Good food! Queso, chips and salsa are also very delicious! I think their prices are a little on the high side though. Watch out if you pay with credit card/debit card. You need to ask them if they charge you a fee for using a credit card/debit card to pay for your meal.

My go-to McGregor food spot. Their birria is delicious. They have a full liquor license. The bathroom is clean. They serve strong margaritas. You never have to wait to be seated. Only thing that would them better is to have a good bar. It's all tables.

I love the shrimp cocktail! The reason I came back. Service is inconsistent but not the worst. Prices are ok.

Breakfast and lunch are a must here. Service is great and the food is delicious. Good place to stop for take out or to dine in.

We had a party of 15 .. Staff was great. On time with food. The food was so goood Great atmosphere. Very clean. Staff were smiling my new favorite place to eat

The food is plentiful and really good. We had their Hacienda Nachos and they were great! Steak and chicken. Tacos are loaded and the ground beef was good, not heavily seasoned. Great chips and hot sauce! Slow service. One girl pretty much worked the whole room. She did a good job!

Never had a bad plate of food from here. Love the food and they always do an excellent job at taking care of you. Great food, great staff, I eat here at least three times a week.

They are good but really pricey. Charges too much for extras. Small plate full of sour cream almost $5 when all I wanted was a dollop for my enchiladas. Other things too but that just a sample why we do t go that often anymore.

I ordered takeout and live in a different town. I ordered Guerrero burrito, one of the cheapest things on the menu as I am unemployed but so hungry. At $9.75 it was something I would splurge on. I also ordered a drink of horchata, rice water. I had lost my wallet and used google pay and was absurdly floored when the charge came across my phone as $19 and some change. I could have bought something so much better for that cost. The burrito was inedible due to it being smothered on top with stagnant onions, I had asked for onions on the inside and cooked. It was disgusting. The Horchata they charged me almost $4. It tasted like spoiled milk, no vanilla, no cinnamon. I have eaten at this place many times before but with this experience I will NEVER eat there again. When I called about it , I was told the girl just overcharged me with no way to give me a refund. I wanted to give it all back to them. Be wary .watch your receipt. That extra $7 was very important to me.

This was hands down the worst Mexican food I've ever had. The meat was burnt, greasy, and extremely over salted. Tortillas were microwaved and had a consistency of fat, rubbery paper. It was just bad all around, even the salsa was sub-par... This was drive through, and they were polite and quick- that is all the good I can give.

After trying this location multiple times, including the drive through, I will say…. The food here is good, but the customer service here is awful!! The wait staff is so rude and unhappy! Definitely a reflection of management. We have started going to their location in Gatesville TX. The food is better and the wait staff/ management is exceptional! The McGregor location needs to take some lessons from the Gatesville location.. If you don’t like your job, find a new one! It takes less muscle to smile…. Just saying!

Called to correct the issue and they wanted to bring back the meals… We live in a different town and should not have to drive back to McGregor to get it corrected tonight when we are settled, ready for bed for school and work tomorrow. We are very disappointed in this experience tonight! Marybell was manager for the night.

Went in for Happy Hour, never got it, and the girl never offered it, got margaritas. They were good, $8.99 a piece. If you miss the signs, you miss the deal. The waitress (they weren't that busy) looked down all the time, like she didn't want to see someone who needed assistance. Overall, the experience did not invite me back. Go elsewhere, a lot of better places, with better service, great happy hours, and great food. You won't get it here.
