Deliciosa auténtica torta cubana, un cortadito de primera, huevitos fritos, y unas deliciosas tajadas fritas (plátano frito), TODO DELICIOSO, el restaurante es una hermosura, los cuadros (pintados por el hijo de los dueños del restaurante) dan un deleite visual. Muy rica la comida. Mi platillo favorito es el hígado de res. En el día de hoy pedí para llevar y fueron muy puntuales con la hora de entrega.

Los alimentos están muy bien servidos en porción y vienen bien acompañados por lo que lo hace una comida completa. Para la cantidad que sirven y el sazón, los precios son muy accesibles. El lugar es limpio, con un toque rústico pero aseado, el personal es muy atento, agradable y servicial, algo limitados en bebidas pero fuera de eso todo excelente. El flan del lugar es delicioso.

My absolute FAVORITE spot in all of Merida. The menu changes daily but everything is great and homemade. My first time trying this spot I told them about my gluten allergy and they showed me what I could have :) If you’re in the area, definitely come by. Love the artwork too that the son paints.

We had breakfast that was so delicious we came back the next day. The plantains were terrific, the fruit plate was so generous we took some home and the eggs were scrumptious. You are missing great food if you don't come enjoy their food. Oh, and the Cuban sandwhich-yum yum!

Have been 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Today we had the chicken, rice, plantains, and black beans plus salad. When the first plate of chicken & rice came out we assumed it was both our servings. Then, the 2nd plate was served and we wondered how on earth were we going to finish all this food? Ha, with no problem at all. Once we took that first delicious bite there was no way we were not going to finish that meal. No set menu since each day is different based on the fresh ingredients at the market. What a gem. The whole family is so enjoyable. While there check out the art created by the son. Stunning pieces. Don't wait till 3:30 to go and order lunch. Once it's gone, it's gone and you'll be standing there crying at the front door.

Excellent food and wonderful service. This place is a humble restaurant serving authentic Cuban food. Menu items are listed out front and on their Facebook Page. Breakfast is a great deal for under 100 pesos. The Cuban tortas( sandwiches) are huge and well worth the price of 100 pesos. It's even to feed two people. Pick up a couple on the way the beach! Cash only, and they close at 4:30, so get there early.

Calling all art lovers, food lovers and chill vibe lovers!! We had the Vegetarian platter and a Cuban sandwich. We were also served Cuban rice with plantains. We had a Cuban coffee and flan for dessert. The amount of food was enough for the three of us and the price was great. The menu changes so they’ll let you know exactly what’s available the day you go there. We went at about 2 in the afternoon and so it wasn’t overwhelmingly busy. The atmosphere is totally chill. I love that it’s a family place with a Cuban vibe and awesome art hanging around for purchase! We will definitely be back here and intend to tell our local friends about it! If you haven’t been here yet, I highly recommend it.

Bro what a nice place I'm like half Cuban and I tell you I'm from Hialeah! So this food is gas so good it's like in the old country or like Cuba whatever you want to call it it's so good the food is amazing deserves a very good they have cortadito and everything you can't imagine very good desserts good attention the guy Cuban authentic very very good man I have to come here it feels like I was in Havana or something it was amazing! It's right in the middle of a not so busy Street near Espanola hotel amazing place magnificent I will tell you! Don't worry you come here you're in good hands I'm going to take care of you it's delicious just take a seat and relax I don't know if they have guarapo I forgot to ask but everything is amazing!

Awesome service For breakfast and loved the green juice. Had scrambled eggs with chorizo. Lots of chorizo so the eggs were slightly greasy but Very tasty. It came with the toasted bun and which she offered butter and jam. Hot sauce available for those who like it spicy. Small restaurant and it seems family owned and run. Would definitely return to try something else. Prices are reasonable. My breakfast w juice was 90 peso

Restaurante amplio, comida típica de Cuba, porciones muy grandes. Para estacionar no siempre hay lugar cerca porque la calle es reducida. Cierran a las 4pm.

Buen lugar para comer bien y basto los felicito !!! Solo como consejo hay un perro grande de un cliente que no es grato para nosotros los comensales labra si pasas, se acerca, debería ver ese tema una cosa es que sea pet friendly y otra que se tenga que soportar el perro grande ladrando y que tengamos que evadirlo para pasar. RECOMEIDO ATENCION

This place is way too loud at 6pm. Nobody dancing in here!!! We wanted to stay and try the menu, but couldn’t hear ourselves speaking.

No se recomienda, muy mala experiencia. El propietario siempre ha estado descontento con una cara seria y el ambiente del comedor es muy deprimente. Pídele recomendaciones al dueño, solo te dirá que pidas lo más caro, pero en realidad no es delicioso. La comida es muy salada, nada más que carne de cerdo, res y pollo cortados en tiras y colocados en una sopa similar al pozole, que no tiene ningún sabor especial excepto salado. Y no está recién hecho, no sabe bien después de remojarlo durante mucho tiempo. No hay menú, por lo que no sabes el precio de ninguna bebida. Una botella de agua mineral rancia con olor a botella de plástico me cobró 30 pesos. No es diferente de un robo. El Paseo montejo tiene mucho para comer, esta tienda no es barata, probemos el mejor y mejor gusto en la calle 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨
