The last time I ordered, they didn't give me my usual sauces, and they didn't tell me they'd stopped serving the Eel sauce or that they were out of it, or something. That time they gave me tamarind and another one that looked like chipotle (honestly, I never put those on my sushi). I realized it when I got home since I always trusted they'd give me my sauces, so I sent them a WhatsApp message to ask if they'd stopped serving Eel sauce or if it was sold separately, or at least to find out why they didn't give it to me. They replied, "Wait a moment, I'll ask," and never responded again. The other day they added pumpkin to my order. I only noticed because I always read the receipt. I mentioned it, and they said, "The receptionist didn't hear the call properly" (I never called; it was a WhatsApp order). They didn't change my order; they only refunded me the "extra" pumpkin. In my opinion, the service is declining; they no longer respond to orders via WhatsApp. I had to speak to them after fifteen minutes of sending a WhatsApp message (and they were online).

It's a place that already has a bad reputation. They made some changes to the ambiance, but the service didn't improve. In an effort to cut costs, they offer free refills that honestly taste more like water than anything else. The cup has traces of black powder at the bottom, and the servers don't offer or explain any promotions when you first take your order. The rolls are just okay, but my advice is to order by phone, pick up your food, and eat it at home. If you order takeout, the wait is usually over 30 minutes.

I went for the third time, this time I ordered takeout. My order took over an hour to arrive. When I asked about it, the waiter told me that priority was given to diners eating in the restaurant. "I understand," but what I didn't like was that after we arrived, other diners came out before ours. That really upset me. Wasn't there a manager or supervisor on hand to notice and resolve these issues?

The sushi was so-so, nothing special, and had a very faint hint of shrimp. Two pieces of my roll were just rice (it didn't have the other ingredients inside). It didn't taste any different or better than others I've had. The noodles were hot and had a strong flavor, so I wouldn't recommend them for those who don't enjoy intense flavors. The service took about 20 minutes to bring the food. Something I didn't like is that once you place the order, you can't change anything, even before it's served; they tell you no because "it's already registered." There's nowhere to park.

I came and ordered the "Godín" combo, but they told me it wasn't available. I ordered yakimeshi, and they told me yakimeshi wasn't available because they didn't have a grill. They also didn't have Wi-Fi, and parking was limited (I had to park two blocks away). The waiter's service was good; he always tried to offer suggestions. We were about to leave and go somewhere else, but he offered us a 3-for-2 deal on rolls, which we liked. The food quality was very good, even better than the one in Galerías. The rice had a good texture, and the breading was good. Improve those details; don't forget that there are also customers in the east, and we pay for good service. Don't just focus on your northern branches! Note: This comment is for the management, not the staff, because we were treated very well in the dining room. Shame on the bosses or owners!

Yesterday I ordered two sushi rolls. My sister ate hers right away, and this morning I started eating mine. When I looked more closely at what I was eating (since I was removing the cheese), I found two black hairs in two different rolls. Honestly, it disgusted me, and I ended up throwing them away. I don't know if my sister ate them because she wasn't paying attention and ate them straight from the roll. I don't recommend it, and I wouldn't buy it again. I want to believe they were head hairs and not from somewhere else because they were really dark. 😒 Food manufacturers should be much more careful and use the hygiene measures required by quality and hygiene standards.
