Great spot for a quick bite. Food was hot, fresh, especially the fries. Service was fast and the place was clean, even during a rush. Nothing fancy, just solid fast food done right. Would definitely come back.

Always hits the spot! Whataburger never disappoints. The burgers are always hot, fresh, and made to order. I love how customizable everything is — whether it's adding jalapeños, swapping sauces, or going for the honey butter chicken biscuit during breakfast (a must-try!). The staff is friendly, service is fast, and the quality is consistently great, even late at night. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a satisfying meal. Texas comfort food at its best! 🍔🔥

Food is so good l, came here yesterday and I got to use my points. The burger I got was steaming hot and fresh. Tasted so good! The team at this location is AMAZING! We needed a large order on a Friday at lunch time and they more than delivered! Order was packed perfectly to ensure safe transport, ready on time (with fresh hot fries), and they helped load my car.

They brought us our food quickly, and we had an option of fancy or spicy ketchup. Food was fresh and they got it right even with simple special requests which is not always the case in some places. Took a star down on atmosphere due to cleanliness of bathroom as well as some food and a table number on the floor. Would overall recommend as these are easy to fix and generally the place was clean appearing. We would eat here again if in the area. We had two adult meals and two kids meals.

I just had a very unsatisfying overpriced chicken finger meal here! There weren't anymore fries in the "Medium Fries" then in the "Small Fries" at McDonald's or Jack in the Box and they were cold, limp, and greasy! The chicken fingers were the smallest I've gotten anywhere in Mckinney and the toast was cold! Worst of all, I was still hungry in a way no other chicken meal in town would have left me! I don't believe I'll ever eat here again!

What a burger is my favorite burger restaurant this location in Terrell is garbage. They literally sold me a breakfast bowl with raw bacon and raw sausage. Got whataburger for dinner and got a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings, the onion rings were great, but then I open my burger and this is what I get, the patty looks like it was dropped on the ground and stepped on multiple times, it's extremely thin compared to what it usually is, i wouldn't recommend eating here unless your vegetarian. And also these tarrifs hitten hard!!!

WhataBURN!!! Who even wants to pay for a burned Bun!!! Why would you even give this to a customer. To the people working right now whoever gave this to me, would you like it if you paid for your food and you got the same thing? NO!!! Just to be fair too!! Latest: ordered wings, honey bbq. Cant see chicken. Its full to brim with sauce. Like soup. They used large meat on my jr. You can tell they cut it with a spatula. Seems they got even more confused then put the meat the cut off on top. Its huge. Its disgusting.

November 23, 2024 ⭐️ The service here was super slow and beyond forgetful. Tyler handed us our food about 20 minutes after ordering 🍔⏳ and said, “I’ll be right back with the ketchup tray.” But as soon as someone came to the line, he put the tray back 🤦‍♂️🍅 and started helping them instead. I went to the counter to get it myself, but both Tyler and another kid with dark curly hair 👦👀 completely ignored me. They saw me but didn’t even ask if I needed anything 🙄. Finally, an elderly woman in a Whataburger uniform 👵🍔✨ and a yellow reflective vest came to my rescue and helped me get the ketchup I needed. The whole experience felt like waiting for a bus in the desert—slow, frustrating, and confusing 🏜️⏰. This location is now on my “never again” list 🚫. Do better! 🌭⏳😑🙄🍔⏰👎👵👍🍅✨⭐️
