I absolutely hated this place. The food was terrible. I ordered huevos divorciados, and the sauces already tasted sour. The Americano coffee didn't have refills, the buffet was very limited, with no variety, and the only juices were boxed. The prices don't seem too high, but the portions are small, and you end up paying a lot. The waiters are completely inattentive; you practically have to beg them to ask for anything. I definitely won't be back, and I don't recommend it.

Terrible service at the breakfast buffet. A waiter gave us a table and then they took it away. If it weren't for some gentlemen, we wouldn't have been able to eat sitting down. But since I'd already paid, I thought, "Oh well, it's full, the food must be good." Another bad experience, because they don't even put salt on it. You have to serve yourself, and I have no idea how because nobody tells you anything. In conclusion: Don't come, you'll have a bad time.

Terrible service and food, don't come. We bought the buffet for 11:30 and at 11:40 they removed all the food and nobody was serving us. Terrible service.

We went for breakfast, they offered us a buffet, but we decided to order à la carte. The food took ages to arrive, even though there were only a few people there—just three other tables and us—and everything arrived cold. I ended up ordering takeout and heating it up at home; we didn't even want to eat there anymore. A bad experience.

TERRIBLE PLACE! And to say terrible is an understatement. Deplorable service, the food was not very good. It took over two hours to serve the meal since it was a three-course meal. I don't recommend it at all. Don't go there!

My partner and I visited this place a few days ago at night. We arrived and a girl told us that they only had takeout service, as it was 8:30 at night. I think it's unfair that they would deny us service in such a nice place. I honestly didn't like the rude way they treated us. They should provide better training for their staff in customer service.

The dishes were poorly presented. I ordered grilled milanesa, and it was dripping with grease. The rice was ice-cold, and everything was salty. My mom ordered beef milanesa, and it was tough. We ordered hamburgers for the children, and the fries and the meat were raw. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. Although the place looks nice, the food is terrible.

I got food poisoning from eating breakfast here. They have no business because the food is so bad. Apparently they try to save money by not throwing out bad ingredients. Don’t eat here.
