Pésimo, la comida es mala y cara, las gorditas demaciado pequeñas. Aparte las empleadas te atienden de mala gana. Si tienen la oportunidad de comer en este lugar, desaprovenchenla, busquen mas opciones que seguramente si van a estar mas ricas que esto. (Local de la Plancha)

Las gorditas tienen un sabor mediocre y el agua de horchata estaba agria pero las que atienden no nos creyeron. Suc La Placha

Asqueroso. Masa tiesa, el taco de nopales con 'panela' no tenía ni un pedazo de panela, pregunto y me responden que "así viene el guiso".

Lo único pasable fue su agua la comida no es lo que se supone que debe de ser por ejemplo compre de picadillo y su sabor era de puro recado rojo y compre otro de poc chuc y era carne en jugo pero agria no se porque

At their Parque de la Plancha branch, they really need to address the attitudes of their staff. They're annoyed at taking orders and they're annoyed when you ask about promotions and the menu. Zero customer service, which is a shame because the food actually tastes good, but if you're going to be served with such rude attitudes, you'd rather not go at all. It took them ages to serve us our orders, and we were almost finished eating before they gave us our waters. The food was extremely salty, and we ordered several different stews, all equally salty. The rice was overheated, even some of the rice grains looked like burnt rubber. Finally, the place is incredibly hot, with no air circulation. I even feel bad for the people who work there. The only good thing about them are the tortillas; they're very small but handmade. If you have the chance, eat somewhere else.
