I love Taco Bell, the food and staff are always so friendly and the contactless drive thru is perfectly executed for this pandemic!

The drive thru was fairly quick and the food was good and our order was correct.

When we go to Massena NY 13662,the Taco Bell restaurant is out of this world.The Mgr Steve and his crew are the most welcoming people I did not see for a long time. They make you feel you are a member of their family same thing I use to do when working in food business wit the Marriott corp.in Washington DC as General Mgr in the Roy Rogers rest.div also the cafeteria div for over 20 years. That restaurant is so clean in and out why; because the employees care the way they wear their uniform and their presentation toward the customers.This store should get an award from the Taco Bell main office.We live in Gatineau Quebec Canada and come shopping at Aldi,Price shoppers also at Walmart and this is our preference to stop at that place for our Tacos.Steve keep up the good work and be sure we will be back.We did visit that place on Saturday Feb.22,at 12:30 pm. No one know what food taste till you go to Taco Bell in Massena hey are the best.

What a good a place to eat the food was hot and was good the service was amazing and the drive through was fast only thing they did wrong was not fill up or sour cream cups full it was only about half way full but a great experience recommended

This Taco Bell made an effort to accommodate and help when we went in with a large family (9 of is), unlike the local Pizza place who said they could only have 6 people at a table

I was blown away by the enthusiasm of the young man working cash last night! (April 22/22). Very friendly, helpful and clearly loves his job. He even kindly gave me a paper bowl to use for my dog’s water. This is a really nice location, beautiful interior including the bathrooms!

I rarely leave this place unsatisfied. The food is consistent, it's clean, and the staff is always friendly. The worst part of this particular Taco Bell is the location. When it was first built, there was a mall, a shopping center, a department store, and other attractions. But as of late, the mall is garbage, the surrounding stores have moved, and this fast food restaurant is the main reason to go to the part of town. The look of the building hasn't been changed in years, the seating area is awkward, as the tables are close together and the chairs are wobbly and uncomfortable. There are two entrances, and if you go during a busy time, you may need to wait on those in the other entrance to get into the drive through. The parking lot is small and awkward. Now, you may be thinking that I've called out quite a bit of downsides for a five star review, but the quality of the staff and food more than makes up for it. Seeing as it's the only Taco Bell for miles, they could easily get away with lower standards, but they don't. And the fact that I'm seeing the same employees for months and years at a time, shows that management is doing something right there.

Fast, friendly, and accurate order delivery. Received exactly what I ordered, very fast. Staff super friendly and knowledgable. Bagged like items in the same bag so all of one kind of taco was in one bag. Building is clean and fresh, ordering kiosks available as well as counter service. Nice seating area for eating in. Drive thru for those in a hurry. Overall Taco Bell is a good choice for fast food, nice change from burgers and fries.

Taco Bell is one of our favorite places to eat. My husband loves their Mexican pizza meal. My favorite is the Nacho Bell Grande meal. The employees there are all very nice.

I can't say how much I love this place for being open late. Stoner vibes for sure. The food in my experience has a better standard now than in past past years. The nacho party pack is my fav. And I'm sorry that me and all my friends have such huge orders most of the time.... Munchies. This is really just directed to the workers, thank you. We appreciate the work you do. At least me and my friends do. And a personal thanks for helping me out a couple times.

This building has undergone some beautiful renovations. There now are a total of four registers inside, two of which are self service where you can pay by card and order yourself. You can also place an order over the app and pick it up too. One of the best places around to get food and one of the only local places with good sugar free drink options.

Way better than Potsdam. The manager in Potsdam has a chip on her shoulder. I order food here and it's hot, correctly made and delicious. Potsdam is horrible and needs to get trained by this store. Highly recommend and will return because the Potsdam store is crap.

I pulled up to my local taco bell located in Massena NY 13662. I have never written a review before. I realize I visited this location about 45 minutes before closing time. I waited about 20 minutes before I was greeted over the drive thru microphone. Even the employee commented on the wait time. Asking if I waited long. I ordered my meal and pulled ahead. I payed. Received my meal. At the time of night the drive thru line was not busy. I asked if I could order one more item. The employee said yes of course. Completed a new order at the drive thru window. As I waited for my food I asked the employee if I could get some hot sauce packets. He smiled and said he wanted to say no because I ordered at the window. I felt that was kind of rude but I didn't engage with the employee. I politely said please may I have my hot sauce packets. He placed them in the bag and I said thank you and have a good night. The moral of this story is please don't be unnecessary rude to customers who are polite from beginning to end of the sale. It felt like he was trying egg me on so I would be rude back to him. I'm not that kind of person. I have worked in the service on for many years. I know it can be hard dealing with many kinds of people. Especially people who don't want your help no matter how hard your try. Just be kind even on a bad day because you never know what someone is going thru. A little kindness can go a long way.💜

Service here is very good, the food is well above average for fast food. Even the dollar menu stuff is really good. I'd recommend ordering via the app so you can see all the options. You can essentially build your own burrito or taco on the app and pick it up pretty quickly. Handy for big orders.

Massena is a small village with lots of pizza places, homestyle eateries, and burger joints. Taco Bell stands out as being the closest thing to mexican. I appreciate the vegetarian options. It's a toss-up what quality of food you're going to get, but if there's an issue, it is usually resolved favorably.

After what must have been extensive renovations, the Taco Bell just reopened in Massena, NY. The drive through lines have been crazy, but they move quickly. If you like Taco Bell food, you'll be happy with what you get. They usually have folks with pleasant personalities working the drive through, which is more than some of the area chains can manage.

The wait is sometimes a little long. But the staff are always courteous and polite. Plus I don't think they have ever messed up my order! Which is pretty good for a fast food restaurant.

Typical Taco Bell. Customer service is hit or miss and whether you will have an upset stomach from the food afterwards is another hit or miss.

Always seems understaffed when I visit. Not a good place to visit if you're in a hurry. This includes the drive through.

I usually try to stop later at night when the one manager Tommy is working. They normally always get my order correct, fast, and are always more then polite. They don't mess my order up. I stopped in Saturday night because I Figured the normal Saturday people would be there. Tommy wasn't there but the really sweet girl Sharee was. They Messed my order up first time in months they got anything wrong. I will make sure to try and go back in on a night when Tommy and Sharee are both working. I know he will take good care of me and make the errors from this weekend correct. Please let me know if Tommy no longer works at night so I can stop in when he is working. He always goes above and beyond if there is anything even possibly wrong he makes it right instantly with no questions asked or attitude given. Taco Bell Needs more people like these two especially. They always make the visit worth it.

It was ok, they added an extra order to our meal, which doesn't surprise me. As I've heard from other people they've been doing that lately by adding more food to a person's order. Which they need to start listening to the customer order, whether they have their job or not the place is for service of the consumer and not what they find funny. They apologise for their actions are with a smirk knowing they did it purposely. They might need to find a job that doesn't have to do with people's food and/or money.

Taco bell needs to slow down on the food production. Especially when it's an order made specifically to order. For example today I ordered extra steak on my steak cascadia, alas it was on one end.....

Excellent food, fresh and hot when served. However, when I and my father, both Natives, recieved our order, it was given in takeout bags. The other two groups of people were non-Native, and were given trays. Two other Natives who came in were also given bags instesd of trays. This after I had made clear that the order was dine in.

The gentleman was extremely rude but we enjoy the food after a night of gambling :-p

I ate here today and the food was good. While I was eating, there was an older couple trying to order and a worker told them to use to kiosk because they were "too busy". That's BS. I don't like using these kiosks and I'm young in my early twenties. These people struggled to order to order for over 10 minutes because the workers can't be arsed to take an order for 1 minute. You can't expect older people to use these and be good at it.

So this is the second time in as many days that I went thru the drive thru and ordered my food including a large drink. Last time the drinks were not full. Today, all three of our drinks were not filled. Mine was an inch from the top of the cup. I think they just cap it before the fizz goes down. At least give a full cup. Taco Bell has raised their prices like everyone else. They shouldn’t short change their costumers in the process.

My boyfriend and i went in an hour before they closed. The staff was too busy rapping with each other, they looked at us and chose to ignore us. Don't plan on going back any time soon.

Waited 20 minutes just for a Baja in a line and they STILL PUT ICE AFTER I ASK 2 TIME FOR NO ICE ! if you go for something quick, you might as well just go ahead in cuz this is my third time dealing with this in the past three weeks

They have a lot of good food, however for over 5 years, no matter whose in charge, the place manages to screw things up. I ordered the Chipotle chicken melt priced at $1.29. It's the next best thing to the shredded chicken burrito they removed from their menu. However I wanted just the chicken and cheese with no chippolte sauce. And even though they confirmed it on the screen and on the receipt, they put it on anyway. In past days,, They messed up by charging for extra chicken at my request, but gave me none and I reported it twice but they still continued. I thought they were better than that. I can understand when they run out of things but when I order one thing and am given something else, I'm upset over that. I guess it's finally time to make my own and never go to taco bell.

The preparation time of orders is insane, because they refuse to put enough staff on shift. I won't be back until there's new management. After receiving the response below, the conversation continued via these emails: 1- You actually need to have details about regularly occurring bad service?  Are you that unaware of what understaffing a place does? One day I go to the drive thru, around 2pm, and it takes almost 10 minutes to produce my order.  For my inconvenience, I'm give a free taco coupon.  Wow.  But, one bad experience doesn't make for a bad review.  I returned the very next day, about the same time, and walk in instead.  At least 6 drive thru orders went out before my food was served, which just isn't possible if 2 sides of the prep stations are manned.  Again, I was offered a free taco for my inconvenience.  Wow again, but no thanks.  I won't need the coupon, because I won't be back until service improves. Service has been steadily declining for about 6 months, and I notice less staffing more often.  The people there are being worn out, they will show more resentment towards management, and the service will decline until you go out of business.  My diet won't suffer.  There are other options, which I will allow myself to enjoy. To quote the main phrase from your new service policy training manual, I'm sorry.  I won't be back 2- We are very sorry that you had these experiences.  If you could please send me a good phone number for me to reach you at I will have my area coach follow up with you. First I was charged for a drink I didn't order,couldn't get a refund till they served the next car in line. After I got my food I get home and there are no cinnamon twists in my cravings box. Very poor service.

I went here with my grandchildren. The employees are very friendly. I tried to call several times to let them know that i bit into my my gordita (not rang up like that any longer) and there was a very long hair in it. I ended up losing what i had already eaten. I don't like lettuce so I ask for no lettuce. I go to get replacement luxe boxes because of the lettuce being on my food and surprise surprise there was lettuce on the replacement food. Then has the audacity to make it seem like it's my fault there was lettuce on the food! Sadly I am done eating here.

My order is not right again. I ordered a cheese roll up with jalapeño sauce and the sauce wasn't on there. This is the 3rd or 4th time that has happened and I get charged extra for it. I don't usually eat here and when I do this is usually what happens. I have had things missing and had to drive 20 minutes back to get the food that's missing. I don't check my order before I leave there but now I'm going to.

Ordered dinner for my family yesterday. Order wasn’t complicated…standards off the menu items, no edits. Yet…they not only FORGOT 2 items, but they also endured the items given to us. I don’t understand why this particular location always has issues getting their customer’s orders CORRECT, but this is a regular occurrence for myself and various others in our community. Clearly they’re either not training their employees properly, or just don’t care. I’ll make the trip to their Potsdam location going forward, just to avoid having my order messed up. Fast food is suppose to be CONVENIENT. How is messing up a customer’s order in any way “convenient”? Especially when they have allergies?! Unacceptable! Fire your employees, or train them to do the job they’re paid to do. Also…I want my $23.43 back! PS, reading others reviews, I see u only respond when they’re POSITIVE reviews. Kind of makes the customers wonder why 🤔 it’s as if u don’t care about your employees work ethic or the customers ur suppose to be catering to. Smdh bad business. I’ll be contacting the BBB to let them know about this. Updated today 2mths later: gave them another shot….and this is what I got, Smdh. If I’m paying $1.20 for guacamole, I’m expecting to get my moneys worth!! But instead of filling the container, as it’s supposed to be, I ended up with 1/2 filled containers!! What a waste of money! Why is it so hard to give the customer EXACTLY what they paid for, when I go to this location?!

We came in at 9:20 pm on January 31st, 2025 and they had the soda machines and everything in hooked in the dining room. The girl at the counter was rude it’s now 10:18pm and yet we still haven’t got our food she just now tells us it’s just now being made. Meanwhile 10-15 cars have gone through the drive through. Then decided to mop the floor with a dining room full of people! Not okay!

I have yet to have a successful delivery from this place. Either they treat an order like a pick up even though you have a delivery confirmation, or they give the delivery driver the wrong address time and time again. They never get the order right, and when you call to say something they tell you that you have to go through the online app to file a complaint about missing food that you've paid for. You do that which is an email form and then you never hear anything back and get no refund. We've even offered to come get the food that was missing or to bring the food that was the wrong items back to show they had sent the wrong items in exchange for the ones we had actually paid for and were still denied. Seriously how hard is it to get an order right, or to fix it when you mess it up.

We ordered food for 3 people. The service was great but the portions were horrible. Nacho fries container was barely half full. All of the tacos were less than half full. Only a couple of shreds of lettuce and slightly more cheese. Angie in DT was super friendly. Taste was as expected but, the renovations must have ate into the food budget.
