The place itself is beautiful and the servers are all really attentive. The good is incredible. Don't miss the tuna tartare, the beat carpaccio and the shrimp risotto.
Duck with orange was incredible. Perhaps one of the best dishes I've ever had?
The best meal of our trip! The service and the food exceeded our expectations and the price was a fair reflection of the quality of the restaurant. Highly recommend if you love French fine dining.
The service at Eloise was beyond impeccable. Fernando really elevated our dining experience with his attentive and prompt service - truly the best!! His clear explanations about the menu showcased a genuine passion for the culinary offerings, adding a personal touch to the evening. We shared a total of 8 plates and 3 desserts - every single one was divine! An unforgettable dining experience. We will definitely be going back! Thank you!
So, my grandma had been willing to come to this place since forever and we finally took her. We were not disappointed. I think I have not had better french cuisine in CDMX than Eloise. Onion soup was AMAZING. Tuna tartar was just ok; nothing to report there. Waiter (who was amazing, btw) suggested some charcuterie entree with different kinds of meat (a duck-prosciutto to die for). What really amazed me was my apple tart. I would come back just for the dessert. I believe it usually comes with cinammon ice cream, but the waiter (did I say service was wonderful?) managed to switch it to cardamom. Heaven on a plate. Wine cellar is diverse, but a little expensive (at least for the Mexican wines). Prices are fair; service is top level, desserts could not be better. Come, come, come!
had the eloise burger with braised beef, bacon burger, and the margaret burger with mushrooms. surprisingly, they had a buy 1 get 1 special on tuesday; a coworker and i visited and each ordered the eloise, then split the bacon and margaret burgers. i have a hard time picking a favorite! i'm not a mushroom guy, but the margaret ended up surprising us both and we really enjoyed them all. i don't think you can go wrong with a burger here.
Easily the best meal I had on my culinary trip to Mexico City. Order several apps and a few main dishes to share at the table. Pictured: The Special Ceviche was amazing with coconut milk. The beet carpaccio was the best beer dish we had ever had.
This is an amazing restaurant, they has a lot of varieties and the cost it worth, the hamburger is delicious and the Ceviche and pavlova is unique
Reservation required, small place but comfortable, nice and great service, food is really good, recommended!...
Great french food! Really recommended!!
It know it sounds strange but trust me, the burger is the most amazing thing
Tasty food and great service
The best
Nice
Love the burger. Great place.
Fantastic French food in Mexico City. Every time I visit from the US I visit this restaurant because I can’t find anything as good at home!
Exquisite food, amazing dishes and great taste. Original and delicious. Very recommendable, steak frites is just amazing
Oaxacan cuisine. Right next to the US embassy. Great food, service and very friendly.
International quality French bistro. Start with the escargot, stay for the duck.
The apple pie is a must!! Cinnamon ice cream is incredible 💞
This is a great spot for traditional highend French cuisine. Great wine list and atmosphere.
Top!
Interesting inventive French food. Small spot. Great food.
Amazing dining experience, staff super friendly 5/5 👍
Nice ambience, great food and wine. Great for a romantic dinner!
Couldn't be happier, small and intimate restaurant with excellent food

Great food and service
Amazing food and cocktails.
Best restaurant in Mexico.
Amazing food, ambiance and service! Great place. Food was outstanding, the charcuterie is a must, escargot are also not to be missed. We will return at every opportunity we have.
Great food, service, music. Everything. The best…especially in this area. They never forget a single thing. The bill is always correct too. I have been here many times and love it.
Just a quick drop in and Jaime Valderrama and his team did an excellent job in taking care of us from start to finish. The crudo of the day is a must!
My wife and I really enjoyed our meal here. The appetizers were outstanding—the beet carpaccio, asparagus, and onion tart were definitely the highlights of the night. The tomato soup was also delicious. For my main, I went with the duck magret. It was good, but it arrived a bit cold and had this earthy flavor that really stood out. My wife actually found it kind of funny, saying it tasted like it was ‘too close to nature.’ We still had a great time, though, and would definitely come back for those amazing starters!
Love everything about this place. Original and high quality menu. Love the burgers, very gourmet and special.
Great, elaborated cuisine with highest quality products. Excellent service. A gem in the southern part of the city. Update: returned today April 2022. Place has changed the vibe, loud music, arrogant management. Disconnect between the menu prices and the ambiance.
Hands down the best food I’ve had in Mexico City—and I’ve had some pretty great food. It’s a little on the expensive side but certainly tasty. The flavours are rich, diverse, and adventurous. The online menu is dated, so expect to see different food items when you arrive. I had the ensalada verde, scallops (delicious but a small plate—only two scallops), and the lava cake (could have been hotter but was still so delicious!!). Our server was also fantastic and very patient with my poor Spanish. It’s definitely worth a visit!
Eliseo provided outstanding service and the food was by far the best French cuisine I have had. A fantastic discovery on a business trip to Mexico City.
We went during the Covid spike, so the place was empty. Since it wasTuesday, we went for the burger-special they have. Needless to say, the eloise burger is very very close to perfection. I am a burger-freak and have tried many a place world wide. I have to put this one on my short-short list. Bread consistency and flavor was perfect, just there to do its purpose, hold everything without overpowering anything, while adding a hint of zing and crunch. The meat, ordered rare, was perfect, tasty, juicy, breaks up in your mouth, while combined two contrasting cheeses and an unidentified sauce that makes for a perfect perfect balance, no need for ketchup or whatever. Size wise, the ensemble is not to huge, and not too small. wolfed that down in 5minutes 9.99 out of 10
French Flair, Fancy Food, and Parental Approval ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looking for a place to impress your parents? Eloise might be it. This French-inspired spot boasts tasty food and good service, though it comes at a price. The Good: * French Fancy: The French influence is clear, and the food is well-executed. * Tasty: You won't be disappointed with the flavors. * Good Service: Expect attentive and professional service. The Not-So-Good: * Pricey: Be prepared to spend a bit more. * Small: It's a relatively small restaurant and it's not the most comfortable. The Bottom Line: Eloise is a solid option for a slightly more upscale meal, especially if you're dining with your parents.
Very good french cuisine, modern but still care for traditional tastes. Their duck is phenomenal and the place is nice. Service is good. A must in CDMX.
Elegant and good French restaurant in Avenida revolución. It’s very quiet so it’s perfect for business or dinner dates. Superb wine selection and great food options. It is a great spot but on the expensive side. Every time I’m in the southern part of the city or go to a play at teatro helénico I make the point of visiting again.
One of the best restaurant in the area san angel. The food are tasty, delicate and the service is great. The bread is okay.
It's a great french
Trendy french bistro with cute decor, decent service & food. A tad heavy on the flavors. We came on a Sunday afternoon without a reservation, and was sat swiftly. (Would recommend a reservation though, as the restaurant filled up steadily.) Hits: - Foie Gras Crème Brûlée: on the sweet side, but tasty overall. - Onion Soup: on point! Should have ordered the large portion! - Escargot: love the parmesan topping. Meh: - Bacon hamburger: meat was too salty, and fries too dry, otherwise good. - Short ribs: could ease off on the seasoning. Not the most exciting dish. - Service was slow; quite a wait in between dishes. Kudos: - Always a pleasant surprise when the restaurant carries gluten-free bread. - Good (by the glass) wine options, albeit pricey. P.S. While there is no formal dress code (we went wearing shorts), most seem to be donning business casual.
