Love it only been in drive thru .have best customer service and drinks are always on point and thankyou for always having my ice coffee cold .enough ice all the time.and they always know what drink i want without me finishing my order specially when it's viral drink .thankyou so much .

The indoor and outdoor vibe makes it easy to work. My go to drink is the iced vanilla dry americano. It has the right balance of coffee flavor with some sweetness.

I have been going here for almost 5 years. I've tried every coffee place and Coffee Bean in Menifee has the best coffee and staff! Everyone working here always go above and beyond. They also work every Holiday with a smile on their faces. We love our Coffee Bean Family 💜 My go to order is a Carmel Ice blend made extreme with two shots of espresso, extra caramel and whip cream. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I got a iced blended mocha Frappuccino and it came out just the way I like it. This location is conveniently located in the shopping center East of the 215 freeway off of Newport. Service was fast and staff was friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong with this location. Thank you Coffee Bean.

Drive thru is always extremely slow no matter what. Staff is nice and helpful but it takes forever to get to the drive thru window to finally get your order.

To all the employees, specifically Sage, on this Tuesday morning, you guys were not busy and you took forever to warm up my food items. We waited 20 min and I had to remind someone to get our order. Then, I see Sage finally put my food items into the mini oven to heat up the food. She did say “sorry for the wait” but that was not cool. I should not have to remind all of you to start my order. I wish this experience was better at this location.

I have always loved coffee bean over Starbucks, but the last few times have been rough. Today, though was the worst I think I’ve experienced with this specific location. Ordered at the drive thru, got the wrong size and type of drink. They didn’t put coffee in my ice blend. I went in to get it fixed, explained what was wrong and a short white boy helped, he didn’t ask what was wrong and when he remade it was slamming things and it felt like he was being deliberately loud and inconvenienced. It was really uncomfortable and disappointing. He just said “here” when he finally fixed it and ignored me and gave me a mean mug when I thanked him. I won’t be returning anytime soon. It’s already hard for me to ask for things like that because I truly don’t want to inconvenience or make anyone’s job harder, but that was an ugly feeling to be treated that way.

After 3 sips the drink was practically empty. Thank you for the ice since no one actually likes the drink and we prefer to sip on diluted ice. Staff was also very unprofessional. As the lady was taking my order they were meowing in the background loud enough that I could hear.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the interaction I had with Leo, the so called “general manager,” during my visit today. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and I cannot recall an experience quite as disappointing as this one. I made a simple request less ice in my drink. Rather than listening and adjusting the beverage accordingly, Leo insisted on remaking it which, in itself, was not an issue. The problem is that the remake was still filled with ice, completely ignoring what I had asked for in the first place. When I politely asked him to remove some of the ice, his response was, “You should have had me do that the first time.” I was absolutely taken aback. For a grown man let alone someone holding a managerial position to speak to a customer in such a dismissive, condescending manner is unacceptable. It showed a complete lack of professionalism, patience, and basic customer service skills. At my age, I’ve dealt with plenty of people in all kinds of situations, and I can assure you this was not only unnecessary but entirely avoidable had he simply listened the first time. I felt disrespected, brushed off, and genuinely astonished that this is the individual representing your store’s leadership. I believe this matter warrants attention from someone above him.

I come here often, I love it. However, I was disappointed this morning due to being handed a watered down coffee - in which was the wrong drink, and the wrong food item. The line was too long for me to e complain or ask for the right things. Like I said, I love Coffee Bean Menifee - they have respectful and kind baristas. I was just a bit disappointed this morning. :(

I workin with customer service and this is unacceptable. Don’t go through the drive through. They take orders when they receive it, so it’s better to order pick up. I called the store while waiting in line.. The customer service sucks, when I asked why the drive thru line is taking forever, they said it’s just pretty busy day. I’ve been stuck in this line for 25 minutes and I still haven’t ordered. This is ridiculous customer service. They will go down like Starbucks if they think this doesn’t affect people’s decisions on what coffee to drink. Corporations should have their business together, this is really unprofessional. I’m very upset and I still waiting line and haven’t ordered.

Normally I love it here but this morning was awful . The hours on the window and the hours on the online are incorrect , online it states that the drive-through open at 5 AM so I got there at like 555 and the lights were on. There was a ton of staff in the establishment so I waited because I thought the drive thru was open and when the young lady finally came to the window ….She was like we open at 6. I was ok but and all your signs say 5 , and she was like yeah we open at 6 and slammed the window shut and kept cleaning the counter …. rudest thing I’ve ever witnessed . Honestly, she could’ve taken my order and just made it at 6. It was like three minutes away. Anyway, I won’t be coming back for a while. Please update your signage , It was A very unpleasant interaction with a very rude employee.

I went through Drive through today ordered food and 3 drinks and Normally I love this place over Starbucks! However I got an iced tea with boba it was clumped together and I hate white floaties in it, clearly it was older and I wasn't given the proper straw kinda disappointed, $7 for each one of my Drinks and today's green matcha tea tasted like pure milk without the matcha in it .
