I came by today and received great customer service. The drive thru cashier was super nice, the food was great and the serving was huge! Great experience overall.

Even though I gave them a 5 STAR rating I got there late before they closed at 10PM n only the drive thru was opened and unfortunately (NOT THEIR FAULT WHATSOEVER) o luna few menu items were available. This place is always consistent. The food is always good and always tastes fresh. The establishment is always clean. Service is always on point. A little expensive but it's good quality food and service for the price.

I have ordered take out from Panda Express quite a few times already, but I have never had the chance to take photos of the food and write the review. Not this time! Usually we just dig into the food as soon as it gets here because it is so delicious, but this time I had the chance to take some photos (which everyone can see in this review) and write everything here for everyone to see and read. I always order Panda Express through doordash - it's just more convenient in my case. I always order the family pack, which includes 3 large entrees (of your choice) and 2 large sides - also of your choice, which from my experience is reasonably priced and completely worth the price. Now, here's what everyone really needs to know about Panda Express; their food is just absolutely delicious! I strongly recommend the Kung pao chicken (if you're not allergic to peanuts in any kind of way), I honestly can't completely describe the taste because I don't know what kind of seasonings or spices are used to make it, but I can completely and honestly say that their Kung pao chicken is the best I have ever had. It is profoundly tasty and just the right amount of spicy. Their Orange chicken, Sweet Fire Chicken Breast, Black Pepper chicken, Mushroom chicken, and Grilled Teriyaki chicken, among others on the menu are all exquisitely tasty/delicious! In my opinion the food from Panda Express is the most precise and authentic tasting Chinese food that I have had the pleasure of eating. The fried rice they make is perfectly cooked, not overly done and not undercooked - it's perfect, exactly like the vegetables they use as well. Everything is always delivered rather quickly and still hot (not just warm), fresh off the wok - or whatever they use to cook! I absolutely, without a doubt, recommend that anyone/everyone who is looking for some exquisite, abundantly flavor full, Chinese food - give Panda Express a try. I personally guarantee that you will not be disappointed!

While eating here I noticed all employees were wearing proper hair nets, and I even saw an employee monitor the temperature of the food to make sure it was still within safe temperature to consume. The employees here clearly bring a good attitude to the work place, can't say that about every fast food place. Great job to this location.

This is a fast food Chinese style restaurant where you can either choose a bowl (1 entree, 1 side) or a plate (2 entrees, 1 side). The have a good selection. For a fast food restaurant the food was fresh, hot, and great tasting. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean.

Loved the Cub reference in the menu. The food was fresh, the staff was really polite. We order the bowl meals and it was the perfect size without been too much. The rangoons were really crispy. While the employee was cleaning the table next to us, she asked us how everything was doing, and I asked for a lid and they brought it over along with a bag for me. The restaurant is really nice, and new and fancy. It also has drive thru. And they welcome you as soon as you enter.

I went to Panda Express and had the bowl with lo mein and mushroom chicken. It was delicious. If you want a dinner that is a light portion this is an excellent choice.

It is very hard to make an order when the serving staff rush you. They want to move the serving line fast but they did not had food in half of the containers including the rice and noodles. Staff very impolite and disrespectful. Terrible service.

Great tasting Chinese food. You are served "fast" but without it tasting like fast food. If you are craving Chinese but don't want to go to a Chinese restaurant look no further. Panda Express will satisfy the Chinese craving.

Very long line in the drive thru so I went down to the door and ordered. The server is not friendly with the customers. Very bland or maybe because it is very hot outside and he is affected by it. The service is not too fast but it is okay rather than wait to get thru the drive thru.

My sister has been waiting for Beijing beef to return post-quarantine, when we arrived to the drive thru window (after being in a 3 car line for 30ish minutes) the drive thru employee –with a quite snappy attitude– said they ran out of beijing beef. Mind you this is a good hour or so before closing. Thus, we asked if they could make more, in which the employee replied no several times. After requesting the manager a few times and dealing with her subpar attitude we got our beijing beef, Hence the 4 stars. I would like to note that the panda express policy has always been to make an entree for a customer if they desire it (and if they have the necessary ingredients of course).

Food was all well cooked, except the beef and broccoli. Panda does a terrific job on most dishes, but beef and broccoli can sometimes be overcooked and old. Be careful when selecting the entrees, inspect them all first. My wife brought it home this time, she doesn't eat broccoli. Take home bag had all the condiments and chopsticks needed for a nice meal.

Usually order the bigger plate to go. Everything that I have ordered to this day tasted pretty good. Prices are ok, just beware of $1.25 upcharge on some of the main items. I am taking off one star on my review due to the very usual extra cooking and wait time on some of the items. It seems they run out of them quite often.

Service & wait time was good. I ordered a 2 entree plate that consisted of Beef & Broccoli and Kung Pao Chicken with Fried Rice and an additional side of Veggie Rolls. The Kung Pao Chicken and the Veggie rolls were both good, the Beef Broccoli was mostly broccoli, skimpy on the beef, and the fried rice lacked flavor.

Great place. I have issues with the broccoli. They're not allowed to chop it up? The fork wouldn't go through the crown. It was under cooked (steamed(?). Disappointed.

I'm used to having a very full to-go container plenty of rice and noodles It's like they count each grain and each noodle before they put in the dish a little lite that's for sure think I need to find a new place to eat but the orange chicken was good

I always order ahead or go through the drive thru it's quicker, and if you can manage to pick up your order via drive thru, I'd recommend that! Other than that, great food great service (slower inside) 🙄 but that's it's only downfall. I was 15 minutes late picking up my food and it was still hot, so that gets 5 stars in my book! Normally we love Panda Express. This experience was just ok. Sauces weren't hot like normal. Restroom was out of paper towels at the time. Portions for the chicken seemed a little smaller than normal too. Will give it another try.

I give it 3 stars not for the service or food BUT everytime we eat there, the dining room is dirty.. we either have to clean our own table or leave our trash on the table because trash bins are full. Managers need to pay attention to the dining room as well..

Was craving Chinese so I ended up here. I went through the drive through which went pretty quickly as there was no line. They were out of a few things, and I didn't want to wait 10 minutes for a new batch to be made so I just picked something else. In hindsight I wish I would have waited because what I choose was only ok. Overall it was good, just not what I expected. I would go back but probably dine in to make sure I'm getting the freshest food!

Panda Express is always fresh, delicious, and clean, and the staff dotes over their customers. This location is the exception. We ordered a family meal and they forgot our sauces and all the plates. We had to ask for them twice. The floors were dirty and sticky. The drink station was out and the dispensers sprayed out in all directions. The bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper. The food was fresh and delicious, which is the only reason we feel they earned 3 stars and not none.

It's an ok place. The food taste ok and the soda area where they keep all the straws, lids and forks is not that clean. Tables don't get clean promptly and if it is busy you'll have to take of it yourself.

Food flavor is great but the quantity of entreé added to a normal bowl is really low. For 11USD it is better to eat somewhere else. Here you can see how much orange chicken my bowl had…

I ordered chicken teriyaki through the online app and specifically asked for the teriyaki sauce since it always seems to be forgotten and guess what no sauce. This is always a problem here. Oh but they put in alot of the other sauces that I didn't ask for.

Food is always great but can you guys please put someone in the drive through who speaks English? I don't speak Spanish and it's difficult to order when the person taking the order only speaks Spanish. Otherwise the food is always great!

I love panda but today my brother went to go get us some and the rice has green onions and I know my fried rice really well to know that it don’t come with green onions, celery, or seaweed. I only point the green onion out the most because I am allergic to green onions. I had to pick every bit and take them all out and I tried to call them to let them know that someone put green onions but nobody answered.

So I think the food had an amazing taste I didn’t think it was made fresh like wok express and the serving size was smaller than I expected. We paid $34.59 no egg rolls no sides. They have a tea bar and didn’t have half and half so no milk teas for us. A regular raspberry fruit tea was $3.65 “large” I expected bigger. We go to Wok Express a lot on Mccoll and Trenton the entree size is double .

It was 5 til closing. And all was left was about 4 entrees. All chicken and some lo mein. I have worked in the food industry. Just disappointed that we didnt get the customer service to meet our needs. We ended up not purchasing. I understand its closing time but come on :/

This is a below average PE. It's in the Valley so customer service doesn't exist here. No public restrooms, they just started letting customers inside but only 10 people at a time and no dine in. I'm a trucker so I have been to a lot of Panda 🐼Express locations.

I love Panda Express....but really hate that this is one of the only locations near me. They ALWAYS get something wrong with my order. Rice is always very dry. And they NEVER answer their phone!!! They really need a new staff or new store........

This location is lacking in training. Drive thru is always full and pickup is a joke. You always get treated like you are a bother when picking up. Employees also need to be able to multitask and do more than one thing at a time.

Went for lunch after a long day of work. Got there an hour and a half before closing time amd the said they only had fried rice for the remainder of the night and only had 3 different options for the entrées of which none were the ones I wanted. I mean I would understand if it was near closing time, but they still had a bit over an hour and a half left.

This past time i went the dining area was filthy no tables cleaned i did it myself. Food was small portioned for the high price plus cold. Fountain drinks were lacking flavor. This food chain really needs to put changing tables in both the woman's and men's restrooms. People do bring their little ones and its really inconvenient to go to the car to change the baby. That should already be a must in any restaurant.

Fabiola needs to check her attitude/tone of voice. She was very rude when we asked her simple questions. She was snappy. On another note, thank you, Roman, for being super nice.

I got 2 bowls for small portions and there was excessive veggies on my food i ordered a bowl of lo mien and chicken there was excessive vegetables at this point couldn’t even taste my lo mien just all veggies and in every scoop there was 70% veggies and 20% lo mien!. I dont mind veggies it gives more flavor but too much! And my chicken had so much pepper On the side. *off topic they gave fortune cookies without the note.

No greet at the window, snatched money from my hand , no THANK YOU COME AGAIN and horrible attitude when asked if utensils in bag . Don't come within an hour of their closing time because they will be missing items from their menu. Came on a Saturday night at 10pm and employees Maria informed me of their no fresh food policy. Made the order online and pickup time said one thing. When i arrived, they could not find my order. After 40 mins i got my food. Ordered through there drive through, teriyaki chicken bowl, with white rice and if I order teriyaki chicken I would assume I would get atleast 1 packet of teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken right? Or do I need to ask for it? Commen sense. If I wanted a chicken bowl I would of said hold the teriyaki sauce andjand give me the chicken with white rice. Drove 15 minutes home to find all this out. Now I have to drive all the way back for a refund.

Panda Express is good. But at this location they messed up my order, didn't even get to enjoy my meal because they gave a rice that i didn't want & had no flavor. I should've just boughten the chicken in that case.

Portions were off, order wasn't right. But the customer service was decent I guess. Rice wasn't cooked fully, broccoli wasn't cooked. Asked for half and half noodles and rice got a full surviving of rice, and a fork full of noodles spread out to look like it was half. Mega fail bro.

The server, Veronica M was very rude in the line and completely got the order wrong. We even reminded her a second time if all of the content was correct and she insisted it was. She ended up misplacing a couple of items on our order and we are beyond upset that we were over charged for these items that we did not receive. Horrible customer service, the lady in the drive thru was in a bad mood. we paid for 3 plates; we needed chili sauce and asked for it after she gave us our order, and in a rude way she said “I already put one in your bag, you want one more?” obviously 1 was not enough. So we asked for more, again; she gave us more and then just closed the window.

The girl at drive through told me to wait and was playing around with a second person on the mic. She was asking me rudely what did I want. I couldn't even order a drink because she was being rude about me wanting a large ... She has very poor mannerisms and should just not be working for this place. I recorded the whole thing on my phone.

Spent 28 minutes in line before I drove off. In 28 minutes only two cars moved up. There were still 6 cars ahead of me and the line hadn't moved at all in 14 minutes. I called inside the store several times but no one answers. I ended up going to Wendy's across the street but I lost most of my lunch break already. Ridiculous.

When I ordered there was a cook in the back using his cell phone while at the food contact area no gloves and did not wash his hands, I saw him open the bags of veggies and cook food with them dirty hands, you know that all cell phones are the worst and full of germs and bacteria!! Won’t go there again!! I raven spoke with the manager she just asked what’s his name and thank you left him cooking…. Corporate where are you!

Horrible service. On different multiple occasions I have had to wait in the drive thru for 10-15 mins. The best part is during that time they haven’t even taken my order yet. Because whoever works drive thru can’t multitask, they can only literally do one thing at a time... they left me saying ‘hello’ over and over and no answer. And there was only one car in front of me.. normally I’m okay with this but with multiple occasions too?! To make it worse they either get your order wrong which is stupid.. literally one job you’re doing, do it right... or forget to add in utensils so you can’t eat it at work or wherever if you’re not home. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Did not appreciate the attitude that FABIOLA gave me. Telling me that I couldn’t order this or that. Until I spoke to a manager. I don’t know what kind of service they are running here. But you need to remember that you treat the customer with the respect.

The food was lackluster, and the beef and brocolli was pure brocolli and no beef. They should change that entree's name to brocolli with a little bit of beef flavor. The food was just not appealing at all. The honey sesame chicken was also very hard to chew.

Worst service ever! Ordered 5 orders & had to come back again due to them forgetting to add 1 orange chicken on one of my plates had to come back I’m from Hidalgo, so had to drive & spend gas because no one answers the phone! Seems like no one wants to answer! Once I arrived for my plate to be made no one apologized they just wanted give me orange chicken by itself I told them I wanted the whole plate remade! This is absolutely horrible service! This isn’t the first time it has happened to me before. I let it slide the first time but at this point I won’t be returning to this location. This Panda Express is not the same anymore, seems like they serve less than before now. Their food seems stale & flavorless. They seem to be rushed, yet they manage to still have a line wrapped around the building. You do not receive your full order or they take it wrong. They are very stingy with their chili & soy sauce. I do not recommend coming here especially since it’s located in a very crowded area with poor quality food, not worth the hassle…

This place needs some serious upgrade in their staff. Every time i come they ran out of food. And the employees are just standing around not doing much, and that is because they are on the clock. Even management needs to change, they just stand and talk to each other and give away free food to the people that they know. I have seen it 3 times already. Ridiculous! Today that u went they did not have orange chicken, shrimp walnut, or any spring rolls. When I went to the register through the drive through to pay I forgot to add a drink, and they told me that I can’t add anything to my order. Made an order through the app. This was the location that was closest to where I ordered it from. Order was canceld about 1hr and 30mins after I ordered it. (But they most definitely took my money 15 minutes before this) It was like they were ignoring me because of my skin color. I'm so disappointed in this place. I finally just asked for a refund. They really need to get a hold on customer service to people of all color. As a corporate inspector, I'm disgusted with this guest experience.

I showed up at 9:45 and they said they were making more chow mein, they said it would take 10 min. I came back 10 minutes later through the drive thru. The drive thru is open until 10:30 according to their signage, but after 10 good luck getting anything. If the kitchen closes at 10 then why keep the drive thru open. Just be honest and say we dont want to make any more food.

Ordered a bowl, paid almost 10 dollars and got a bowl of white rice with a super small amount of the entrée. Very disappointing, in that case I could have done the white rice at home if I wasn't gonna get entrée. Will definitely never be going there again

Today, Me and my husband order a bowl of Honey Sesame Chicken at Panda total at $8.18. I gave him $20.00. The server Casey B. the cashier gave us $1.82 change and we told him that we gave him $20.00. We are very upset because he lie to us in our face that we only gave $10.00. As you can see in our receipt it says there we gave $20.00. This guy is not honest and try to cheat us knowing that were are seniors. He never apologize or acknowledge that he made a mistake after he gave $10.00 back. I think he is trying to steal money from customers like us. Please be careful and count your change.

The lady was kinda rude when I was ordering I had seen what food was ready and what food wasn’t ready I told her I’ll wait till they are made and she kept persisting to help me when clearly nothing I wanted was made. She kept saying oh it’s an 8 min wait for that and then other 8 min for the other items but I said if I’m already waiting there isn’t an issue and I didn’t want the last of the noodles if I’m getting all new. Like don’t come at after like 8 to panda.

Incredibly disappointed. I came in at 10:10 and tried to order supergreens and they were not ready. They said they would be ready in 6 minutes. I gave them 20 minutes and they still were not ready! I enjoy the food from here, but this is ridiculous. If you open at 10, I think you should be ready to serve by 10. It’s now 10:30, I’ve wasted my time and effort by coming by.

How has it been twice in a ROW that we come to this location via drive thru and they get our order wrong PLUS they dont add utensils to our bag. And the young lady on the phone really said there’s nothing they could do. Train your staff better to follow simple orders.

I ordered a plate: orange chicken and beef broccoli …. When I saw the chow mein, it was stupidly disappointing , the whole point is to eat noodles. This serving was basically half cabbage see picture circled in red. Then the noodles aren’t even long they are broken up into small little pieces. It’s mind blowing how they can mess that up, my guess that is their strategy a die they don’t care. If you come here, don’t expect quality noodles in their chow mein, just EXPECT CABBAGE.

Whoever was in the morning staff July 31st 7/31/25 was unfortunately quite rude. Cashier/Drive-thru operator refused to give me my mobile order when I received the pickup order confirmation text because it was 10 minutes before the estimated pick up time. She had my order already just refused to give it to me just because “it wasn’t time yet”.

Food is decent but the portions keep getting smaller and smaller while prices go up. Not only portions small, half of the already small portions are cabbage. My chow main was half cabbage. In reality I’m Getting rice , chow main , and half cabbage. So greedy of them giving us cabbage instead of chow main.

Being hungry and in need of some decent Chinese food where other Asian restaurants aren’t working on Monday. I have resulted myself with Panda Express as their quality in food have been unmatched for such a long time during my residence in the U.S., however, this time it changes tremendously. First of all, the food that I ordered is the plate with choices of fried rice, orange chicken and walnut Shrimp. So it is common knowledge that the Walnut Shrimp 🍤 is extra $1.25 but with only SIX Shimps —-> SIX SHRIMPS! The total of my plate is $12.10 with Texas sales tax! Would you pay for this for $12! Secondly, the chicken and shrimps aren’t crispy and saucy as it have been under the hot lamp for A LONG TIME!!! So I’m paying the food for $12 that is not even good. Probably Panda Express here EQUALS 🟰 FROZEN CHINESE FOOD!!! Finally, to the guy who served the food for me, PLEASE RETRAIN OR FIRE 🔥 HIM. 6 - SIX SHRIMPS and he criticizes me as an OVERSIZED SERVINGS! Who gives you people to criticize customers like that. Even the manager there didn’t interfere and just let him said that. VERY DISAPPOINTED towards the Service! Sooooo SERVICES and FOOD are both BAD. If you need food, please gets other restaurants than this particular ones! To the management of this location, if you wants this review to be revised please FIX your employees and your food!

Just picked up food through the drive through and got home and what a surprise. Beef broccoli was mostly broccoli. My goodness. I notice the food containers are getting smaller and the prices have increased, but still they give you a bit of beef. Seriously. Very Sad.
