I ordered the Cobb Salad. I understand that we have an inflation and things have gotten smaller for a larger price. But we should not suffer quality for quantity. My salad was horrible for what I paid. Wendy's can do much better. I did not receive what I paid for. They shoe you a menu of the item to order. When I got it, OMG, nothing like the menu picture. I know some kids that can put a salad together better than what I got. My tomatoes were slivers of skin, my chicken was not chopped, my bacon was a whole piece broken into two, my cheese was a finger tip portion, and the bowl was shallow meaning less than two cups of lettuce. Disappointment to me and the name. I spent too much money for something I could have prepared and enjoyed at home. Remember, your eyes like what they see, but your soul is what wants to be satisfied. Good eating, y'all!!😋😋

My order is wrong at least once out of every 3 visits (sometimes more). I usually hold my tongue but tonight, technically I received my whole order, but I guess they didn’t think I’d notice they snuck 2 regular nuggets in where 2 spicy nuggets should be. This is clearly I sign that I shouldn’t be eating this food anyway. Sigh… do better!

This is the salad I got today. It's supposed to be a spring mix, spinach, and iceberg....its a whole iceberg salad...and where are the toppings?? Berries where??!! I'm so disappointed. These salads used to be so good and now yall cut corners way too much. Imma stick with Chic-fil-a. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the customer service was excellent.

E-mail from GM after she kicked me out for being in the store before they opened even tho the website says drive thru AND dine in starts at 6:30. I had to stand outside in the cold for 10 mins. "I am just writing to you to apologize for the situation at the store this morning, the owner of the Franchise is aware about the hours on the website and he will do anything possible to fix the problem. I apologize for the inconvenience. We were cleaning restrooms and floors at that time and it was only for precaution and hygiene purposes."

My first time ordering here my food was dry and old, but I gave them another chance tonight...I ordered chicken tenders and they were literally bricks ...this location is horrible.

As I was dinning in today I saw an altercation an employee threw a whole big drink at a customer as he’s walking out! I can’t believe that’s how they treat there guest!!!

Absolutely horrible service. Manager Issac Williams has no customer service skills. They missed my son’s entire meal and he keeps rating we need to bring the food back to get the correct order. However there is nothing to take back due to not being given that order. I will be going above Issac and speaking with corporate. The service needs to be taken care of.

We hadn't even sat down to think about what to grab food and an employee was already running us, I went with my brothers to eat and we went to sit down to see what we would grab from the app, and in that a woman arrives to tell us that we can't be inside the place we hadn't even been inside for 3 minutes and she ran to us seriously what bad service and treatment and if that lady with whom we are students wants to justify herself then we hadn't even been 3 minutes so I don't know what she wanted to run without even asking "they would take an order" seriously I DON'T RECOMMEND THAT PLACE SUPER BAD TREATMENT BETTER CHOOSE OTHERS ARE BETTER THAN THAT PLACE

You'd think a mobile order there would be less communication issues. Missing and wrong items past 10 are common at this location. I recommend trying other locations they consistently get mobile and drive through orders wrong

The whole team in the night shift 07/31/2024 sucked horribly. I had to go back thru the line several times for them to finally get it right. The young man with the locs in his head was VERY RUDE & he smelled like weed. He told me I didn’t know how to place an order. I have my receipt. They don’t know how to take an order. I get allllllll the way back home after they finally got my burgers right & the sweet teas I ordered with my meal are unsweet. They all should be fired.
