Finally a healthy fast food option with a drive thru! The produce was fresh, there were plenty of options to choose from, the price is reasonable, service was friendly and quick, this place is great! I got the bbq ranch salad no bbq add jalapeño ranch instead and I'd highly recommend 👌 & will be back to try the breakfast and coffee soon!

The customer service staff was polite, patient, and very knowledgeable of the menu items. The portions were more than enough and their prices were very reasonable. I spent a whole $8.10 for lunch, that was awesome. This is a drive thru and pick-up restaurant only. I tried the Greek salad w/tofu. It was pretty good, but I realized I'm not a fan of olives. So next time no olives for me. I also ordered the frozen strawberry lemonade. I decided to exchange it for an Arnold Palmer, because it wasn't sweet enough for me. The Arnold Palmer didn't satisfy my tastes either. Other than the drink issue everything else was tasty. 😋

I am giving it 3 stars because in the past, I have always enjoyed their salads. I haven’t been there in a while, mainly because of the construction traffic. Today I went and they have changed their Cobb salad with huge chunks of chicken and it was not good. I think they should not use some of the lettuce they use either, it is long and stringy. The dressing is pretty watered down, also. Hopefully they can improve this salad, soon.

I always order it that way and I’ve never had any problems. I went there this evening and I had to give them back my order twice. First time they forgot the bacon and the extra side of buffalo chicken and just gave me pulled chicken with the skin left on it? Who wants pulled chicken on a salad, let alone eating it with hard pieces of skin? In my past orders they always gave me the cubed chopped chicken with no skin, I didn’t even know pulled chicken was a thing there. The second time they gave me my order back, they still left out the extra side of buffalo chicken. I’m willing to give the location another try, I’m assuming the staff may be new but that is ridiculous.

My friend went here. Read to the end. My friend went here to get him a four piece and they just kept on looking at him. I was looking at them from the inside of the truck. They just kept looking at him like he was planning to steal something and he was talking to his girlfriend on the phone. Then he text me and asked me why was they looking at him like that and then he just explained. They think I'm recording in here and they start harassing me by looking at me the whole time. I would never send my friend back in there again on God My homeboy is deaf and just wanted something to eat late at night. Never Cane's Chicken not this one. Anyway, we'll see how it go in the morning in the daytime when we take this order back he is scared to eat his own food after his girlfriend said she didn't want it The way the whole crew kept watching you don't know what they were doing after you asked why. You keep me looking at me the whole group. Look at the camera inside of the Cane's Chicken faculty. You will see the whole faculty just looking at him asking why are you looking at me? That's how you solve it and they couldn't give a direct answer. No way

My stomach is still recovering from my lunch here yesterday. I came to this location on my way to work and ordered a Good Greens Salad and green juice. Service seemed pleasant until I parked and realized they put rotten slices of avocado on my salad. I drove back to the window to ask for a replacement avocado and was told all of their avocados looked like that. I was offered the option to choose between two halves of another rotten avocado. Having just driven 30 minutes in bumper to bumper traffic on an empty stomach, while also on a time crunch, clouded my judgement as I accepted instead of just asking for a refund and going somewhere else. My stomach began cramping later that evening and is still upset as I write this review. If they felt confident offering this blatantly spoiled food to a paying customer, who knows what other health code violations are occurring in this kitchen. I'm reluctant to give up on the chain as a whole, but there's no way I'd ever trust this location with my food until it becomes clear that there is a switch in management.

So the breakfast burrito felt light, thought it was some shrinkflation. Turns out they didn’t put the meat or eggs in my breakfast burrito. What a joke Update, I thought it was only 1, turns out all 3 are missing eggs.

Called in around 8:00 p.m. to place an order because the online system was giving me challenges. Place an order for a fajita wrap with tofu, no cheese no romaine, substitute mixed greens and hard boiled egg and I received a fajita wrap with fajitas steak cheese and romaine. Didn't get a chance to open it up until about 5 minutes until 9:00 bit into it started chewing and quickly realized I was eating steak. Spit it out opened it up and this picture is what I got. Call the store and spoke to Sean a store manager, and he said I'll write your name down and you can get it taken care of next time you're in. Explain to Sean I don't live anywhere near here I'm only here tonight and tomorrow morning because of work. He said sorry but it's okay you can get it taken care of somewhere else at any one of our locations. I asked him how and Sean says I wrote your name down. I asked him what that means regarding my problem. He said wherever you go just tell him you spoke with Sean a manager and they'll take care of you.... And here I sit still without dinner, but it's okay because Sean the manager wrote my name down... ... And by the way just in case you're a detail-oriented person and wondering, he did not ask my name! And one last side note I order from salad and go all the time just not this location... This was unfortunate.

Usually I love this place but lately they are out of everything and they dont tell you. Im paying for a complete salad and get just what they have available Not cool at all, very disappointed 😞 Not the right dressing and missing the walnuts Expectations and reality on pics

This place has the worst customer service not just the employee but also the manager. The girl taking the order at the drive thru had a foul attitude and cussed when we drove off thinking we would not hear her on her mic. When asked for the manager she said the manager was not going to do anything and went and got her. The manager had the same foul attitude and did not want to give her name. This place has gone downhill real quick! Please retrain or hire people who actually know customer service. This was on Saturday December 27 at 5pm.
