The atmosphere was awesome but the music was too loud, we couldn't even hear each other. Our server couldn't even hear our order. The food was pretty good. Its so close to the street that people on pulmonias can interact with you.

La verdad lo bueno de este lugar solo es la ubicación , pero la mesera y el mesero dejaron mucho que desear. Los precios son buenos así como la comida

Mala comida, tardaron mucho en entregarla, mal cocinada, que porque el cocinero tiene diabetes...... El ambiente bien, pero porque es al aire libre y da a la calle y es donde se hace el cotorreo

El personal de esa sucursal es desatento, demasiado lento y muy apáticos. Me dió la impresión que les falta personal o el que tienen es muy poco servicial. Generalmente Wings Army es un excelente lugar para comer alitas pero esta es la única sucursal que no puedo recomendar.

The wings were great.had to send back the fries as there was so much salt and spices I couldn't eat them. Service was good cuz no one else was there. This restaurant is on a 4 lane road so I thought it was noisy a bit until the manager decided that everyone in mazatlan needed to hear his music. Luckily I was paying my bill and leaving. I think every business from taxi drivers to restaurants think that cranking music brings in patrons. 🤯

Please do not buy anything that is not wings here. My family and I ordered dinner here. It took 30 minutes to get wings and a burger. It took over an hour to get 3 chicken bowls. The rice was still raw and watery, the herbs were just tossed in and the chicken was semi cooked. The thought was there but not edible.

Place was half full with 5 waiters and 1 bartender. Table was covered in black dust,from the road, waited 20 min for 1 beer and 1 Margarita, and food followed seconds after all at once with wing appetizers... Wings were Awful!! at least 2, maybe 3 days old, still burping old chicken taist, then microwaved then sauced, but burgers were good, maybe call it, Hambergesas army but NOT wings!

Pésimo control de franquicia. El personal sin el mínimo de atención ni servicio (turno de cierre) y con tan solo 4 personas en piso (encargado o gerente entre ellos ) y caja,más los que integran cocina . Se realizó el pedido y las entradas (papas a la francesa) tardaron no menos de media hora. Imaginen el resto ... El producto de la más pésima calidad y presentacion . El pan de dos hamburguesas que se realizó el pedido ,llegó mesero a los 25 minutos del pedido corriendo con pan Bimbo para hamburguesas y la carne de doble ración de las de la tienda de mamá Lucha de $7 la pieza (adjunto imágenes). *Dos hamburguesas *Dos papas a la francesa *Orden de boneless *5 Bebidas (embotelladas) = $1,099 pesos y 45 minutos para servir , sin haber clientes en piso Existen muchísima ,mejores más opciones.

Servicio muy mal,comida muy seca e insípida. Tardan en entregar tu pedido y no dan aderezos Pedimos unos Boneless de búfalo y BBQ Super secos Yo y mi novia comimos en dicho lugar ya antes mencionado lo cual nos causó problemas, estomacales y muchas náuseas, no lo recomendamos.

Horrible place. I got very sick after I ate here, I'm not sure if it was salmonella or the food was just not good. I was vomiting non stop and had to go to to the ER in Mexico because I was getting dehydrated, had a high fever, and stomach pains.

I'm fan of the lemmon peper wings, but in this time, it was the worst lemmon peper wings that I had eaten in my life. Que cosa tan mala.
