El lugar es muy bonito, agradable y buena música, las hamburguesas estaban deliciosas y muy buena variedad. Un aspecto a mejorar es la atención, pedimos una entrada y llegó junto con la comida y al momento de pagar se tardaron mucho en poder sacar la cuenta. De igual manera lo recomiendo

Las hamburguesas son deliciosas, tienen un no sé qué que las hace diferentes a todas las demás, es un sabor único presente en todas sus preparaciones y es un sabor fuerte, por lo que las amas o las odias. A mi me han encantado, tanto la atención y presentación a domicilio como en sede es muy buena, la salsa de la casa es deliciosa, muy fresca. En general me gusta mucho, la única razón por la que no doy 5 estrellas es por el sabor, como digo, es muy característico y a veces se me hace un poco hostigante. He probado la hamburguesa vice parce, jack Daniels y californiana, definitivamente una muy buena hamburguesa de buen tamaño, precios en el rango normal y una espectacular atención.

Vengo desde que iniciaron, hasta en pandemia pedía a domicilio. Pero vengo hoy en día, el servicio es pésimo, lo dañaron por completo, cosa que me extraña del lugar. La comida es súper ! Pero sugerí el cambio de la música, reguetón a todo taco como en discoteca, y no la música the vice burger, ni molestia es que no me dijo nada y no le presto atención a mi sugerencia y no me quiso atender más, al finalizar piden propina ! Esta vez, no los recomiendo.

El espacio es muy chévere, es amplio, las sillas son muy cómodas. Pedí la hamburguesa Vice Special Jack, muy rica, aunque me parece que le falta un poquito más de queso Philadelphia. El Mojito, super rico. La entrada de cebollas crocantes 7/10 Cosas importantes a tener en cuenta si visitas este lugar: 1. Los precios de la carta no incluyen IVA 2. Fui viernes en la noche y la música estaba muy alta para ser un lugar de comida, aunque ofrecen cócteles, se dificulta conversar por el volumen de la música. 3. Tienen una amplia variedad de cervezas. 4. No sea ocioso, no pida la soda de café+ sandía Lo califico con tres estrellas porque la experiencia no fue de mi total agrado.

La comida no cumple lo que promete la hamburguesa anillada promete 150g de carne, la que me dieron ni antes de asar pudo haber tenido mas de 100g, el resto de personas que comieron conmigo no quedaron satisfechos con el sabor de su hamburguesa. La chica que atendía nos preguntó cómo nos fue, le expresé que la carne de la hamburguesa era muy pequeña y era imposible que tuviera 150g, además le compartí que algunos de los comensales habían quedado insatisfechos con el sabor de su comida, su respuesta fue "ahh bueno esos son los sabores y tamaños que hay"... No se molesten en preguntar mejor...

El restaurante tiene un ambiente muy relajado, es un buen lugar para pasar el rato. Los mojitos eran un cóctel gris increíble, pero la comida tenía demasiada salsa.

Service was so bad we left before ordering. There were two servers sitting and chatting and we couldn't get their attention. Disappointed as we had eaten here before and the burgers were good. Gave them a 2 star on service as not fair to judge food in a situation like that.

I ordered a mushroom.burger and they gave me 2 pineapple and told me that a pineapple is the same substitute as a mushroom. Then instead of give me my money back they lady left a voicemail arguing with me about it. 1a

Hoy fuimos a the vice san Javier pedimos hamburguesa Argentina el chorizo crudo, muerdo primero y sale el cuero solo, compre también unas papas y me dieron como que las sobras porque solo era un pedacito de tocineta, mala la atención, habían solo dos mesas no habia tanta gente pero regalo el servicio, la calidad de la comida mala, y lo peor pague 60 mil pesos por ello, la verdad no quise hacer escándalo pero no vuelvo no se los recomiendo. (Todo lo expreso aquí de le mostró a la mesera, pero ni modo no devuelven dinero ni dan algo mejor tocó perder la plata porque que cosa mas maluca, he ido a otras sede floresta y nl es así la comida es rica, pero la de san Javier está dañando la reputación, de verdad que fiasco) pd: no alcance a tomar fotos porque de la rabia que me dió perder mi dinero de verdad que no provoca nada. NO LOS RECOMIENDO
