As soon as I went there to place my order, I was greeted in less than 5 Seconds. Very good!! then after placing my order, the female repeated my order and then she ask me if I want to add any Apple pies to my order to wich I said no thank you. Thats it. Then she stated my Total and told me to pull over to the window. Excellent!! This service only took 3 minutes and 1 Second. Awesome!!! just Awesome!!

I was a frequent customer, but I don't buy there anymore, because they are very expensive now. Also, the chicken pieces are smaller, which look similar to a pigeon size..Also the sides are smaller, e.g. biscuits, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw. Before the pandemic the chicken pieces were much bigger, including the sides. I would like to add that the Cole slaw had a lot of buttermilk, mayonnaise to make it seem like there is much food on the plastic container, where it is served..BUT no.

It’s 2 pm Oct 14 , 2022. The place was EMPTY !! I’m not sure who the manager on duty was but she clearly didn’t care how the place was running. Phones were not being answered because I called about 10 times to let them know that they missed some items on my order. They had 2 workers in the front of the door taking orders . No line just one customer waiting on her order who had to walk in front of cars at the drive through to get her order. ( Elderly lady ) when you have 2 workers at the door playing with their phones.

They can't run a restaurant put a mobile order on the KFC app show them the order number in the App no they need to see a state ID to be able to give you the food you paid for what a joke of a restaurant first they ask for California ID instead of the order number or confirmation code

hate it. i asked for no pickles on my sandwich and they gave me pickles. lucky for me, my dad loves pickles so i gave it to him. then i asked for mashed potatoes instead of macaroni and they never gave me the mashed potatoes. it’s like i’m speaking to a wall 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Be careful when you pay with a debit card. I was overcharged. My receipt said I paid $6.66 in cash but my card was charged $7.05. May not be a lot but the trust is gone.

Only ordered two combos and was told to park on the side. No line or anything behind me. Takes waaay too long for "fast food".

Every time I come here they give me the most skimpiest pieces of chicken tenders and like 10 fries in my tender meal. And I swear they somehow charge the most inflated prices and don't offer any coupons, discounts, and even avoid participating in value meals I think. Even if it's not just this location, then KFC stinks now and they should get their act together.
