I went in around 5pm and Chris was the one who took my order. He was very friendly. Service was fast and my order was made correctly.

While another customer was unreasonably rude, Alfredo handled the situation with remarkable patience and professionalism. AJ, on the other hand, greeted us with kindness as he took our order, making us feel welcome. Our food arrived quickly and without any issues. A heartfelt thank you to AJ and Alfredo for their outstanding professionalism and kindness during our visit. Truly a five-star experience!
Probably one of the fastest Chick-fil-A drive-thrus I've ever been to. They work fast to get everyone's orders out and they have never messed up an order - we have a big family, we always have big orders! Sometimes when the line is long, we just go through our app and by the time we get to a staff person the order has already been placed in the app and it's a smooth transition from that point on! I highly recommend this location 🙌

The food is always good at Chick-fil-A. They are always so nice and friendly. My favorite is the crispy chicken sandwich.

I was there for more than 35 minutes. Waiting for my order that I had placed on the phone 20 minutes before that. And the time before that, my son and my wife got sick of the stomach and also a uti on my wife. She ended up in the emergency room. The result was because of the chicken. It wasn't cooked well, or it was bad to begin with other than that, everything is good atmosphere. The people there.

I came to pick-up an order yet the workers were prioritizing the people that came after me. It took a really long time and I couldn’t even leave the line since there were cars behind me. Once they finally noticed me, the server acted as if it was my fault that she ignored me. I highly recommend dining in because the service inside is WAY better. They’re so friendly and accommodating which is the complete opposite of the drive-they. The restaurant is spacious and so is the parking lot. Will only be dining in or picking my food up inside from now on.

I arrived to pick up my order via the app. Usually the app will let me know that it recognizes I’m at the location. This time there was no option to show that my order was being processed or that I arrived. So I went inside and asked at the cashier station. They saw that nothing was showing on their end, so they pushed it through on their register. Was told they have no control over the app and I would have to wait a bit longer. Which I did and the food was on point.

Just went in around 9:15 got a #1 and by the time I got home there was the wrong size fries and not one sause in the bag even tho the receipt has 3 CFA sause and 3 ketchups looks like I’m stuck eating a dry sandwich tonight 😂😂

I’m really disappointed with our recent catering experience at Chick-fil-A. I placed the catering order a full month in advance and was given a specific pickup time. When my husband arrived at the “promised” pickup time, he ended up waiting 50 minutes for the order. This delay made him late to our son’s 1st birthday party, which was incredibly stressful and upsetting on such an important day. This was a major letdown and not the first time it has happened within their catering department as my sister also experienced the same issue back in September. I hope they improve their catering coordination so this doesn’t happen to another family. I visit this location often and their food quality is great, but they are definitely lacking in overall management whenever I visit the employees working are sidetracked or take a very long time to acknowledge you standing there - unlike any other store I’ve been to.
Terrible customer service. I had an issue with a door dash order when my bag only came with ranch and napkins and my bag was sealed. I called them through the phone and spoke to an employee and his manager and they told me they would give me another order. They gave 7 days to go and pick up the order. I went the next day to pick up the order and i told them what had happened. They said they wouldnt give me another order. It wasnt their fault it was doordash. I had to explain for a good 15 min again and again. The supervisors/manager were rude and had terrible attitude as well. Its crazy how a regular employee was trying to be more helpful than the actual management of the establishment.
This Chick-Fil-A is one of the better if not one of the best around. Food is amazing, they're speedy and fast, routinely one of the best experiences around but this is my regular chick fil a so i always go here but everywhere else i don't have the consistent issue of them forgetting sauces and major parts of my meals. Such as the fries, and main entrees, aswell as desserts. I love coming here since its so close and convenient but the issues are constant like every time to every other time its something that went wrong with the order.
After waiting for 12 minutes, when it was my turn, they said they were out of the item they promised on the app, but they served the same product to others. When I ordered ice cream, it took another 5 minutes, and when I asked them to return my point, they said NO LAKE OF MANAGEMENT SHOULD NOT COME OUT OF MY TIME AND POINTS
Selling chicken like this is a scam.There are way better franchise such as Canes, which is much better.But I feel like all chickens being sold like this is a scam, especially with their dipping sauces full of all these crazy ingredients.It's disgusting. The only nice thing about this place was a worker by the name of LaDonna, she was so damn nice and made sure you had everything you needed and even offered to get refills for you. She was super sweet. The box of chicken strips were dry. The amount of money you pay for fast food chicken is ridiculous for the quality you get. This was my first time. Just checking the hype of the long lines.

The customer service at this location is disappointing. They made an error with my order. While Chick-fil-A is typically praised for its service, this particular branch stands out for the wrong reasons. We ordered five sandwiches but only received four. Although I realize I should have double-checked my order, I’ve never encountered issues with Chick-fil-A before, so I didn’t feel it was necessary. Since we don’t live nearby, it was frustrating to discover that one person in our group was left without their sandwich at dinner time. When I called the store, they offered us a replacement sandwich, but it had to be redeemed within a week. Anyone familiar with the traffic in this area knows how challenging it is to navigate, especially coming from the east side of Newport. We requested a milkshake as a small gesture for the inconvenience caused by their mistake, but they declined. It’s hard to understand why a returning customer wouldn’t be offered a simple shake after spending $52.04. After reflecting on this experience it happened on March 15th, I’ve decided that this company doesn’t deserve my patronage. While I know my opinion may not change much, I hope others will think twice and consider different options or locations, as this one has poor service. Do better Chic-fil-A someone needs to address this issue.
