After trying several options at this delicious café, their cakes are undoubtedly the best, especially the Kit Kat cake, which is simply spectacular. They also have a wide variety of savory options that are well worth trying. Among my recommendations are the chicken bomb sandwich with gaucho sauce, a delight for lovers of bold flavors, and the Ronaldo bagel, which is juicy and full of flavor. If you're looking for something different, you can't miss the tachnift, which always surprises. You also can't go wrong with their crepes, waffles, and pancakes, which, with any topping, become a real hit. To refresh yourself, the juices are an excellent choice, and my favorite was the mixed berry, mint, and lemon. The coffees are also very good. The place is usually quite busy, but the service is quick and efficient, allowing you to enjoy the experience without long waits. A place I highly recommend!

The best café in Melilla! The decor is very modern and all the furniture is new. The service is excellent; all the waiters are very friendly and attentive. And the afternoon snacks are the best—there's a wide variety and everything is delicious. I particularly love the pastries with fresh cheese, turkey, avocado, and cream cheese, and for dessert, the pistachio cream crepes with fruit.

The place is nice. The service is a bit slow. We had fitness toast, Turkish bath, coffee with milk, and Moroccan tea for breakfast. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented.

When I asked the waiter, he denied having any such options. The service, attitude, and food were excellent, but we're annoyed that they advertise things that aren't true. First time. I came based on recommendations from friends. Good atmosphere, lots of people coming and going, which is a good sign. The service was slow; I ended up calling the waiter. Great variety of sweet and savory food. I had a healthy meal with turkey, tuna, scrambled eggs, and supposedly Manchego cheese. I say supposedly because it was pre-shredded cheese from a bag and didn't taste anything like Manchego. But you can still enjoy the meal since it's tasty and the portion is very generous. I recommend it for the variety of their offerings and their prices.

Llegamos a merendar y no nos atendían. Al rato de estar sentados avisamos y nos atienden con mucho pasotismo. Despues de casi 20 minutos esperando nos dicen que es ramadán y están comidiendo y lo ha parado todo sin avisarnos para decicir si me quiero quedar o no. Por fin nos traen las bebidas a media con un pañuelo pero la bebida que pedí no la tenían y no me avisan pero me traen la comida sin más. Servicio, atención y calidad pesimisima.

Pedi un gofre ,tardaron años en entregármelo y encima me los dieron quemado por fuera y crudo por dentro,cuando reclame el camarero se lo digo al cocinero y el cocinero tuvo la cara dura de decir que no estaba crudo,pedí un pastel de Ferrero rocher en vez del gofre y parecía que el pastel estaba derretido,camareros buenos cocineros pesimos

We just finished dinner at La Primera Ideal and, unfortunately, the service we received from the staff was completely unacceptable, especially from the person who took our payment. When we politely asked them to explain the total amount charged—since the bill didn't itemize the charges—their response was to look at us and laugh, stating verbatim, "I already know the calculations I've done." We found this attitude unprofessional, arrogant, and deeply disrespectful. As customers, and even more so after dining at this establishment, we have every right to know what we're being charged for, especially when the amount doesn't match and we've been overcharged. What's worse is that this treatment was directed at an elderly person, making the situation even more unpleasant and degrading. This isn't just a mistake on the bill; it's rude and inappropriate treatment that leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service. A very negative experience that should not be repeated.

Overall, I thought the food was very good, but there's one thing I can't accept. I went to the cafeteria to eat with a friend. Beforehand, we looked at the menu, and it stated that if there was a problem with gluten-free food, they would take care of it. The thing is, when we arrived, I asked if they could help him with the gluten-free food, and they literally said "No." So my friend had to go hungry. I'm just asking that they update the menu.

It has nothing we ordered. A "full baguette" means it has cheese. It's just a regular baguette without cheese, hahaha. No other toppings. Terrible service. They forgot my frozen croquettes, which I ordered three times. Not recommended.
