Fast service, I never see the drive thru very busy, always clean. Food never disappoints

I would rate higher but this last time I ordered really bothered me. I ordered a 2 for 3 breakfast sandwich and fries. It seems like the sandwich was from the day before it was cold and harder than a brick. Apart from that the young lady in the drive-thru is really rude and works with a face that does not want to be there and when I ask for sauce she makes a mean face and acts like I'm bothering her. She needs to find a job that makes her happy cause she is making customers feel unwanted, last thing I want at the beginning of the day is a mean face looking me for doing their job.
The food is good but they wanted to charge me for 1 sauce with a large meal. They didn’t even give me ketchup, wanted me to pay 54 cents. Next you’ll be paying for straws. Highway robbery.

I understand prices have gone up in every industry... But if you're going to increase prices, start with changing the prices on your menu!! I ordered a Dave's triple at drive thru menu price, 6.99. Upon getting to window to confirm price. Was told 7.91. 7.39 plus tax. I know tax on 6.99 was only .49 SOMETHING HAD TO WRONG!!! I was told it was 7.39 plus tax. Okay, no problem... just correct all the prices on your menus!!
Fast food is relatively expensive, since inflation. I was going to eat something cheaper tonight (11/18/23) but came through anyway. I eat in my car because fast food places smell like toilets. Then the drive thru they play games. Here is the burger dripping with grease. This can’t be an accident. There’s no reason why I should ever come spend my money on this. I ate this burger dripping in grease- It was disgusting. No one should buy this, no one should eat this. .
every time I’ve gone to this Wendy’s and ordered the woman taking the order/ at the window always has an attitude and speaks to people so rude. I wasn’t able to get her name but she’s on the heavier side. I don’t mean to discriminate but she didn’t have a name tag. If she doesn’t like her job tell her to leave or learn to talk to people nicer. It’s not just me. I have coworkers that have gone and all say the same thing.
When did Wendy's started selling BACONATOR SINGLE. This is the second time that I order a Baconator and got just some single burger and 3 pieces of bacon and was charged more that the cost of that burger. 😑😒.
The food is not fresh
Staff is very rude. They treat people like garbage. I would avoid this location as some of the employees there act like they are bitter, undrerpaid. It shows in the level of customer service rendwred. It's almost as if they want to purposely ruin your mood and the redt of your day. I understand this behavior and deal with it accordingly.
Girl with red hair is very rude. She knows she’s being rude and even finds it amusing to act disrespectful. I say to her sorry I forgot to add lemonade and she just rolls her eyes. After getting my lemonade she just closes the drive thru window on my face.
$4.10 for baconator fries without the bacon is crazy
The lady at the window today 12/22/25 at 3:37 pm brunette mid 40s is extremely rude and lacks customer service completely i ordered a combo and was missing my drink then she refused to help me at all even after i showed her what it said in my receipt she just shrugged her shoulders and looked at me with an annoyed face instead of assisting me as a customer representative and clearly looking at the reviews im not the only one who’s had a bad experience with her either

Wendy's is not what Wendy's used to be. The food now is disgustingly gross. Just like McDonald's and Burger King.
I went to buy 2 chocolate frosty regular, and they give me with out notice the mint frosty, I’m EXTREMELY ALLERGIC TO MINT. And I’m trying to reach out that place thru phone and it doesn’t work… it was like 2:30 pm of today march 3 2025… I have no receipt but have the charge on my card and I will go when I finish working so they can return my money o give something else…. I trash the half of the frosty so I could maybe eat it, but it all taste like mint…
Well i came by here to get some lunch after work and when i open my burger theres mold. This is something that had to be seen by the person preparing the food and yet they did not cared and still served the food with mold
I just bought a Big Bad with a fried baconator and they gave me a 4x4. The bread was wet. I waited a few minutes for the soda and now that I came to drink it, it smells like rust and the color of the soda isn't the same as usual and it has a disgusting taste, like someone is taking iron. Be very careful, I didn't go back because I'm already on the Turpink and I live in Homestead.

Hot no AC food was good
I drove up to the speaker and said hello. Waited a couple of seconds and said hello again. That's when I got yelled at through the speaker at 8:55 am. Some unhappy lady (unhappy with her job) yelled, "Señor me puede dar un minuto, God!" Which mean Give me a second, but in a bad way and yelling. I was shocked and a million things went through my head. It was obvious I couldn't get my breakfast there anymore. Unless I was willing to have a side of their special ingredients. So, I drove forward to the window. Then, the unhappy creature closes the window and refuses to help me. Now, I wrote a review almost immediately, but it never showed up. I called the help line and was not giving a reason nor an explanation. However, Jean(the rep at customer support) gave me the district managers number. I called the district manager. She apologized numerous times and asked me how to help. I asked for an apology from the unhappy creature. She said fine and we were supposed to meet today where I was getting an apology in person. That's was taking place at 1pm, it is now 4pm and the district manager won't even answer my calls. I AM DONE WITH WENDY'S AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD.
