Very good place for Coffee, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I usually order the Omelet with Cheese and Mushrooms. Drinks are excellent from real coffee bar. This place has been around for years and is one of the few places in the Centro to not make me sick.

You walk to the park, empty. You return to the hotel. Empty. The food prices have gone up; and while the order taking is decent, the food arrives cold, and the dried beef is a stiff, hard sheet, completely inedible. They "habitually" send the dishes out, sometimes up to 40 minutes late. That's why it's empty. My mom and I went to remember the good times we spent there with my dad, and just as he's gone, so is what once made that place so full. Today, it's a diner ruined by the grumpy waiter who's annoyed by his unique and sad "customs" that treat the customers with contempt. I regret to say I wouldn't want to go back. If I do, I'll stand in front of the entrance, remember the good times, and keep walking. I don't want to be charged a lot for food and experiences that simply deserve to be "air" on empty chairs and tables.

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was not good due to the service. From the moment we sat down, we politely greeted the server assigned to us, but received no response. After taking our order, he didn't return to the table to ask if we needed anything, unlike the other servers who did. When he finally brought our food, we thanked him again, and once more he didn't speak to us. Later, I ordered a drink, but the server who had been serving us never returned. I asked a second server for assistance, who also didn't serve me or bring my drink. After waiting quite a while, I had to ask a third server, who was very kind and finally brought it to me. It's a shame to have had this experience, as the lack of attention from the first servers completely ruined our visit.

We went to this place because it had high reviews but was extremely disappointed by the entire experience. Usually in the states you need to wait to be seated and me and my children didn’t want to just go in and get a table so we stood there, at the entrance, waiting for someone to approach us. No one did, the staff was just staring, after 5 minutes of standing and feeling uncomfortable I went to the cashier and ask, she said we could seat where ever 😑. My children ordered oj and burgers with fries and I ordered Frappuccino and red chilaquiles. We all took 2 bites of our food, the buns were hard and the meat mushy, my chilaquiles had no flavor, the drinks were ok. Then an old man approached me asking if he could draw my children, they were excited so agreed. I know this man does it for a tip but when he was done he told me -I charge $200 mxn for each drawing 😮. I knew he was lying but didn’t want to cause a scene and could see the staff laughing and whispering to each other. None the less I paid both balances and we left. Won’t be coming back nor do I recommend it.
