Food was so good and a refreshing menu here in Menifee. Happy to finally have better food choices. Customer service was great and the place is clean. The "bar" seating area is awkwardly placed next to the employee service area, why they did that, I have no idea. You basically have to stare at a tiled wall while you eat which I thought was weird. The food is great though and will be back!

This place is delicious. The macaroni salad is the best I've ever had. I asked for a complicated order and they accidentally gave me a scoop of macaroni salad that was supposed to be rice, but they gave me a scoop of rice on the side for free. They have excellent customer service! 5 stars.

Fantastic food. Hawaiian BBQ mix is the best value for the amount of food you get. Orders are made fresh and fast. Never visit without having a duo of spam musubi. This is my go to for quick, good, tasteful food. Never fails to impress.

The food tastes delicious and fresh! We had their fish plate with rice and salad and I'll definitely be back for more of the same, or to try their shrimp plate. The portions are big, the panko breading is done just right, crispy and not oily at all, with perfectly flaky white fish on the inside.

Love this location. We've been here a few times because we just moved to the area and on our 3rd visit Reina, the manager said she recognized us and asked us how things were going. I couldn't believe she remember us. She was so genuine and sincere and welcoming. Great food and even better service!!

I usually get the 3-meat combo and they give you a generous portion for what you pay for. The meats are fresh and of good quality. Flavors are on punt as well. The service has always been friendly as well as demonstrated patience especially with how busy they are during these ridiculous covid conditions. I will definitely make this a place I frequent I regular basis into the future.

I bet the beef, chicken combo and WOW! It's enough for 2 meals. The macaroni side is my favorite! My Husband's favorite is the chicken. You get a lot for the price too. Lucky for me i live 1/2 a mile away. Go check them out you'll be hooked!

Hands down the best customer sevice I have ever experienced. I had ordered online the night before and they forgot to give me sauce. Food at this location is consistently cooked well and tastes good. I've been here 3 times, and the service has been good each time. All the staff I've interacted with has been pleasant. I which they offered something other than rice with the combo meals. When I substitute veggies, it's mostly all cabbage. Just wish there were more veggies in that mixture. Overall - I definitely would recommend this location to all.

Excellent most of the time. This trip was a little less than exciting as they were cleaning the grills and had pre-cooked some chicken which was used and was alright but not as fresh that one time as I've grown to expect from past experiences here. 9/10 would recommend.

2nd time online ordering a bbq beef combo, mini chicken meal and 2 spam Masubi. Overall good food and experience. The staff was nice and quick. I was not adventurous enough to try other Hawaiian food places in Murrieta or Temecula so I stayed with what has worked before for me. I'll come back to the location again in the future.

This review is for the newer location in Menifee, Town Center Marketplace, 30021 Haun Rd, Menifee CA 92584. Since it is part of a franchise I feel it is fair to write this review. They opened a few days ago, and we received some coupons that we forgot to bring anyways. Place had 15 employees that we counted, so production was dynamic, while food was obviously constantly moving, which is the ideal situation. Service at the hands of capable Josefina was right on point, very attentive to detail. We ordered 2, yes 2 family meals for 5 family members, one being a very light eater. Plus 2 more plates that were on sale for $5 a piece, which consisted of 3 pieces of fish, plenty of white sticky rice, and homemade salad each. Needless to say it lasted for two days, each day a complete, more than enough meal for all involved. 1st Family Meal, $33.95 + $3 for replacing one of the eligible items for shrimp. We chose Shrimp, Curry Chicken Katsu, and Kalua Pork. Sides were Rice, Macaroni salad & veggies. Veggies were mostly steamed cabbage. Plenty of food, easy to eat. 4 Stars. 2nd Family Meal, $33.95 plus tax, I am sure. Same sides plus 3 entrees: Teriyaki Chicken, Island Curry Chicken, Island White Fish, plenty of grub. 4 Stars. Plus 2 fish dishes mentioned above, $10. 4 Stars. Way too much food , but tasty. Now we know better. Warrants a future visit. 4 Stars. 4 long years after our first visit, I decided to return. Frankly the options around here are wearing thin. Besides the escalation of the prices, and the added hike when using a food delivery/pick up app, which I do as of late, specially when a significant discount is offered, the hard truth is that been there, done that, I’m not impressed has been the norm not the exception. So Family Pack to the tune of $47 plus, plus a very heavy tax from the app, but 35% off I figured the abuse was minimal. BBQ Beef, sweet tones as expected, semi charred and almost sure the last of the mohicans since I am convinced I was dead last. Plenty of a bed of steamed cabbage/minor broccoli and enough pieces of meat to tilt the dish to their favor, like the last gets the extra dollop. 3.5 Stars. Chicken Yatzu? Traded from Teriyaki once I learned that the sauce was already on it, but did not realized the trade off was going to be breaded, which preferably I try to avoid as a norm. Again kind of loaded, and of course the end pieces more breaded than it should be allowed, with feeble hints of chicken, but must admit it was well appreciated by the flock, including myself. More veggies bottom. 4 Stars. White Fish only 4 pieces, and lo and behold! also breaded, but not too shabby compared to many fish and chips along the way. 4 Stars. 5 Scoops of sticky white rice, macaroni salad agreeable carb city. Sauces teriyaki (should had the presence of mind to say no thank you) and a much better thin sauce that elicit approval once tried 4 Stars. All in all well served, and the grunts of disappointment did not materialize. I did like the staff hats as I do with most Hawaiian stuff.

Place is good. Didn't blow my mind on flavor. Felt kind of sick when I returned home from eating it, but I don't know if it was from here. The one thing I can give a 5 all day is the macaroni salad. So delicious!

Got two plates to go and was given the wrong order. They called me after to see if I can return the food so I did and got my correct order but now the food was cold, I feel they should of offered something for the wasted time and food not being warm anymore.

I don’t know what happened tonight but all of my food had a fishy taste. I ordered the beef combo and it tasted as if it was cooked on the same grill fish had been previously cooked on. My rice also tasted like it was made in fish soup. I can’t get this taste out of my mouth🤢 The kid taking our order was very nice and helpful in answering my questions. I did not address the taste of my food because I wasn’t interested in them “fixing” the issue, I just wanted to leave.

I don't understand why the food wasn't as good as other Ono restaurants. The cashier was good, (someone tried to go in front of us, we were reading the menu) and she looked past them and asked if we were ready 🤗. I liked the ceiling lights, they were thick ropes. The place was clean. 3 stars because the food is most important when I eat out.

My food was sitting on the table for 10+ min and no one called it. Finally someone looked at it and called my number. No apology for the wait. Now my food is kinda cold.. and I could've been in and out so much sooner/not been exposed to other customers in the meantime. however the food is always deliciously fresh and keeps me coming back.. so it's worth the wait but hopefully you're waiting because they're preparing the food and not because they aren't paying attention 🙃

We ordered the family meal, which, of course, has increased in price like everything else. My issue isn’t the price; it’s the portion sizes. Not sure if it's new owners but the chicken and shrimp were good but hardly any cabbage which was raw pasta salad wasn't the same. Kinda bumed.

I don’t know if it’s just me or what but they have zero customer service skills especially the people at the front when you order. EVERY TIME I COME HERE TO EAT and it’s a lot of time. I hope the manager or owner sees this.

Store honestly deserves ZERO STARS, beyond disappointed with the service I received here!!!! My husband drove all the way to this location, only for us to receive the wrong order, workers were not interested in compensating us for messing up on our order even though we live deep in murrieta/Temecula being they made us drive all the way back to fix their mistake, and to make matters worse we both ended up with stomach aches and my husband threw up from the food, I have contacted them multiple times asking for my money back, and I have yet to have someone reach out to me, I was going to let all of this go until we both became ill and my husband was throwing up all over the place, the food is still sitting in the fridge! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE, this was our favorite location until this incident, I would never recommend this location to anyone!!!!! The fact that it’s going on almost 3 weeks without the district manager getting in touch with me is absolutely ridiculous! Still waiting for that call Ono…..

Ordered online a large order totaling 100$ went to pick it up and the little girl working there was rude and really not helpful at all with an attitude, I asked her if all the condiments were there , I ordered some fish items so they usually come with tartar sauce , she just said “back of the restaurant “ , where I found a self service for teriyaki sauce and some other sauce , so I’m assuming the tartar is at least in there ? Nope! So staff should probably make sure they are putting those items in there , and the Mac salad I ordered the scoops were short , super disappointing with the service , do better and hire people who are customer friendly !

When I arrived there, there was a couple eating and a customer waiting for his order, I went ahead and order two plates, the"manager in charge" took her time to look and read my coupon (which was $5 off $15), ok I didn't ask her why it took you so long. I got my sauces and 12-15 minutes after while waiting, another customer ordered her food. Been waiting for over 35 minutes now and they called the customer first who came 15 minutes after me. I asked, what's the deal, why you called her first instead of me. Sorry we have to cook your fish, seriously 40 minutes to cook it. Omg, we always go to ono but this experience change since the "manager in charge" wasn't too apologetic, she is just force to say it.
