Amazing, beautifully laid out Starbucks! The staff was so attentive and generous!! The cashier as well as the barista did not have a problem with me explain how to make my Mom as well as, my customized Frappuccino's! Even happened to stop by on their 1 year anniversary!! The male operating the drive thru had top notch customer service. No idea his name but I was impressed! Service was equally as impressive in terms of speed. Product was as expected. Another impressive visit. My daughter said that girl was happy. And our drinks had emoji stickers!

Fantastic Starbucks location. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly. I picked up my mobile order via drive thru and was very surprised and happy to receive my drink with a sticker on it. <3

Better chairs and surroundings than most Starbuck in the area. It has plenty of seating both in and outdoors. Busy but service is really pretty fast.

This is our local Starbucks and we are here at least twice a week. The service is outstanding and the drinks are always the best here. The employees are so friendly and thoughtful and it's always a great experience coming here. One star for atmosphere because whoever came through within the past week (2nd week of January 2025) and cleared out their decor really ruined the atmosphere. We went yesterday and thought they were closing because it's so sterile and barren in there now.

We came in around 3 and ordered 2 drinks. We were welcomed pleasantly, but one of our drinks was missing the vanilla sweet cream cold foam. My server had seen and heard me say “excuse me” but ignored and closed the window on me.

Went through the drive through line this evening. Ordered two basic drinks. Ordered a grande iced coffee with cream and sugar, and a grande vanilla steamer with two extra pumps of vanilla. When we pulled up to the drive through window, our iced coffee was ready right away. However, it took an additional ten minutes to receive the vanilla steamer. Upon receiving, it was sticky down one whole half side of the cup, and it was barely lukewarm. Very frustrating, especially when you don't have the option to go back because of heading into work. That was by far the worst experience.I've had in a long time very disappointed.

Logistical nightmare! Whoever designed the Starbucks drive-thru has obviously never went to a moderately busy one. The original drive-thru layout was okay but you could see that any type of line would block access to the handicap parking for whatever business would be built beside it (Also can't believe the center didn't see this in the plans.). Since construction did start the drive-thru moved. This now creates a parkinglot fiasco. If you want to go inside you now have to cross in front of the drive-thru traffic! This location is also terrible with drive-thru line control. Multiple cars will be in line to order and then tons of empty space between the ordering box and pickup window. It's very bizarre and I have never seen this anywhere else. The employees are very friendly and almost too chatty for the drive-thru. My most recent visit I did the mobile order and was in line when I received the message that it was ready. It then took an additional 10 minutes to get to the pick up window and after taking a bite of my sandwich I noticed it was barely warm and the usually melty cheese was solidified. Next time I'll make sure I go to another location that know how to manage their drive-thru line.

the employee taking my order was unpleasant to deal with, i ordered a venti strawberry açaí refresher, but when i got to the window, the employee working gave me a grande one. i kindly explained what happened and the employee didn’t say anything, seemed mad at me, and took my drink. i was then handed a venti where it looks like they just poured my grande into, and then filled it the rest of the way with water. i also ordered an impossible sandwich and when i opened the bag, cheese was dripping out from the bottom, and the sandwich was not put together at all, the meat was half-way off. it was so much fun putting my puzzle of a sandwich together!
