Just visited this place for some dinner and a nice hookah. Altab took amazing care of me and made Miami feel like home. As a Chicago native, the culture is different here. Altab made the experience for me all the more memorable.

My husband and I came here straight after landing in Miami from San Antonio TX. We had researched restaurants in the area prior to coming here so we knew where to go. The drinks and bottomless mimosa service were amazing. So many people were here on a Monday morning at 9-11am. It was busy but not a long wait at all. Nicole was patient and never made us feel rushed. I highly recommend this place for tourists or locals!

Our server, Freddie, was fabulous! Very attentive and had a great personality and attitude. Made dining here a pleasure!

We came trying to get a quick happy hour drink and we ended up staying for hours! Food was great and service is excellent. Maria de Los Angeles took great care of us. She was very attentive and gave us great recs. The charcuterie board is a must!

Steve was the man stopped by for a quick drink and cigar late night, He took such good care of us. We will be back often because of his service!!

Balan's was calling, and we are so glad we answered! We started our morning with a hot Earl Grey and a breakfast spread that was as beautiful as it was delicious. The Feast: - Eggs Benedict: Perfectly poached and served with turkey bacon and a fresh side salad. - The Healthy Breakfast Bowl: A vibrant mix of fried eggs, avocado, roasted butternut squash, spinach, and potatoes, all brought together with a delicious chipotle sauce. The Sweet Finish: We couldn't resist the Viennoisserie for two--the pain au chocolat was the perfect "oui oui" moment! The restaurant is currently decked out in soft blue holiday decor, making the atmosphere feel incredibly chic and serene: Winter Wonderland. Definitely a must-visit for a stylish NYC morning and beautiful service from the staff.

Our first time here and we loved everything about the restaurant. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Food was amazing. Full of flavors. Seafood tower was worth the money. We had a wonderful experience. The best part is went we walked out to wait for out Lyft, our daughter was greeted by a generous man that own an Aston Martin. She was checking out the car and he came up and ask if she wanted to have a sit inside.

When I was invited for dinner, I never imagined I was about to step into a true multi-course dining experience and when I say experience, I mean WOW! From the moment you walk in, your evening is seamlessly guided through exquisitely presented amuse-bouches, appetizers, main courses, refreshing sorbets, and a decadent dessert with liquor! Every dish is thoughtful, refined, and beautifully executed. There are very few restaurants in Miami with this level of attention to detail and service. Thank you, Altab, David, and Chef, for an unforgettable night. I can’t wait to tell everyone about it!!

And Gaby was an incredible server! She was so sweet, fast, and really took care of us. We ate, had some drinks, enjoyed hookah, and the whole vibe was perfect thanks to them. Altab was the best server he made the experience so fun! I love Balans because the food is so flavorful. I’ve come several times for the breakfast which is phenomenal with all the smoothies, juices, pancakes, steak and eggs, then another I came for the happy hour and for the seafood tower and champagne. The prices are so good too. This time I came for dinner for a special pop up called Babu which featured a unique Indian upscale experience with some of the best food I’ve ever had. Everything so fresh. Aged lamb chops, fresh fish curry, pistachio ice cream desert, a spicy margarita in a bell pepper, caviar was NEXT level! They also offer unique things like hookah and lounges outside and I would say the entire experience is 10/10. It’s definitely my must stop place when visiting Miami!! Also, the music features live DJ with fun eclectic sounds!!
