The food was amazing and it was seasoned and juicy to the bone
Hard to go wrong with a KFC. Although not on the menu they do have breasts by request. They have the ribs removed so look like big thighs. The special mayonnaise is very good. The cashier was very friendly and spoke some english.
Great hot food. Friendly service. We have been there twice and they remember us. There is a large dinning room upstairs.

Let's start saying that KFC junin is a cozy place, I could not believe it because it is in the middle of downtown, but it is.

Standard KFC quality of food but substandard employees. Lazy and careless employees, long wait time even when it is fast food chain. They often run out of menu items and make you wait long time while they prepare and restock them - no food preparation and restock planning.
Very delicious food, the environment is great but I wait a lot time only for the employees take my order, approximately 30 minutes and others 30 to make my order, so in conclusion ... Is great, regular but great.

Terrible experience at this KFC. Even though it wasn’t busy, I waited over 50 minutes for my order. When I went up to ask about it, I spoke in Spanish (which isn’t perfect, but understandable), but instead of helping, the staff just talked among themselves and didn’t want to listen. To make it easier, I even typed my question into a translator on my phone and showed it to what looked like a manager. Instead of being helpful, she just said “wait” in a rude tone and went back to chatting with her colleagues. When I finally got my food, I noticed two items were missing. They said they fixed it, but when I got home, one order was still missing. Overall, very poor service. Especially if you’re a tourist, I would not recommend this location.
