I always get the chicken teriyaki special with white rice and half lo mein. It’s sooo good, my favorite!!! Good place for a yummy meal. Staff is always so nice too.

This location is exceptional. The service here is neat and efficient, the employees always tend to the customers no matter what, and not to mention that the food tastes amazing. I eat here practically every day and have had no problems with it.

First time coming here and wow, I am impressed. Walking in I was greeted with a smile before even making it to the register. The woman with glasses who took my order was very sweet and professional. I couldn’t believe how quickly my order was ready. I don’t even think it took them over 40 seconds to have it bagged and ready for me to take out. The chicken teriyaki was fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back. Great addition to the neighborhood!

sashimi was so fresh it literally melted in my mouth and the rolls were huge, chef even waved at us from the counter which was a nice touch 🍣🔥👌

Ordered via Uber Eats. Second time my teriyaki had no teriyaki. Salmon, Lo mein, and rice were dry. I requested extra teriyaki sauce in the order notes.

Ordered chicken teriyaki and avocado & cucumber roll… as I was eating the roll. Something tasted a little off, but I continued eating it thinking nothing of it and ate the platter as well. Nighttime, I didn’t feel well. Long story short food poisoning for two days worst time ever. I will not be returning here.

The employees acted like customers were an inconvenience — no greeting, no courtesy, just annoyed faces and cold attitudes. My food was also cold, and sloppily thrown together. With the sticky tables, dirty floors, etc. the whole place gave off an unclean and negative vibe that made me regret even walking in.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I walked into Teriyaki One Japanese Grill, it was a nightmare. The staff were shockingly rude, barely acknowledging customers, and seemed annoyed by even the simplest requests. Smiles? Forget it. Polite conversation? Not in this universe. The food… well, calling it “edible” is generous. My food was given to me lukewarm, sloppily plated, and with an alarming hair on top. My friend claims they spotted what looked like a bug in their sushi roll — though I’m still unsure what it was because I didn’t want to look too long. Either way, it was disgusting. The entire place felt unclean. Tables sticky, floors neglected, and utensils that looked like they had been fished out of the sink and tossed back onto the table. I’m still questioning how this restaurant is allowed to operate. If you value your money, your time, and your HEALTH, steer clear. This is a masterclass in how NOT to run a restaurant — rude staff, poor hygiene, repulsive food, and zero care for customers.

Ordered via Grubhub They cancelled my order without asking me so I re- ordered and it genuinely felt like they just sent me what I ordered first. Cold and just not fresh. So overall don't order from here this was scammish and save yourself a headache.

If you love your beef inedible because of how burnt to a crisp it comes, eat here. If you like rice to be sent when you paid extra for noodles, go here. Oh and if you tried to be understanding and just try calling them to ask for a simple exchange when you are literally 5 minutes away from them, them agreeing to the exchange but THEN decide to let you wait over an hour… to — surprise, surprise admit to you that they will NOT be exchanging, order from here! Unbelievable.
