Great place. The terrace was cozy and nice. Good music selection. Service was great, friendly and efficient, not pushy at all. Loved the sashimi with yuzu sauce. The tempura noodles are a must! Tasty “camelado” for dessert. Good prices. Varied drink and food menus. Valet parking available. Overall a great choice for Japanese food in Santa Fe (Mexico City).
The place’s got some really good vibes! Excellent food and excellent service!
Great food! Amazing experience! Service was perfect! Went 3 times in a week
Delicious sushi. Friendly and attentive staff. Pricey. Cloths may smell of fried food after leaving the restaurant.
Sushi was amazing. Service was really good.
Everything great, especially their service as good as always
The food was outstanding and the service excelente !
Fresh seafood with excellent service.
Food was good
Totally delicious business dinner.
Great dinning and quality
the best tepanyaki tables in the city
Fresh high quality good, nice place
Great quality japanese - Mexican style food
Probably best sushi place in Mexico City
Absolutely astonishing. Don't miss the kobe beef.
We celebrated two birthdays in this restaurant. The waiters were very friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious. They have parking and valet parking service. I 100% recommend the restaurant.
Japanese/Mexican fusion restaurant in Santa Fe. The area in itself is not worth visiting but if you’re looking but amazing food, Shu is the place. The food was impeccable as well as the service. Recommended for a good lunch while in Mexico City.
Delicious! Overpriced, but we already expected it. We spent around $150 usd/person with few drinks. I would go back.
It has very good Japanese style food. Be aware the prices aren't cheap.
yesterday I go to shu and the food was amazing ! I eat edamames an brochetas de queso I like it so much
Awesome sushi place! A little expensive for my taste but the food is sooooooooooooooooo good! You wont regret it
Excellent food and great atmosphere. A must go if you are visiting Mexici City.
Great dishes and amazing service. Loved tuna tartaro. Suntory beer is good too
All around excellent. A bit expensive but worth the price. Service and food top quality.
Great drinks and sushi. Unbelievable and attentive staff.
Must chinese fusion tepanyaki. Try the buttered oysters. Very healhy food in an excellent fancy restaurant.
Very nice food, great place.
Wonderful experience. Excellent Japanese food, very nice in Suntory Style. Wonderful restaurant, family-driven, elegant yet inviting for everyone. The food is out of this world. And original.
Beautiful deco, kind staff and most important excellent food. Not traditional Japanese restaurant, mixed a lot of Mexican elements. Teppanyaki tables are good element if you are in mood for not raw fish. My guest was impressed with the flavor and presentation of the food, portions are OK so you have the chance to carry your doggy bag for the next morning. I would definitely recommend it, but please make sure to bring enough money as prices are high because all of I mentioned.
Very nice and modern restaurant. Very friendly and attentive staff. Ambience is very pleasing. The food was good, the Gyozas delicious. The prices are quite high so do expect to spend at least 600 per Person. Ok wine selection but also prices of wine glass are extremely high for the offered wines.
Very good Miso Shiru, Seafood Soup (sopa de mariscos) and good beer. Tempura was oily
Little bit expensive but great restaurant
very nice place for business
Very good food, very nice decorations, a litle expensive
Despite the decoration being a bit "cold", the food's amazing
Good food, nice atmosphere, nice location
Great place for Japanese food in Santa Fe, one of the classics of the area, I definitely recommend it. It is however expensive for Mexico City standards so keep that in mind if you are looking for something more accessible, if you are willing to spend a little just go and enjoy the great food.
Great place in Sta Fe; you can not miss the tuna tartar and the robalo with chiles The only negative is the fried " perfume" you get there
Nice place for Japanese cuisine in the Santa Fe area. There are tepanyanki tables. The restaurant decor is also nice.
Great place. Excellent Japanese food. Very expensive.
Good tepanyaki option but very difficult to get a table
Didn’t like so much.average food.i have been just 1 time there
Had been a long time since we came but the quality of the food and the service have significant decreased. We wanted our food to be cooked in the tepanyaki but the manager decided to cook it in the kitchen, he was not kind at all and insinuated us to leave more tip (we were leaving a good amount considering the service). Not coming back.
Very tasty food but found the whole vibe ott. Playing cheesy house music quite loud in the restaurant. Three tuna dishes and sake set me back $1000 so very expensive for round these parts.
Shu is fancy and staffed by nice attentive people but the food is NYC deli bar standard and dull.
Not up to the price. You better go to Miyako with superb service and portions. Not worth.
It is a very nice restaurat with great design, and a wonderful spot for a dinner. However, I wouldnt recommend it for real japanese food lovers. The relationship price-quality is not too great. The food was OK, however OK is not enough if you want to position yourself as a high end restaurant. We had Miso, Nigiri and Rolls, plus dessert. Miso was average at best, Nigiri were very nice, Rolls were boring and basically mostly rice and veggies, would not recommend at all. Dessert was very nice. Cocktails were good. The atmosphere was tainted by a football match on 15 screens. This is not the vibe you are looking for in an high end japanese restaurant. So, in general, quite nice but not great.
Food was good. But got a terrible food poisoning. After paying 300 dollars for a meal it's infuriating to get sick.
If you want to get sick eat at this place I got Cryptosporidium from eating here a sishi roll Had to spend 3 days in bed and paid 1000 usd in medicines and doctors
