They give out ice cream in the Spring semester and I love that :) The food here is good even though they always have pizza.

Since 08 been a family chef thanks to this place great food peace and respect in the kitchen everyone smiles when good food is made new created foods every week thanks for the experience and the amazing recipes!!!

Josh is the real MVP! He went above and beyond making sure every single food item that came out was spot-on. You could literally see him checking everything, making sure it looked perfect before it hit the table. That kind of attention to detail is rare these days. On top of that, he was super friendly and made the whole experience better just by the way he carried himself. Honestly, Josh deserves a raise AND a promotion to manager — the place would be in great hands with him running things. If you come here and Josh is working, you’re in luck. He’s the reason I’ll definitely be coming back!

I ate at the pavilion during a tour from my high school and it was decent but here at the dining center my man Gilbert the Frog got laid out and we don't know who dunnit. Our tour guide Miguel Cruz was also chill and had the right answers to most of our questions but didn't know who killed our guy. Rest in Peace my boy Gilbert🥀🕊️

The Yablokoff-Wallace Dining Center was a great experience for me, the inside structure looks old, however, the food is great. Personally, I recommend the tacos.

The Thai food is really good but closes more that the dinning in the Pavillion. However, If you're living on campus eating the same food all over again can make you feel like youre done with it. So depending on your liking you should go to Pabillion sometimes.

Better than the Pavilion

The DC usually is a place people look forward to when eating late night. Anything other than late night is always a major hit or miss, they can sometimes have the best food, and it's like heaven, but on other (most) days it's extremely sad and empty. Late night almost always features one excellent food item most people flock to line up for. The only annoying thing is, most people treat this like the hunger games and essentially race to grab all the good food first. Quality with this establishment is always consistent, and the staff is kind, never had an issue or moment I thought otherwise. The music they play is pretty good, never a bad day. The deserts are sometimes decent, and the variety of foods they serve is pretty minimal (to me) The usual rotation features either chicken/pork, some pasta or burger item and a vegan dish. From my time here, I've noticed good and bad dishes: Bad Dishes: Chicken Mole Anything pork Sushi bake(🤢) Ceviche Hotdogs Lasagna Weird expressions of beef/chicken The bad foods are unfortunately what's most served. Good goods: Habachi Tomato Bisque (amazing but rare) Grilled cheese Honey chipotle pasta Quesabirria Tacos (One of THE best items) The good foods are almost never seen again once served. I don't think I've seen a grilled cheese or tomato bisque a second time after it was served once, other items on the list are amazing to see on the menu.
