Maybe it was my fault for ordering something other than crepes. I went with a group of friends to the place, and at first glance, it's a small spot with tables that look a bit worn. I ordered, and from the moment I felt the person who served me was in a bad mood or was very rude. They snatched the menus from me and practically threw the food on the table when they brought it. The hamburgers were bland, and everything tasted like it had been refrigerated. The waffles were from a box and they just heated them up. As for the crepes, I have no complaints because they actually looked and tasted good. I wouldn't go back because of the bad attitude of the person who served me.

The sweet crepe is nothing special. The strawberry milkshake wasn't tasty; it felt more like an expensive Nesquik. It took a while to take our order. It's very hot inside. The bathrooms are clean. Don't go with too many friends because it can be difficult to use the tables.

La atención es pésima, hubo un error en el pedido y se amontonaron las trabajadoras a discutir. A mi amiga la hicieron salirse por cambio de mala gana, ya que el establecimiento no tenía. Jamás pidan los waffles porque son refrigerados y muy pequeños. Hay mejores opciones por la zona. Recomiendo altamente no ir. Tres puestos más adelante venden lo mismo, más rico, mejor servido, a mejor precio y las personas son muy amables

Pésima experiencia, en definitiva no volveré y no vale lo absoluto. Fuimos un grupo de 8 personas y nos atendieron de muy mala gana, las 2 mujeres que atienden son muy mal encaradas y si no quieren tratar gente es mejor si no tienen un local. Me cobraron más de lo que era y me echaron la culpa, no me resolvieron y sin importarles nada siguieron sus cosas. Hicieron salir a mi amiga a buscar ella misma cambio porque no tenían. El sabor de los alimentos es malo, los waffles son de los de caja y están muy x. En general es PÉSIMO.

Los tacos dorados literal son tortillas doradas, súper poquito pollo, lechuga, queso, todo súper poquito y ni siquiera tienen salsa para los tacos, te dan chipotle. 🙄 Se tardan muchísimo en los pedidos y la señora de cocina siempre tiene una actitud super grosera. Pésimo, me vuelvo.

Pésimo servicio, los empleados atienden de mal humor, te avientan los platillos en la mesa, confunden los pedidos, la comida no es nada excepcional, es congelada y calentada, no lo recomiendo.

El personal atiende de mala gana y no son serviciales. Creo que hay opciones de crepas mejores por la zona y al mismo precio. No lo recomiendo. No volveré.

The two women who work there are really unfriendly. I spoke to one of them twice and she completely ignored me. I wasn't rude or anything, and she just ignored me even when she was right in front of me 🥶 and then refused to take my order. They were also very unenthusiastic when answering our questions; they lack basic respect. Seriously, what terrible service. There are better places.

I can't believe it... I LOVED this place for years. I first came here when I was 19, in college; I'm 33 now. And I always said this was my favorite place for crepes. Before they expanded and remodeled it, it was perfect. It was always packed. The sweet and savory crepes were delicious. Yesterday was my brother's graduation photoshoot, and we went to eat there. You arrive, and they don't even greet you. We had a tight schedule to come back. They took forever to give us the menu, take our order, bring us the food, and give us the bill. Everything took forever, and there weren't even any other customers. The crepes are nothing like they used to be. They expanded the menu, and what's the point? Everything is so disappointing now. My mom ordered a soda, and the size was ridiculous. She ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was AWFUL—no lettuce, no tomato, and hardly any chicken. She ordered a chicken taco with fries, and it was the same. They took forever, and it literally came with three potatoes and a rock-hard tortilla. My brother and I ordered a Hawaiian crepe, and it's not good at all anymore. My question is: How could they go from being crepe masters, having a tiny place that was ALWAYS packed, to expanding their menu, renovating the place, making it bigger, and still being empty? We gave them several chances since the year before last, thinking they would improve like before, but yesterday's experience confirms that they haven't. ❌ TERRIBLE customer service. ❌ The quality of the crepes has dropped significantly. ❌ They added more menu items, but neglected their specialty, and it was all for nothing. I don't know if they sold the place, I don't know if the person who made them is still there, but now I have to find another place to eat good crepes. I'm not kidding, I ate there all through college, even when I started working in the service industry and in my first jobs, I kept going there. 💔

On two occasions now, I have witnessed terrible customer service at your establishment, rather than providing adequate service. This is inappropriate and demonstrates a lack of respect for customers. On my most recent visit, I had to wait longer than expected for a crepe, without anyone informing me about the delay in preparing my order due to the line of orders ahead of me. This lack of communication from your staff caused me inconvenience, as I didn't have enough time to buy something at the establishment.

I ordered two tacos and a burrito, and they gave me a small lime for everything, but there were no salsas. What does a taco taste like without salsa and lime? We went around 7:00 pm. I asked if they were still open, and they said yes, but considering the lack of sides and the terrible service—both at the register (who was more focused on their phone than serving us) and from the person who brought our food—it felt like I arrived two minutes before closing time. It's pointless for the food to taste good if the service is so awful. I hope they hire staff who actually know how to work in customer service and avoid these kinds of issues with future customers. I certainly won't be going back.

The food isn't bad, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. More than twice now, the staff has taken forever to take my order, responded curtly, with a dismissive expression, and sometimes they don't even look at me. As another reviewer mentioned, I hope the owner(s) do something about this because, personally, I won't be eating there again. Customers are paying for a service and don't deserve this kind of treatment.

The savory crepes are good and have a good flavor, but the sweet ones are very limited, barely adding any flavor. I asked for them to be served properly, and the woman serving almost threw the food at me, which was completely messed up. In the end, she charged me extra for it when it was served really poorly.
