Order was right! We had multiple special requests and they were all correct. Food was fresh and good. Convenient spot. Service was good as well.

As far as CFA goes in the valley, 10/10. Even from people with a CFA background, this place exceeds expectations in both food and service. Emiliano's conversation and accommodation at the window only amplified how excellent everything was even pulling in the drive through right at 11. Did not seemed rushed and still smiled and embodied second mile service and servant leadership. Core 4 more like core 400.
I regularly come to the Chick‑fil‑A at 2709 W Nolana Ave for breakfast, and it never disappoints. The chicken scramble bowl is my absolute favorite—flavorful, filling, and always served hot. I pair it with a fresh cup of coffee, and I really appreciate that they carry my favorite vanilla-flavored coffee creamer. It’s the little things like that that make this place stand out. The staff here is always friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick, even during the morning rush. The dining area is always clean and inviting, making it a great place to start the day. Whether I dine in or grab it to go, I always leave satisfied. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a delicious and reliable breakfast in McAllen!
This store is always clean and has fabulous service. My favorite feature is actually curbside. I pull right in, park, and my order is out in no more than 5 minutes. It's easier than drive-thru or going in, especially on my way home from work. Today my co-worker went for lunch, and I got my favorite.... The Arnold Palmer (AKA Sunjoy). (STILL my fave drink.)

Went during lunch hour. My order was wrong. My stuff was just thrown in bag, and when I asked for condiments, was told they had run out of everything, and still had to wait an additional 10 more min and have my order taken out to me at curbside.
I have to say that I usually come here once in awhile for breakfast especially when I'm having to rush in the mornings to get to work. Usually when I do I usually have a pleasant experience. The food was pretty good though I do wish that the sandwich was a little bit hotter but it was still delicious which was the bacon and egg and cheese English muffin. The one comment that I must make though, is when in the drive-thru, it would be more professional and polite if some of the staff could keep their comments to themselves regarding criticizing or picking up customers and making it quite obvious. I'm speaking of one certain individual that is quite flamboyant and seems to speak his mind when he wishes. Hopefully higher management will be able to teach that individual to just keep their comments to themselves. Other than that come on the experience was pretty good.
I frequent this Chick fil a, but the other day I had a troubling experience. I was ordering in the restaurant when I see this manager blue shirt “Rollie” on the name tag. He goes up to an employee and very rudely tells him “you can go now” and even does a hand gesture-telling him to go away. I think he saw me see that and corrected himself for show. I have had many good experiences at this chick fil a so it pains me to see that management treats their employees this way, even in front of customers.

Placed my order at 12:03 PM took until 12:28 PM to get it waiting on the "Fast laned" mobile thru while the regular drive through kept on flowing by, dissapointed. The majority of my lunch break went to waste. Never experienced that before in other chick fil a and I only ordered a kids meal nothing major 💀
This Nolana location has got to be the worst we have ever been to, and I go to chick fil a like once a week. No greeting, no friendliness, 1 cashier when there was a line to order, no one came by to ask if we needed anything or a refill. We had to go up to the counter and ask for a refill before anyone acknowledged I was standing there. Just horrible experience.
This location consistently provides poor service. Chick-fil-A is known for quality and efficiency, but almost every time we visit this location, something goes wrong. Today, our online order was incorrect…again. Unfortunately, this has become a recurring issue here. My family truly loves Chick-fil-A, and we choose this location because it’s the closest to our home. But more often than not, our experiences have been disappointing. It’s frustrating to see such a difference in service compared to other Chick-fil-A locations.

This was one of the worst Chick-fil-A experiences I’ve ever had. At the drive-thru, the employee outside didn’t take my order correctly and was more focused on the cars behind us than actually helping us. She kept rushing us and literally told us she couldn’t help and that we needed to hurry up and move because the line was getting long. That’s not customer service. When we got to the pickup window, the order was missing items, and I wasn’t allowed to add a drink or fix the mistake. The employee said they “couldn’t” because the line was long and told me to speak to the manager. The manager was completely unhelpful. Instead of fixing their mistake, he told me to “use the app” and park somewhere else, and acted like correcting the order was too much work. He clearly didn’t want to deal with the issue or take responsibility, even though the mistake was on their end. No apology, no accountability, nothing. For a place that prides itself on service, this location failed badly. Rude staff, poor management, and zero effort to make things right. Absolutely unacceptable and disappointing.
Went through to order some fries and a pup cup and was told that Chickfila doesn’t give pup cups. Super annoying. They were slow so I had to wait in a long line for nothing. Every other store does!!! My doggie was sad.
I went to get a yogurt with fruit and I look at my bag and saw the yogurt w 3 berries and I went back to switch it and they told me it comes like that and that they ran out of strawberries. I was like okay and the other fruit and the manger just told me she can give me blueberries like Bru and she gave me 2 more blue berries which is ridiculous. Bad manger and bad service
I came today for an order and it turns out they forgot some of my order once I got home. It’s terrible that they made me drive 25 minutes back to the place to pick up a single meal and not even compensate me for messing up on the order and taking time away from being with my family. I spoke to a manager named Juan and it was a real disappointment. No wonder we stick to Whataburger, whenever they mess up they make it worth your while to drive all the way back. I’m very disappointed in this service and management.
Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered three meals at the drive-thru, but when I got home, my nuggets entrée was missing. I called the restaurant, and the manager told me I had to drive back to get them with no offer of compensation. That’s unacceptable—customers shouldn’t have to spend extra time and gas to fix a mistake that wasn’t theirs, especially when management shows no concern. Chick-fil-A is known for great service, but this location completely failed to live up to that standard.
I couldn't scan anything on my phone, but it was a mobile order. Not once did the guys walk up to my vehicle to see if there was anything I needed. So I called and very rudely the manager says your supposed to call but in fact that was the point I did call. When I pulled up to the speaker it said I had to check in through the mobile app and scan but they give an option for other people to pick up. Take that option off if your going to be that rude! You replace the speakers at the drive thru with people but then have inconsiderate employees! Food even tasted different with the low service that was provided it just hit the stomach ugly!
Worse experience ever. Got my chicken sandwich raw. Called the store and spoke to Evelyn who seemed to be the manager. She then told me to go back anytime to get what I had purchased which was 4 combos. As I decide to go and get the 4 combos. They staff told me she never said 4 combos, they were only going to give me one sandwich in return of that raw sandwich I got. Never again coming here.
