The food, as in all Subways, is very tasty; however, the staff's attitude is very bad. They interrupted us every time we spoke and acted as if they were in a great hurry to finish serving us, even though we were the only ones in the place.

The worst product experience I've ever had at Subway. I ordered the tuna Subway and it was incredibly disappointing. The bread was very hard and dry, which I've never experienced before. The tuna flavor was nowhere near as good as at other locations, and the cracker was stale. The best part was the 7up.

Today, Subway in Mazatlán is synonymous with neglect and inattention; problems such as broken soda vending equipment, tasteless sodas, a lack of banking terminals, and not to mention the lack of ingredients or some types of bread. The franchise's management is notoriously lacking in attention to detail and neglectful of its customers.

Terrible service from the staff. We wanted to have dinner at this place, and the young man who served us couldn't even respond to our greeting. He didn't want to serve us, and his responses were arrogant and rude. We had to eat somewhere else because the young man's attitude completely ruined my appetite. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I'm a huge Subway fan; I've been to several locations in different states. But the service here is terrible. The employees are always grumpy and practically glued to their phones. You ask them something, and they barely answer. They ask about the sandwich, and it's like they're embarrassed to even speak to you—so rude. I mean, it's like a fancy, upscale place, but this is just too much. Another thing: they do everything for you first, and then you pay... But when I got to the register, they wouldn't accept my card. What if I hadn't brought cash? Just because they were too lazy to accept it and not charge me first.

The staff is poor. Their attitude is unfriendly, or not at all friendly. They make you feel like you have to ask for anything, and simply ask so you don't have to make them wait or inconvenience them. You're greeted by a sheet of paper with a sign that says "Cash only!!!" as if it were a warning not to ask or try to pay by card. This makes you not want to go back and order delivery instead so you don't have to deal with the staff. I'd rather order Uber, honestly.

It's more expensive, there's only one person serving and it took approximately 45 minutes from the time you arrived until they gave it to me, they only had white bread and no cheese, something like that had never happened to me on a subway!
