly went above and beyond. I am so so thankful for her outstanding service.
Nice employees, quick service, delicious pizza! Update: tonight is Friday night and my daughter just finished a softball game. She got hit pretty hard in the shin with the ball, I'm hoping it's not fractured!! I asked her if she wanted Papa Murphy's Pizza? And her eyes lit up. I got there at 8:40.... The sign says they close at 9. They had everything put away, and said sorry we can't. I was so upset! So I went to Safeway and bought a crappy Hawaiian pizza and went home and apologized to my daughter. She was more forgiving than I was! We usually love Papa Murphy's!!...

Customer service is not what it used to be. My husband ordered a pizza and monkey bread online. He picked it up and when he got home realized he didn't get the monkey bread. We called them to let them know and they didn't answer the phone, we continued to call for over an hour with no answer. I had to leave a house full of guests to get the monkey bread. When I got there and was explaining what happened I was rudely interrupted by the associate and directed to a rack where online orders were waiting to be picked up. I told him we got the pizza but not the monkey bread, he rudely said "we are out of monkey bread". This is the second time we ordered monkey bread only to be told after we picked up the pizza they did not have it. We had to ask for a refund each time, we tipped on the total of the purchase but only got back the cost of the monkey bread. Since the manager was not there and she was the only one that can issue refunds, I requested a call from the manager when she came in the next day. I spoke to the manager the next day and all I got was excuses for the behavior of the staff and when I asked why we were not told they were out of monkey bread when we picked up the pizza, she told me that's not how things are done and it the customers responsibility to make sure they have all their order. We had to make 2 trips to the store each time to get our order and had to request a refund for the items we did not get. Not sure why they are not being proactive and automatically giving refunds for items you don't receive, I guess they are hoping you won't notice and they can just keep the money.
Pizzas and sides were great, the new s'more bars are awesome and much better than the pizza! The young lady at the register accidentally hit 2 extra pizzas on the register, and didn't blink when my 3 pizzas and 2 sided totalled $84! Even after taking one off, still didn't blink when the bill was still $70! Maybe a review of orders might be a good idea! The whole staff was very pleasant!!

Left for a few minutes. Wow they were preparing it. They said it would be at the end of the table for me, when I get back with my name on it. Came back and didn’t seem to see it about 20 minutes stood there for a few minutes nobody said a single word to me, so I left came back in about another 5 to 10 minutes still didn’t see my name on my pizza so I stood there for another few minutes nobody said a single word to me, or tried to help me and then I realized my pizza had been sitting there the whole time they just spelt my name incorrectly, and I wasn’t aware that it was mine. And then, without saying anything or them saying anything I just grab the pizza walked out and left. I could’ve grabbed any pizza. I wanted really. Just wasn’t friendly wasn’t inviting wasn’t helpful. This would be Tuesday, January 16 5 PM.
On more than one occasion we have tried calling and they don’t answer the phone. We get the text message specials and then when we come in (because they didn’t answer) we get told they don’t do those or those are for online orders only even if that is not stated in the message. Just frustrating. Like the food. Not so much the service.

Second or third time we've come to this location and the pizzas are being made with low effort / laziness. Below you'll find a picture of what I mean. Most of the toppings are in the middle and not a lot of toppings either. I think I'll take the drive to go to another establishment while they figure this out.

Had the worst Pizza I've ever had. 2 bites was all I could take. I threw the rest in the garbage where it belonged. There was literally no sauce on it it was so dry ugh
I ordered a normal pizza but my crust was as thin as the rest of the pizza. Like they used a rolling pin instead of being trained to use their hands.
Can't exactly review a restaurant that decides to stop serving 40 minutes before close. After a hot day we decided to get Papa Murphy's for an easy dinner. A couple large pizzas and salads. When we arrived a gentleman customer was coming out of PM relaying to his partner that "they won't take orders, they're cleaning up." We tried to call from parking lot (sitting directly in front of store) and the three staffers ignored the ringing phone and it went to VM. I'm frustrated and very disappointed at the lack of work ethic and quality that is plaguing the service industry. Won't be back.

When u call at 8 pm and after no one answers their phone so u can order a pizza. Who wants to drive than find out closed? MOD pizza ooen till 11 guess well try that one.

Incomplete delivery order. Driver spoke no English. Delivered to wrong spot. Missing item. Phone number for store doesn't work. Horrible experience.
