Second night in a row eating here! The chicken in moist and the best tasting roasted/grilled chicken I've eaten. LOVE the rice and the service is exceptionable! I would give 6 start if possible. Price is great, food is fresh and they keep the store very clean! Excellent deal for your money and I would pay much more for the amazing food served here! Love it!!

This place looks pretty grungy on the outside. On the inside too. But the food and service is awesome. I have eaten at quite a few grilled/rotisserie chicken places. The flavor they have is spot on. There is a chip and salsa bar. Full of sauces, onions, cilantro, Serrano peppers. I ordered the three piece dark. Charro beans and macaroni salad for the sides. On my repeat eat list when I’m in town.

Ordered the 2 piece combo. Lots of boxes and bags. Skinny chicken. All bones 😢. Also anyone know whats up with the cups and togo bag saying Tori Grilled Chicken?

I am basing the three stars on my last experience. The food is always good here. The service is definitely hit or miss. This last time I felt we had to beg for every little thing like napkins, lemons, and even the tortillas that come with the food. I get it, Covid has changed everything, but now that things are opening up, put up the salsa and condiment bar. People can get their own stuff. It is really annoying to be asking for refills and other things from them. They aren’t nice about it at all. The service tonight was horrible!

My order of two plates of combo number2 the chicken was very small like bird size and I thought it would be better from a few years when they first opened the chicken was way better in size it still has good taste but today was very small

Service was good. Meal was just horrible. The 3 pieces of dry chicken could have easily made up one normal thigh. Beans was more broth than beans , rice tasted like it was just seasoned with chicken bouillon,Hot sauces had zero flavor. What a disappointment

They took for ever to give me my drive thru order and they weren’t really busy I was the only car at the moment and few costumers dinning in. I had ordered two whole chickens and they completely forgot about the second one. I tried calling them but they never answered(literally called 3+ times) had to drive all the way back and they didn’t even had the whole chicken so I had to settle for leg and thighs it was that or I had to wait 20 mins for the whole chicken. Workers were way too distracted
