Think you would enjoy the lunch or dinner environment. It's not noisy, it's not busy.( I would say medium.) But over all! The FOOD IS GOOD!

Love this specific Denny's. Mostly thanks to our waitress. Kati always gets it done quickly. Very attentive to our needs. Keeps the coffee coming. Went in with my daughter and when we first walked in the door the manager that was there greeted us with a big smile and walked us to our seat ( we know she's the manager because we asked if it's under new management and she told us yes and she's the assistant GM.) She was just delightful and so kind! I wish we had gotten names! We were in a few months back and had a horrible experience. Service was rude and tables was dirty (alot were) it smelled and the server didn't seem to want to be there or want us there. The food was not great and the energy was off putting for sure. But now, It is much cleaner and the environment feels so much more welcoming! The new management is doing a fabulous job! Our server was a young man..didn't catch his name, but he was very very attentive and kind as well. Even the other gentleman server spoke to us on the way out and invited us back! The food was delicious and fast! Everyone was smiling and doing a great job. We will definitely be back regularly now that we know it's in good hands and we can really enjoy our dinning experience here! I would recommend this Dennys!!10 out of 10!

Outstanding. After a 3 hour exhausting drive I went in where i was immediately greeted, followed by seated. Within a short parameter of time I ordered and had my coffee. The server Peggy was not our server but she interacted with us as if she was. Everything was perfect. When me and my family came in this past weekend we was greeted instantly by 4 different workers. We did wait about 10 mins but when we finally got to our table our server Courtney was fantastic. Our drinks came out pretty fast considering we had a lot of different milkshakes and smoothies. She answered every question we had asked. She knew everything on the menu. I recommend her on the weekends. She has such a great attitude and works very well under pressure.

Always come here. When we come to Dallas. Parking lot is safe and clean. We are greeted as soon as we enter and seated. We always ask for Ida to be our server - always smiling and genuinely courteous, pleasant, and attentive. The general manager, Loretta, always stoops by the table to be sure we are happy with our dining experience. Restrooms are clean as is the whole facility. Always a please to come back!

I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Food was cooked just like I wanted. The service was great. The manager Loretta came and introduced herself and asked how was everything. I told her great I love the food and the service. I will return back and bring my family and friends. It was clean inside and out. I enjoyed eating there.

Two of us showed up at about 4:30am and were the only people there. There seemed to be 2 people working and I assume a night manager in the back. Our service was excellent even though I suspect the lady who took our order was more accustomed to doing overnight prep work. Whoever cooked our breakfasts did just an outstanding job. Everything was cooked just right and was delicious.

I love this Denny's the appetizers and food I ordered was fast,hot,and fresh. I love their milkshakes Oreo to be exact and I also had a sweet tea which was exactly how I like it. My server was really nice I can't remember her name but she was most definitely the best. The place was very clean and I enjoyed the atmosphere.

Server - Sherry was very sweet & attentive. Food came out hot, quickly and as ordered. The one negative was in regard to appearance - we parked on side of building and there was a lot of debris that needs to be cleaned up.

I recently visited Denny’s and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the customer service. The staff was welcoming and seated us quickly. Our server was friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and made sure our coffee cups were never empty — a must at any diner! I love this place. It’s my home fr. I always get the regular cheeseburger with their amazing fries! Only fries I like from anywhere. I can never have another burger from anywhere else. and the staff omg they’re so nice. One of the waitresses recommended me a good drink! I never tried it, I love it. Mango lemonade. Overall. I will forever keep coming here if these amazing people are still here making this place delicious and delightful. I drive 15 minutes for this burger any day. I haven't been to Denny's in a very long time. And I don't think ever at this particular one. I had a very very unpleasant experience the last time we went. But like I said this one was different the waitress was wonderful the atmosphere was quiet and the food was very good.

We go here mostly for breakfast. We have tried lunch and dinner and have found them to be passable but not exceptional. The price is below average for sit down meals. So it’s a great value. But, the breakfasts are very good. Definitely above average for the price. The selection is wide. The food is good. The service is good to great depending on your server that day. My husband loves the crapes. I’m more of a breakfast sandwich person. Moon over my Hammy with Chalula and hash browns are hard to beat if you like breakfast sandwiches. It’s rarely over-crowded.

Love going there after church. Great service. Friendly staff. I think they would have more people come in if they knew it was open, the parking lot is dark and the restuarant looks like it closed.

There was only one server for seating patrons and waiting tables. Should at least have 2 people working for safety purposes.

Haven't been to Denny's in a few years. I thought I would give this location a shot. Coffee wasvokay, never been a fan of their roast, but at least it was fresh! Had the 5 pepper cheeseburger, and it was perfect! Worth a try if you are in the area.

We had planned to eat there but changed our minds to just getting the order to go. It was Sunday, and it was completely full! There wasn't even a parking place in the parking lot! I was told that my order would be ready in 20-25 mins. It actually took more than 40 mins but fell under 50 mins. The food was great! We were already well down the highway when I realized that they forgot to put my toast in the bag. I didn't bother to call about it. The staff were friendly the entire time. Next time I visit though, I will be sure to choose a different day of the week. 12/10/2022- Early morning this time... Service was excellent, not crowded at all. Food was good.

You know, I literally grew up with this chain. I have so many fond memories eating out with my Mom and Dad on the weekends. I can remember as far back as seven or eight years old. And over the years, the restaurant has went through a lot of changes. The ugly period was in the 80's through 90's, when Denny's went through a societal change. They where blatantly racist against minority patrons. It got so bad that it took numerous lawsuits and management changes to rectify the issue. Nowadays, the chain has gotten much better at diversity, customer service, and management. The food has always been the staple of Denny's. At this location, they are quite friendly and the food follows suit. The only issue is keeping the place clean, even with high foot traffic.

We got there for lunch and my mother who is diabetic and has had multiple heart attacks started feeling weird and we hadn't even ordered so I ordered what I knew my mom would want and they put a rush on it after my mom assured me she was fine and didn't need to go to the ER and they made sure we got our food quickly but still accurately because I made the wonderfully sweet waitress Briana I believe you spell it aware of our situation. Service was very very slow! And to top it off they messed up my order and by the time it the correct order came, it was to late and I had to go. I would very another restaurant or another Danny's.

It was okay, as far as Denny's goes. Been to better, been to worse. The food was good and the service was fine. Biggest complaint: the menus were sticky and gross. One actually had food between the pages. We also ordered something from the menu that was apparently not going to be actually offered until the next day. Don't add it to the menu if it's not yet available.

Location right off the freeway. Coffee is good with cute mugs that have fun memes on them. It's honestly regular food you can make at home. Nothing special but it's ok to visit once in a while. Also best time to go is Saturday afternoon! No wait, seated immediately and food came out right away.

The sausage was not cooked on the outside. The was nice in the beginning and once I received the receipt for $17.00. paid that I had a $10.00 wanted change in order to give her a tip . I gave her $6.00 Tip she looked at me like that wasn't enough. I acted why did her attitude change. She said oh I just thought you were going to give me the $10.00. Everyone loves Denny’s traditional Grand Slam. I love coming here but the service is always a little slow because I tend to go when I’m really hungry so I want to sit and eat, not sit and wait, lol Sometimes it’s packed and sometimes it’s dead, but the wait doesn’t change. It just takes longer than usual. The servers at all Dennys, need to take their training a bit more serious and focus on “speed of delivery and asking the right questions.” I ALWAYS feel my plate comes out just a tad cold, very lukewarm.

Waitress had 2 tables, we constantly had to ask for refills and get up several times to ask for silverware or drinks, the food order was incomplete and we NEVER got everything we ordered. We didn't have a huge order so that shouldn't have been an issue. The young man helping out was actually the dishwasher, he gave better service than the waitress. Props to the dishwasher! Good job, thanks for trying so hard

Waitress was super friendly and so sweet but never brought things that we asked for. Ordered an app literally as soon as we sat down. After Placing our order 20 minutes later we still haven’t received the app. Asked the waitress and she said she assumed we wanted it with our meal. That blew my mind !! Then she proceeded to say that our food was just waiting on one thing . Everything she brought out was ice cold. The Mac and cheese, fries, biscuit and gravy. I tried the patty melt sandwich and it was literally soggy.. Never got refills. Absolutely terrible experience to waist 60$. I’m a single mother of 3 kids and just wanted a day out with the kids and I regret every minute and dime that I spent. Oh not to mention someone kept breaking dishes by the drink station. Will never go back! Had she not comped the biscuit and the strawberry pancake bites our meal would have been 83$ . Insane for 3 kids drinks, nachos and tender plate and a sandwich! Dennys was a big disappointment. Especially this location!

I gave service a 5 just because the waitress gave us a heads up about the extremely long wait times before we waisted our time. This location is understaffed and is forced to focus on Uber eats orders in the kitchen causing those that want to dine in to wait... Which leads to no one wanting to eat here.... Won't be long before this place closes I am afraid.

Usually, this is a great place to eat and the people are great. This time, not so much. We had a waitress named Michelle J. Apparently, she is one of the managers at this location. She got our drinks when we sat down and we told her we needed just a few minutes to order. She never came back to take our order so we asked another waitress, so she did. We then noticed it had been over 30 minutes since we ordered and never got our food. When I asked Michelle J. If she would check on our food she decides to wait on another customer that got there after we ordered our food and bring them their food. I then just asked for the check since she was to busy to bring our food. She then proceeded to tell us our food was coming out. When it came, she drops the plates on the table and tells us that the plates are hot. Well if the plates are hot, why is my food cold?? We ended up just leaving and paying for our drinks. I hope everyone that reads this never deals with what we're had to today, but if you get Michelle J., run out of there like your life depends on it.

I never write reviews but I got to say this, I had water spilled on me, multiple items were missing, three orders were the wrong completely, my sausage was still some what frozen, and they still had us pay in full for all that I don't blame our server he was nice but the cook were terrible.

Came here to pick up a door dash order. The line got very long, very quickly. The staff comes up asking who is first when there ie clearly an organized line. The first person in line was an African American. There were two opened families and I was the other African American. There weee two Hispanic families behind me and the clerk says “I’m taking care of my regulars” and proceeds to assist them first. Another cashier walks up and does the same thing, seating the family not going in the order of the line. Both cashiers walk off and leave me standing there. I had to tell the man I was here for a door dash order. Neither cashiers knew what I was coming for but felt the need to move families before me. I wouldn’t recommend this place and this is my first visit.

There was maybe 5 customers in the entire building and the "waiter" only came by once to bring out food cause the hostess took our order. It's like it was a hassle for him to leave the front desk to do anything cause they never checked on customers plus it's almost $4 for a damn drink. $3.79 for a drink is absolutely ridiculous

We waited almost 20 minutes for our waitress to take our drink order,so she went ahead and took our order. It took another 35 minutes to get our food and when we asked for the manager, she was in the kitchen. When she asked what the problem was and we told her we had been there for almost an hour and still haven't gotten our food she acted like it wasn't her problem.

A man in what looked like street clothes comes in puts down his drink behind a wall and comes over to where we (the family of 5 and I) were standing he looked right past me and says a table for 5. I look behind me and then look back at the man with a tilted head. He says "oh are you doing a to go order?" I kindly say no, I was waiting to be seated with a table for 4. I think about it and decide to turn to leave. He says something else not sure because I felt some type of way. The lady in the family of 5 stands there with her mouth opened and surprised with a look as if we were not next. I didn't like being looked over, so I took my business elsewhere. Maybe I was in my feelings, I don't know.

CONS: I found hash browns under my food even though I hadn't ordered any (for some reason I found it on both plates I had), I found a black hair on the table and a brown hair in my pancakes, I received ice water twice when I know I asked for no ice (I always do - that's the only way I drink it). I also received hard and black stale toast. The waitress talked to the manager and gave me $5 off. GEE THANKS! I'm not even going to get into why it was only $2 less than what I normally pay (I frequently order the same exact thing). So much for checking the score from the reviews before visiting, because it was useless today. I won't be back.

This was the worst turkey dinner I have ever had in my life. The turkey was hard and crunchy made me afraid to eat it. The stuffing some was cooked. Some had never been cooked and was like eating croutons the server. I think she was new and I know she was doing her best. She was trying really hard and I give her credit for having a smile on her face and just doing her best. The kitchen staff had their music blaring which conflicted with the music in the dining room so that was a little unnerving don't think I'll be back to this Denny's

Very poor completely !!! Food cold and service poor i didnt have a server just to bring out the food and thats all …. And to pay cashier was on his phone while im doing this review. Thats wild cold food no refills no check to see if we where okay and couldnt pay

Food was not good to much pepper on everything! A burger too greasy a lot of condiments, hash browns un cooked, uncooked eggs, a chicken ranch sandwich with breaded steak and pickles!!!! The only waitress seems to be the cook, order took over an hour to be ready and it was awful, not coming back ever! We were the only people there.

If you are a doordash customer this place does not care in getting your orders to you. I got an order and accepted it took 5 minutes to drive to the location. They were busy but didn't get help for another 2 minutes and then told it's still being prepared. I sit and start my 10 minute timer and it goes off and still not ready, but not one employee pays attention to me. I set it for 5 more minutes and it goes off. I final ask the same woman if there was any progress with the order. 2 minutes later since she had to box it up and she tells me not to be rude to her then she demeans me and says you're just a doordash driver,I guess the customer who ordered also doesn't matter, and the people behind me were paying customers. The disrespect coming from someone in the service industry ticked me off.

Came here 2 weeks ago food was fresh & hot but TODAY had to send everything back. Food just cold !! Came back with EXTRA HARD BACON "PITIFUL" The server was very nice about it. We know it's not her fault. This my last time coming to this location. Nats on the wall disgusting!!
