What happened to this place? It used to be great but now it's staffed by the laziest people I have ever met. I ordered a sandwich Sunday 11/9 at about 6:10, which is nearly an hour before they close. I stood there for a good 20 seconds while the girl working just stared at me without saying a word. I then realized that you had to order on a tablet they had and I ordered the bacon 3 cheesesteak. After about 10 minutes they call my order and one of the guys working there tells me "we ran out of bacon so there's no bacon on it" I said that there was no problem, just that I was going to need a partial refund since bacon costs extra and that is absolutely something they should have told me when I was ordering. He said to give him a second and told the girl working to go get some bacon from the back. Miraculously 2 strips of bacon appeared. These people simply put the bacon in storage while they were closing 50 minutes before the restaurant was supposed to close and simply expected people would have no issue getting charged extra for bacon, not getting said bacon, and get lied to about it being out of stock? That is straight up stealing from their customers. How on earth did the entire restaurant staff at the time think that is acceptable?

Ordered 2 combos that included fries and a drink on their self checkout kiosk. When I went to get my order, they insisted that it was only 1 drink. They eventually gave me the drink with a dismissive attitude. What kind of scam is going on? Also food was mid. Used to be better. It was like eating a torta.

Worst Philly cheese steak sandwich, FYI Lechuga and tomatoes don't belong on cheese steak sandwich SMH!! Waste of money

The girl taking the order was basically whispering when trying to confirm if the it was correct, I had to repeatedly ask her again. Total price for a Philly cheese steak and a Chipotle Bacon Chicken with a side of a "gourmet" fries was $33. Definitely not worth the price, the meat was dry on both sandwiches, the "gourmet" fries were soggy and really salty. 100% would not recommend eating their food. They need a complete overhaul.

A busy day, on a Saturday afternoon, however management is the worst. The employees were just chill and not doing their jobs. The workstations were dirty, and plenty of cross food contamination. Dirty stay away. I like the restaurant just not this place. They need professional help

FOOD EXCELLENT. SERVICE TERRIBLE. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY ALWAYS FORGET TO GIVE YOU SOMETHING OR THEY GIVE YOUR ORDER INCORRECT. TODAY I BOUGHT 3 SANDWICH AD FRIES AND THEY FORGOT THE FRIES, SO I CALLED THEM AND NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.

So, I just received my order from Charleys and I'm really disappointed. First of all, I ordered the Old School cheesesteak and it doesn't look like it came from any school. Extra meat? Extra cheese? Extra nothing more like it. The appeal of a cheesesteak is the cheese. This doesn't hardly have any cheese on it. First and last time I'm ordering from here.

Ordered online and was disappointed. For some reason instead of putting everything together, the vegetables were raw on the side. The steak party of the philly was cold and clearly put on the bread cold. I would have had to cook my own which defeats the purpose. Fries were soggy as well.

On 02/09/21 at 12:30pm, I was there to order a #7 Monica the cashier had no idea what I was asking for. I couldn't hear what she was asking. So I told her loud and clear I want a #7 with fries and a coke. She asked medium or large, I said medium. She got the sandwich right that's it. She needs more, more training or to be moved to a janitorial position.

My mom loves the place! We go to the mall just to eat here but recently we had a bad experience ): I work in the fast food industry myself so I understand when one is having a bad day but it shouldnt be taken out on costumers when they complain about their order (when it’s clearly wrong). So basically my mom had ordered her meal with cheese/bacon fries and yes she got charged for them and was given the wrong order so my mom proceeds to tell the lady she didn’t ask for that and what not the lady says nothing and just pulls the tray back and a few seconds later literally drops the correct order back into the tray with really bad manners and just gives my mother the stink eye and turns around. :( my mom felt really bad afterwards. We aren’t those type of costumers to complain but we were charged! If we hadn’t been charged even if they got it wrong we would’ve just kept out order
