Five all day. Service always fast. Great place to sit down for a minute. Good menu. Employées do their job perfectly. Never and drama, despite being in a crazy busy area. Had to give them their props. They’re doing something right, compared to most McDonalds.

The food came very fast and the service was amazing. Micheal was very helpful and very nice.

I was at that location about 20 minutes ago. There was a line up. I was there for a chicken sandwich. I thought of leaving. But then I saw how efficient the entire staff was, and how they busted ass. I got in and out in under 7 minutes. And the kid at the cash saved me a ton of money with a coupon, so I walked out with mozzarella sticks, fries and a drink, and my chicken with cheese. This was probably the best service I've experienced at any fast food restaurant. I told one of the staff. The most efficient, friendly, fast, team I've seen. You guys work great together.

This is my favorite Burger King of all Montreal. I always go there as a Concordia student after my labs. The employees are always nice and polite. Today, I went for the SpongeBob meal and the employee gave me Gary for the toy. I hope they get more toys because I really want Squidward.

Opened recently, clean, and tasty fast food, mostly young crowd. Whopper Wednesday offers a good deal. Food is microwaved so it does cool down fairly quickly. Don't sit in line with the doorway in the winter, you get a good blast of cold air each time someone enters, because the door closes slowly, and there's no baffle for the wind. Also great for the coupons they distribute offering deals on their offerings.

These people work so hard and are always busy but manage to be friendly and real. The fact that I got offered a Crown Hat in my 40s is awesome. I like the coupons, $8 for 2 burgers and 2 small fries... comme il faut!

It's Burger King. They are all pretty much the same, so what can I say. The food comes out pretty quick, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The dill pickle nuggets are actually fantastic, with a little ranch on the side. The king deal is by far the best. 2 burgers, fries, and a drink for $5 and change. Just don't add lettuce and tomato, totally not worth it!

The service and the food was ok. But something crazy happens in there especially after six, the table are all taken by what i believe to be doordashers holding their phone waiting to pick up and order. Sometimes there is nowhere to sit. The direction should not let non costumers invading all the space like that

Visited twice on 26 & 27 August 2023 for breakfast. We were staying in a nearby hotel and this was a convenient option within walking distance and which is open 24 hours. Excellent pocket-friendly breakfast options are available but for vegetarians they are limited to pancakes. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick.

En tant que français, il y a une différence entre le repas que l'on achète ici et celui que l'on mange chez nous. La réputation de BK est moins bonne et on comprend pourquoi. Les burgers sont bons mais pas délicieux, le service est assez rudimentaire et le lieu est assez sale.

One of the reasonably priced fast food restaurants in the downtown. You can easily download the app and get some extra offers like two burgers for the price of one. The whooper meal is a great choice for a busy day which costs you 5.99+tx which is completely filling. I personally chose burger king over mcdonal’s because it has bigger burgers and raw vegetables in it instead of cooked ones.

Manpreet was an excellent listener and genuinely seemed to care about the situation that I was recounting. She made it right. Angel was very personable and took the time to make my Whopper personally after we discussed a prior experience. I ordered a burger to go with the Burger King app and the clerk misheard my order and said my order is not unavailable. I showed them I already paid for the app and they took my money so I hope I get the burger. They insisted it's not available. Finally, I think it was a manager who came to serve me and I showed them the app and the order I paid and it was right at the counter. The manager explained the clerk misheard my order number. I said I showed the clerk my order but he didn't bother looking at it.... Either way, it all ended well because the manager apologized and upped my sandwich order into a trio free of charge and was very nice about it. Overall, I would say this is a good restaurant and I would definitely come again and recommend to friends =)

Bon rapport qualité prix. Fast food classique bon cependant les employés selon les jours ignorent totalement les clients. J'ai même eu l'impression de les gêner ( entre septembre et novembre 2022). Petit point négatif le restaurant n'est pas toujours clean. Les tables sont souvent sales. C'est dommage quand on veut manger sur place.

One week I order something, the next I am told I can not order it that way and the following week I can order it but am charged almost twice as much. It makes no sense. I do love the Hershey pie so I can't entirely hate the place. It is always dirty in the dining area. I can never find a clean table to sit at. Kitchen seems under staffed while cashiers are standing around doing nothing. Runs out of foods sometimes.

I get it, ive been working in the food industry for 10+ years working with the public like this can definitely have bad days, but don't have your customers feel like they're bothering you. We need more burger kings though ,I love burger King.

The food had a weird taste. The machine for the drinks was dirty and like other restaurants there were too much homless...and the music is awful and TOO loud!

Aujourd’hui j’ai commandé un sandwich au poulet pour ma pause lunch (un shift de 10h). En le mangeant, j’ai senti un goût bizarre… j’ai vérifié et le pain était MOISI. Après l’avoir fait remarqué à la manageuse, je l’ai vu jeter en arrière plusieurs paquets entiers de pains (au moins 5 sacs de 20 pains), donc si je n’avais rien remarqué, d’autres clients auraient continué à manger du moisi. Résultat : un gros mal de ventre pendant tout mon shift. Merci Burger King d’avoir complètement gâché ma journée. Très décevant et inacceptable au niveau de l’hygiène.

ATTENTION!!! Du poulet cru m’a été servi le vendredi 1er novembre 2024. Une plainte a été faite au siège social et à la MAPAQ. Les premières bouchées me semblaient normales jusqu’à ce qu’il y ait un changement de texture. C’est à ce moment que je me suis rendue compte du manque de cuisson flagrant. Ce n’est pas la première fois que cette situation se produit dans ce restaurant (voir articles sur Google)

The employees take over 20 minutes to prepare your food, they do not wear their hairnets properly. The cashier gave my husband 50 cents in nickles and handed out quarters to other clients after us. When my food was ready the employee handling the serving of meals threw my food on the tray despite me being polite. Your employees need to be retrained.

Very rude staff especially the Chinese one. The place is always dirty. They said dine in but actually they don’t let you dine in.

This Burger King so rude. I came here 3 time ask for impossible burger the guy always told me not available. The machine already cleaned. Can not make it. First time not available. Different date 9:30pm Second time not available different date 9:45pm Third time not available. Last one time at 10pm 23 sept. Especially when I did lineup for 15 minutes at The Burger brand # 22791. The Burger King brand we all knew that used to be good fast food restaurant. But this particular one isn't responsible and rude. They just don't care for their image. The less costumers the better for the employees. That's what I felt. Their jobs is too easy just say no and not available. That's it done. So easy right. These employees ruining this Burger King image. I did ask for to contact the manager. But the employees doesn't allow me to speak to the manager.

I'll start with the good stuff....Shawn is amazing he really knows how to deal with customers he needs to be protected at all costs, he needs to be promoted to manager. Burgers were both wrong. I think this is the first time i am writing a bad review about a restaurant. But this branch is just really bad. First the place is not clean at all. The milkshake machine rarely works. They gave me the oreo milkshake in a reallyy small cup compared to the normal one. When i was asking why and telling them that this is not usual the person in charge over there was really really annoying and doesnt care about the customers. The other workers was good but the person in charge was really annoying and careless.

I often order from here on doordash because there aren’t many options to choose from at night. Not once did they prepare my order in under 1h.. Any other place I receive my food 20-30 minutes later but with this place it always takes close to 2h which doesn’t make sense since it’s closeby. Sometimes they even cancel it after an hour of me waiting for them to prepare it.. The workers are obviously just hanging out.

I made an order through the mobile app to be picked up a bit later. When I went to pick it up, the server at the counter told me they just got the order so I waited for it. 20 minutes later, no one called out my order number. Around 10 people who ordered in that time got their meal, staff ignored me when I went to the checkout counter to find out the status of my order and the person who was at the counter walked past me twice to get something to drink, not caring as to why I was still there after so long. I ended up leaving without getting my order. I'm definitely staying away from that Burger King from now on.

How can there be many reviews about people getting food poisoning such as my self today and nothing be done about this problem. The chicken tasted horrible and old and also the beef burger that we had today ! Fries are old and cold ! A restaurant opened in downtown should have good quality of food ! Wipe the cash counters please , the floors , and clean your restaurant! This is unacceptable

Staff are very unprofessional in front of customers, one member of staff sitting on the floor while I was being served by another staff member. Talking as if a bunch of friends at home having a laugh swearing and talking trash about burger king. One staff member serving customers and returning to the kitchen to help with food prep, not an issue if they washed their hands between but instead wearing the same gloves what is cross contamination. Homeless people begging while customers eat. And to top it of, extremely slow service.

I had a severe allergic reaction after eating 2/3rd of my whopper bacon cheese sandwich. I literally always order that but it was my first time at this specific location. I ended up in the ER as my throat closed and eyes got swollen. I was fine all day until after I ate there and I didn't eat anything after. Also, the service is incredibly inefficient. You will be amazed at how bad it is. It's so unreliable, and it takes forever. If there's a line up, be ready to wait at least 10-15 minutes minimum. When I got there, there were only 5 people before me and I got my sandwich 30mins later. I also never write bad reviews cause I genuinely think people are doing their best and I respect workers a LOT. I literally always tip 20% + everywhere, as a base. I'm the biggest people pleaser. But I want to leave this here in case someone has a similar experience and wonders if it could have been from this specific Burger King location. I'm gonna say YES. It's probably from there. Mind you, I have a family doctor and I'm being followed regularly and I don't even have any allergies, never had any allergic reactions in my 33 years of life. I was scared for my life literally, and I don't see what else it could be. I could have died, it was really traumatizing. I think the issue is that their hygiene is really bad because I usually never have this problem when I order the same thing at another location. As for the "athmosphere" it's giving creepy, it's giving sketchy, it's NOT giving. As much as you may love Burger King, do not go there. I don't even know how it's still open. So sorry but please do beware.

We ordered our food and the order number was No.28. And they keep serving the numbers which came after us. And when we asked where was our food? The guy responded it’s still on process and we asked why the delay? They replied rudely “can’t you wait 5 minutes!” and we said why should we wait while you had the burger and gave it to somebody’s else while we are waiting. They may have good food here but seems like every time I go to this Burger King location with friends who are also visually impaired, we have problems with the Chinese lady working behind the counter. Either she’s too lazy to help us to the table with our food, or she messes up one of our orders. One of my friends specifically ordered a burger and fries, she gave him a salad with bacon. 👎👎

I ordered the new extra-long cheeseburger (2 for 5$) and the manager told me that the long bread is not available and he will give me the same contents but with a burger bread. So, each burger should have two flame-grilled Whopper Jr. patties with two slices of cheese! But what I got is one plate of beef with one slice of cheese for each! I’m on a diet and I HAVE ONLY ONE CHEAT MEAL PER 4 WEEKS! I regret choosing Burgerking as my cheat meal for this month </3

This girl who works here, she spent like 15 minutes talking to her friends, the screen had orders and the time was red, the girl behind her was busy working and the other guy was making the sandwiches, I don't know why there wasn't a manager on the floor but it's crazy that no one was preparing the orders, that girl needs to focus on her work before talking to her friends and the manager needs to be present to avoid these situations, literally 20 minutes to give me a sandwich.

Horrible. Worst customer service. They made a mistake, didn't print the receipt and we had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple meal. Everyone waiting for their orders and people coming back to complain about mistakes in their order. They are slow, place looks a mess and staff was inconsiderate. Nous avons commandé dans ce restaurant le lundi 24 novembre 2025. Aucun élément de notre commande ne correspondait à ce que nous avions commandé, que ce soit les sandwiches ou les accompagnements (nous avions pourtant pris soin de tout montrer sur notre téléphone à la personne au comptoir). C’est inadmissible. De plus, aucune facture n’a été mise dans notre commande, il est donc impossible de vérifier ce qui nous a été facturé. Habitant loin de ce Burger King, je n’ai pas pu demander de remboursement. Je ne conseille absolument pas.

Portions are so small... as if we should be shrinking. Extra onions, ketchup, anything is 1$ extra... cheap not worth the price anymore. It's way less expensive to make them at home and no one will charge you 1$ for a slice of onion when you got the whole bag for 2$.

The most disgusting burger king branch ever!!! This place should be shut down. They gave us mozzarella sticks that were stale and clearly expired. The cheese inside was dark and dried out, not white or melty as it should be. We asked for a replacement, and the second box was noticeably different, the cheese was white, and it was softer, which confirms that the first serving had been old and held far too long, or reheated. Serving food in that condition is unacceptable and unsafe. This is not just a quality issue, but a food safety concern. I strongly urge Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux to inspect this location, as no customer should be served food that has clearly gone past safe holding standards. In addition, the place was sooo dirty and full of homeless, it felt so unsafe to be there. Very disappointing experience they made me hate Burger King.

I would put the 0 starts option if I had the option to. 1) Mozzarella sticks were filled with mold and had clearly gone bad. I have no clue how they served us something like this. The Quebec or Canadian Health Department should definitely visit this place and do a check up on it. 2) Place is filled with homeless people. I had a very unpleasant experience at this place today. When I went to use the restroom, I found an employee changing clothes at the sink. As soon as I entered, she hurriedly shut the door and pushed my face hard, which left me embarrassed. I asked her why she couldn’t change clothes inside the stall, but all she said was that she had forgotten to lock the restroom door. However, this is not an acceptable excuse. The restroom is not just for employees, it is a shared space for customers as well. To lock the entire restroom just to change clothes alone seems selfish and unreasonable. She kept repeating that she forgot to lock the door, but she never took responsibility for her actions. It felt like she thought just saying "sorry" would be enough to resolve the situation, but she never really acknowledged the problem seriously. Afterward, I went to the counter and asked to speak with the manager about the situation. However, instead of bringing the manager over, they simply called the same employee back to talk to me again. I find this response to be inadequate and unprofessional. It felt like they were avoiding the issue rather than addressing it properly. Because of this incident, my overall experience was extremely disappointing. They clearly need to improve their customer service and basic courtesy.

The guy taking my order was very very nice but after 1am this place looks like a shelter with over 10 hobos in the fast food sleeping on the tables leaving no place for actual customers... makes the places look unsafe as I was paying 2 people approached me asking for money while I was paying for my hamburger. They need to keep this place in control because I personally will be thinking 5-10 times before coming here! The place needs better management that’s for sure
