On holiday in Italy, we find a very good place to eat near a lake, good service, nice food and a very beatiful place

We looked for a beach to spend Sunday, and found Lago di Pusiano. We entered the clearing and found two beach clubs. We opted for this one (thinking it was a free beach, but Maps didn't show any establishments). In reality, everything is managed by the beach club itself: two lounge chairs and one umbrella cost €20, compared to €5 per person for the lawn, so we opted for the comfortable loungers. Enticed by the menu, available on the website, we booked lunch at Caritas, but for those who prefer, there's an aperitif option for €15. Lunch was a pleasant surprise. We ordered (in total, and then split between two): 1 perch risotto, delicate but with a spicy note; the breaded perch was a real treat; 1 veal cheek, literally melting in the mouth; 1 tiramisu from the beach club; 1 panna cotta; 1 bottle of Prosecco; 1 water; 2 coffees; The desserts were delicious, but the tiramisu wasn't your typical tiramisu with mascarpone cream. The total bill was €99.00, in line with the quality of the food.

Ideal for an aperitif by the lake. A wide selection of cocktails with the option of adding an "aperitif platter" of various appetizers. Alcoholic aperitifs cost €10, with a platter €14. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. The cocktails in particular are delicious and beautiful.

The place is very cute, just steps from the lake. From here, you can embark on a lovely lakeside stroll back to the starting point. Ample parking. So far, so good. The outdoor seating is also lovely, but the service isn't as impressive. The waiters are inattentive and slow. The aperitifs are excellent, accompanied by appetizers of decent quality, perhaps even better. Prices are average.

We had lunch at the Lido. The perch risotto was very good, but the white chocolate, raspberry, and pistachio tiramisu was a real disappointment; it didn't really taste like tiramisu...sometimes tradition is better than a thousand reinterpretations. It was a real shame that out of six guests, one received his dish much later than everyone else (so much so that two had already finished it by the time it arrived). For the prices, there's room for improvement.

I used to frequent the Mojana beach in the 1970s. I hadn't been there for about fifty years. I found some memories of my childhood. Unfortunately, the lake has receded significantly, and the excessive heat has made everything a bit "swampy." Kudos to the guys who redeveloped the beach. Perhaps the layout of the lounge chairs and umbrellas could be a little more "tidy," as they are left in their original position at the discretion of the beachgoers. Ample, shaded, and free parking. Nice bar with tables.

A very nice place where I drank some good wine after dinner. The lake view was stunning. Prices were a bit high. Staff were friendly but practically absent. It was crowded, but the service was excessively slow! A 45-minute wait for a single bottle of wine.

Cocktails were alright, nothing special, but the food they brought for the aperitivo was horrible, they were old and stale, from the chips to the fruit, we were there on my birthday and that was very disappointing, 15 euros for a plate of old food... The location and and atmosphere is nice, no problem with service

I've been coming to the Lido for several years. We went back on Sunday for a drink by the lake and were really disappointed. They've changed the aperitivo menu; it's now practically all self-service. We booked, so we also had a table selected. You go to the cashier, pay, and they give you two tokens: one for food and one for a drink. You waste a lot of time standing around while they make your cocktail and prepare your plate, then grab your chips, push your way through the crowd, and then sit down... Personally, this setup isn't for me, and I don't think it's suitable for the place either, given that the room is very small and now it's always crowded with people paying and others waiting for their aperitivo. The price has remained unchanged at €14 per person, which in my opinion is too much. The drinks aren't great; we had a Passion Spritz and a Hugo ai lampioni, and they were made the same way, with prosecco and fruit puree. This tells me they're making them haphazardly just to clear the line. The location is always stunning, especially at sunset, but it's a shame about the rest...

Unfortunately, it was disappointing... €20 for a "fritto misto" (mixed fried fish), which tastes more like an appetizer, and €22 for a piece of breaded salmon... I don't even serve dishes like this at home! I can't fault the location because it overlooks the lake, so it's worth it. But as a restaurant, they definitely need to reconsider their prices for what they offer, or improve the dishes and presentation.

I recently visited Al Lido on Pusiano Lake to celebrate a birthday, but the whole experience left me extremely disappointed. Despite making a reservation in advance, they didn't have our table available, which set a bad tone from the start. The service was painfully slow, and they even managed to miss bringing some of the items we ordered. To top it off, the behavior of the staff was downright unpleasant, making us feel unwelcome and disregarded throughout our visit. I would not recommend this bar to anyone and suggest looking for better options in the area. Avoid Al Lido at all costs if you want an enjoyable celebration!
