I had such a memorable lunch at The Butcher Cuisine in Miami Lakes this spot truly delivers when it comes to flavor, ambiance, and service. It’s the kind of place where every detail, from the dishes to the hospitality, makes you feel right at home. One of the things I loved most is that they offer a variety of lunch specials, giving you plenty of delicious options to choose from without breaking the bank. Whether you’re in the mood for something hearty or light, they’ve got you covered. I started with their passionfruit sangria, and wow. It’s tropical, refreshing, and perfectly balanced not too sweet, just right. A great way to kick off your meal. For my main, I went with the Lomo Saltado tender beef sautéed with onions and peppers, paired with fluffy white rice and crispy French fries. It’s comforting, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I also got to try one of their sandwiches, and it didn’t disappoint bold, savory, and served on fresh bread. And let’s not forget dessert — the torrejas were divine. Warm, custardy, caramelized on the outside and soft on the inside like French toast, but elevated. A sweet ending to a fantastic meal. The ambiance is modern and cozy, with a laid-back vibe that makes it perfect for lunch dates, family meals, or a casual solo break. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready with great recommendations and a smile. If you’re in Miami Lakes, The Butcher Cuisine should definitely be on your radar especially for a satisfying lunch with variety, flavor, and heart.

From the moment I walked in I knew it would be good. The restaurant has cozy vibes and great service. The food did not disappoint!! I got the surf & turf and the ribeye was to die for paired with the sauce 😍😍 The mixto ceviche was also so delicious, they aren’t playing about their JUMBO!! shrimps. Plate decor was spot on. Last but not least they have a maracuyá sangria that taste very fruity and fresh. Wow definitely will be coming back.

We had a delightful afternoon. The food, as the service, was a delight. I know, i said delight 3x. Butcher's hamburgers, out of this world; so the onion soup and cheese crocuettes. Carl and I can only recommend a wonderful day at this beautiful restaurant.

Just recently was at Hells kitchen for a dinner reservation and I could confidently say that THE BUTCHERS CUISINE IS A MUCH BETTER PLACE FOR A DINNER EXPERIENCE. A solid 10 of of 10 in all aspects. We started with a couple of appetizer, like the goat cheese croquettes, onion soup and the short rib tacos. The drinks where also a delight with the wonderful wine selection and the passion fruit sangria specialty. For the main course we did a variety of plates that included the snapper and crab meat with huancaina sauces, the porterhouse steak 32oz was a succulent selection of meat, the skirt steak and the filet minion was as delicious as expected. For dessert we had the house specialty of torejas from Chefs Nelson own recipe and it was just outstanding. We highly recommend it for a fenomenal family dinner and experience.

I have been going 1-2 times per week for a couple of weeks now. It’s hard to believe the negative reviews. I have yet to encounter an issue. The food is excellent, the service is great and the ambience is too. I go with 3 kids and it’s also great for them. I highly recommend this place and I hope they are very successful. Please go and support our local businesses.

This is a quaint little restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. For appetizers we had the grilled octopus and shrimp cocktail. Both were perfectly prepared, adequate portions to share and properly priced. Then we shared a picana because it is a pound! We both ate and brought a piece home. It was cooked to perfection and you can tell that the meat is high quality. Alexa and Jessica were our servers and they made sure that everything was good. I will definitely be back .

She introduced herself right away and brought us menus that were unlike anything I’ve ever seen—unique and fun (I’ll leave out the details as a surprise for new guests). We began with an appetizer, and let me just say: it was the best croqueta I’ve ever tasted—and that’s saying a lot as a local with Latin roots. Shortly after, fresh bread arrived at the table, piping hot and clearly baked in-house. As a baker myself, I can say with confidence those were made from scratch, and they were outstanding.For entrées, we ordered the churrasco and the octopus. The churrasco was cooked perfectly to our requested medium-rare—melt-in-your-mouth tender and trimmed to perfection. The octopus, which can often be hit or miss, was flawless: tender, not chewy, and with excellent texture. When I asked Alexa if she recommended it, her smile said it all, and she was right. We enjoyed the meal so much that we wanted to thank the owner directly. Instead, we had the chance to speak with the chef, who we congratulated on delivering such a phenomenal experience. Alexa remained attentive throughout, checking in on us regularly without ever being overbearing. We will absolutely be returning. I regret not capturing photos of the food, ambiance, and overall experience, but I’ll be sure to do so next time and update this review. Butchers Cuisine, if you keep this up and apply for Michelin recognition, you may very well earn your first star!

This is our third visit to this establishment. We are thankful for the consistence of service and food quality provided by Chef German and our server Jessica. We just love it, closed to our home, comfortable, high quality of food and relaxed service. Pricing a bit elevated but totally worth it. Same level as Graziano’s and close to the upper tier Steak restaurants in Coral Fables. Enjoy, relax close to home, nothing better. You have to try the Lobster Bisque, the Steaks and the Truffel Fries.

Amazing food amazing customer service. I’m not sure what the meal I had was called, but it had lobster in it with really really great sauce. Then I had a burger after a dessert. I had crème brûlée. Before I left I ordered a side of fries. i’m only here on a trip, but I’m coming back here tomorrow. The Food was so awesome Jessica, the waiter was so kind and so intuitive. She kept my throat moist my belly filled and me properly entertained. This was a great day.

For those in the area of Miami Lakes and want a good steak, this is the place. They have a little bit of everything from steaks, seafood to Italian. Recently opened in September of 2024 and with great potential to be one of the best restaurants in Miami.

Service was disappointing. We had to flag down our server three times, and she never checked on us after the food arrived. The kitchen was slow despite the restaurant not being busy. Food: Pork belly bites – These were just okay and could use more seasoning. Guacamole – The dark green color made me question its freshness. Cilantro risotto – Decent, but needed brightness. We added lime at home and it was way better. The shrimp were overcooked. Skirt steak – For a place called "Butcher Cuisine," this was a letdown. The cut wasn't trimmed well, was chewy in spots, and cooked unevenly—medium in some places, rare on one side, well-done on another. Overall: I'd give it another chance since it may have been an off night. The potential is there—they just need better execution. I do think the prices are fair once they improve the food.
