BJ’s has quickly become one of my favorite places for family shopping. The prices are great, especially when buying in bulk—diapers, meats, snacks, and household essentials really go a long way here. I always find valuable promotions and digital coupons that make a noticeable difference in our budget.

I'm here at least every other week. Always clean, organized, and well stocked. Glad to have a BJ's not too far from home!

Really good prices on the perdue chicken, soil, and other food items. Sells anything you could ever need. Has a Dunkin Donuts inside with prices lower than those of other dd. :)

Wide variety of options on all items. Good selection of meats. Its a good place to go if you are having a party or Bbq. Should be able to find everything you would need.

Nicest BJ’s Club in South Florida. I have visited the Kendall and Cutler Bay locations but nothing compared to this one. Even on weekends is not that much crowded and when there are lines to pay it moves way much faster.

Their cakes are so good. In my opinion better than publix and at a better price. Same for their deli platters (large platter $65 at Publix, $40 at bj's).

Nice, safe area, easy to get to from Coral Way or the expressway. A lot of parking spaces, clean and well stocked. You can usually find a free 3-months membership in Sundays Miami Herald paper.

I love this BJs because I like their prices and merchandise. They are opened until late 7 days a week and I can also fill up the gas tank in my car. Their employees are very amiable and helpful.

VERY good quality steaks, produce and dairy, Bakery diversity is one of my favorite, Wine cellar well updated, in general I wouldn't go nowhere else to chop my best.

It is a very large air conditioned wherehouse. The good thing is that they have it all at a low price but the bad news is that everyone that owns a business shops here when it opens. That means everything that came in that morning is gone at night. So shop early.

In general my experience has been good. There are times that some products are missing but it is not a big problem. The cashier Lindsay Hernandez is very friendly.

Clean and well stocked. Wasn't a fan until now. Their prices on household items, groceries and other household items are great. They have a huge parking lot with wide spaces and plenty of handicap spots. Safe family area at all hours.

Always glad to be greeted by Julietta she so sweet. Some of the other ladies are nice as well. The place is always clean and the line is always moving even when packed.

The store is very organized so everything is easy to find. My recommendation is to pick-up coupons book before you start shopping. Those coupons are located at customer service. You can also clip coupons on BJs.com or the mobile app. All members must have membership card when entering the store. Keep receipts since it's required before exiting the store.

For large familias this is the place to go to buy as store . You need a memberd car but you can go to customer service and pay your items. It is quite good for me, they have always offers in-store and using the app.

I am switching from Costco to BJ's. BJ's is more pleasant because it's a lot less crowded, and it's easy to park the car. Same prices. One drawback to BJ's is the shopping carts. They are old and a little banged up.

Large variety of products in bulk, but they keep changing location of the items, many times I just leave and go to nearest supermarket to find items. Long, long lines to pay

I went in the evening was asking staff where items were located and were clueless. Some of their prices are cheaper than Sams Club but most were same price or a little higher for common goods. They have a lot more organics than Sams Club so I have both memberships

This is the worst system ever, the push their quick pay and do it yourself but once you do if you mess up you have to stand in line at customer service where there are two people for the whole store, their Quick pay is not very quick when it comes down town, not other trouble shooting was offered just another line after another line, I only did the Quick pay cause the line was so long come to find out that not all the lines where open if they are self service why aren’t they all open, all in all no very quick in the end UPDATE: Irma at customer service took care of me she explained and did a great job handling the situation.

Shelves for well-stocked. Unfortunately when you need a staff person it is extremely difficult to find a person to assist you with heavy boxes or bags

A

Pricing is good dont have my coke zero that I love so only got the 4 stars.....they have a scan gun for 10 items or less I use this even when I have more item as it improves how quickly i can check out....Just do this for all the lines they check your receipt at the door anyways...Belt takes too long

BJ's is a big box store with good staff and generally well maintained shelves. Similar to Costco my local BJ's has gas at a discount but does not offer tire Center. BJ's has an excellent variety of groceries and produce including fresh vegetables and fruits at often better prices than traditional grocery stores. Some items are much cheaper and others are just competitive. They sell a lot of products in multi-packs... Like six boxes of pasta or six cans of tomatoes. Two packs of 1 litter olive oil bottles.. They also have a substantial variety of electronics including televisions and computers. BJ's has a monthly sales brochure full of coupons. BJ's has an app for your phone that will allow you to view and select coupons to be used to check out. BJ's has multiple self checkout Lanes making it easy to get out. Some of these check out lanes have handheld scanners to allow you to scan items without taking them out of the cart unlike other stores where you have to remove and replace everything. Ultimately there are no bags so you need to use empty boxes supplied at the front of the store. My suggestion is take your boxes as you enter the store so that you're putting your groceries directly into the boxes that saves a lot of time at check out.. Seniors 50 years old and older are able to start shopping at 8:00 a.m. an hour before the store officially opens at 9:00 a.m... This brilliant idea allows seniors the opportunity to shop with very few people in the store and leave before it gets busy. BJ's meat section is pretty good. Well all meat sections are better than Publix the prices are definitely cheaper than Publix. As of April 2022 ground beef has gone up in price and is currently $3.99. New York strip steak is $9.99 a pound. Great deal on white meat chicken breast boneless for $1.99 a pound.. These are regular prices not sales and have been pretty consistent. BJ's also has a pretty good bakery on par with Publix. BJ's has a deli where real people will cut meat and cheese for you on demand or a wide variety has been pre-sliced and wrapped earlier the day in a cooler for your convenience.

Bj's Wholesale Club, located on Coral Way in Miami, is a great destination for shoppers looking for affordable prices on a wide range of items. With its warehouse-style layout, the store offers a no-frills shopping experience that is perfect for those who want to save money without sacrificing quality. One of the best things about Bj's Wholesale Club on Coral Way is its competitive pricing. The store offers a range of products at discounted prices, including groceries, electronics, clothing, and household items. Shoppers can save a significant amount of money by purchasing their favorite items in bulk at Bj's, making it an ideal destination for families and individuals who are looking to stretch their budgets. However, while the prices are definitely a highlight of Bj's, the store does have some limitations when it comes to variety. While the store does carry a wide range of products, there may be limited options in some categories. For example, shoppers looking for specific brands or niche products may not be able to find them at Bj's. Additionally, the store may not carry the newest or most cutting-edge items, as it tends to focus on more established products. Overall, Bj's Wholesale Club on Coral Way in Miami is a great option for those looking to save money on their shopping. While the store may not have the widest variety of products, its affordable prices make it a go-to destination for many shoppers

Nice place. Always clean an organized. Nice costumer service. Four stars only because sometimes have the electric carts out or order and those chairs are near the door. Only the properly working electric carts could be at the front door.

First time and was a good experience. Visiting during downtime to shop here is best idea you'll ever follow through with. Tons of items at amazing prices - seriously could not get over how much there was to get here. Store was pretty clean despite a few products that seemed to be open? Odd. Staff is okay not absolute best but not entirely rude. Tons of parking. Lines seem to take a while though.

They need more cashiers (personel) available on weekends. Because for the time being it's good to shop there for getting the sales but you might end up having to ring your own merchandise. So pretty much BJ should give us a discount for working on their behalf.

K

Good location, but I visit gas station the most. People here can't follow simple flow of traffic directions.(The arrows are painted on ground.) Nor do they get, that the hose stretches far enough to reach opposite side of vehicle. So No need to park opposite of flow. Bjs please educate your consumers as they argue with customers when they are in the wrong.

K

The selection is usually good, but lines can get extremely long at the checkout and they never have enough registers open. Customer service is kind of hit or miss, and Spanish seems to be the preferred language.

S

I don't shop a lot.. I stick to Sam's Club and Costco.. but when I do the select here is Small.. not a big variety of things it's a big store, but compared the the competitors it's a lot of things they Don't have.. but I'll keep the card fr cash, it's cheaper and close to home!!

J

Place is overall decent. The customer service seems unaware of their own promotions tho. They refused to honor a new membership deal that could be opened in store. Wasted time handling the fiasco but the store is well kept and stocked

While I love shopping here they need to do better with the meat. I had to stop buying my meat here because half of it was bad when I last bought it. *Brought down my stars from 3 to 2 because now I can’t buy ham the ham was bad had some type of shine on it and the bread from the deli was not expired yet when I was going to eat it, it was definitely not fresh. The only reason I will continue to come is because of the other products but they need to do better.

Not sure if employees are not trained or simply don't care. Maybe they are tired of dealing all of us. Go here when it is not busy and you know exactly what you want and where it is...… try not to get hit by stray carts outside

I called the bakery to place an order for a full sheet cake. Not one employee in the bakery speaks English. Really???? I understand this is Miami, but please! Not everyone speaks Spanish. I have nothing against being bilingual but master both languages and cater to the English-speaking. It was so bad that they had to get someone from another department to translate. Not good at all. I'm not saying that the rest of the store is bad, but judging from the phone call, it's hard to give a good review.

A
ANDRES POSADA

Terrible customer service, I had problems to renew my membership, tried to do it online with a rep but she told me that they can not do it, but instead offered me that someone was going to call me back, well nobody did it. So I wait a week, again I spoke with another rep and they still don’t call me. I called the store at Coral way, after waiting for an hour they told me that can not renew memberships on the phone, they provided the following option, to go in person to the store. The price for a membership is $65 at the store and online $110, crazy. I requested to talk to a manager but they decline and just drop the call.

A
Art Reynaldo

The pace is good to shop, they just do not enforce the rules in the gas station, it is like the Wild, Wild, WEST here! There are signs that states " Wrong Way" and customers do whatever they want. I talked to the attendant and he told me Management told him to leave them alone. No rules and No laws!

J
J. Volpe

Carts are broken all over parking lot. Customer service is not helpful. Produce is usually rotten in a few days after purchase. They do not price match with online app even if it’s cheaper ordering online to in store pick up. They told me it was cheaper to ship to home. The gas station is what keeps me going unfortunately.

P
Philippe Roger

I'm here every week sometimes twice a week for my business. I was confirmed an order by the employee to bring it to my car the guy confirms the order and then leaves on a 30 minute lunch break with me sitting in the car waiting for him. Well it took me walking in and getting the order to get what I needed

Paying for a membership at this BJ’s is pointless. Never any cashiers, the self check out machine always giving issues. Because lots of items not in the system. Good luck waiting for help. No speaks English. Then after all that headache, good luck with the people at the exit. Everyone has an attitude, and are having conversations with the other employee at the entrance side. Not really talking but, shouting. And be careful to interrupt them. Some might actually bite you. No worth it anymore. We’ll be going back to Sam’s club or even COSCO. Just gonna use BJ’s membership to put gasoline. That’s it.

The worst deli counter of all BJs. They truly have a gift of just watching you stand there and ignoring you, even after making eye contact. They chitchat and prep ready made bags. Doesn't matter if it's just you standing there or 20 people. They wont even use numbers.

They have a very low Customer Service. They even fail to remove rotten products from their shelves. They treat customers like thieves. In a very disturbing manner they stop you at the exit and inspect the shopping cart 🛒 like your are hiding or stealing something. I have noticed that even Walmart has taken some precautions to have a closed path from the cashiers towards the exit doors preventing people from going back to the area where the merchandise can easily be handpicked, but there is nothing compared to the lack of respect these workers are treating their patrons. It is very unprofessional what is happening at this store. I have another paid membership and this is not normal. I try talking to the Manager but you always end up talking to an assistant and just seems hopeless from their perspective There are no other alternatives or possible solutions, and the mistreatment is being administered in small doses every time! I can't wait to reach the end of my year!

Paying for membership for gasoline and still over a year they have not fix the problems with the new version credit cards or debit card chip. New version CC dont work and get jammed locked. As for the coming soon wireless pay , its over a year posted nothing done. Cash only unless you have an old version credit card or debit. Customer service has gone done hill.

What I love about BJs is waiting in 2 long lines to check out, one for the half working self service check out (no human registers in sight) and another when as a paying member you are made to feel guilty until proven innocent by what feels like a frisking you get when leaving a prison. I can only imagine what the procedure would be if this wasn't a "membership club". Also their prices barely make the membership fee worth it. 0/5

Falta de personal !!!! Horrible espera en el Deli Department , cashier bad service always have to pay at automatic register. Costco always have a lot personal , fast and dynamic personal .

J
Joseph Saenz Music Library

Worst shopping carts that are all banged up and rusty from years of use, that are a hassle to keep moving straight because the wheels on every cart keep them turning. The store is usually missing one or two items that you have coupons for. No one can guide you to the correct item location. They only have one cashier on the register to keep guests on the self check-out.

This location smells really bad when you walk in. It smells like a refrigerator lost power and all the meat inside went bad. You get used to it but you really shouldn’t experience that at all when you go shopping for food.

YESTERDAY A MADE A ON LINE PURCHASETHROUGH THE BJ'S APP TO PICK UP AT 4:00 PM. AT 4:10 I DID THE CHECK IN AND WAITED FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES ON THE CURB SIDE SITE, UNTIL RECEIVED AN EMAIL THANKING ME FOR PICKING UP MY ORDER,. BUT DID NOT RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS, SO I WENT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA ASKING FOR MY ORDER. THERE TWO GIRLS TOLD ME THAT I HAD DONE SOMETHING WRONG IN THE CHCECK IN AND THAT ANOTHER WORKED HAD MY ORDER, BUT NOW THEY HAD TO DO A RE SOMTHING . I TOL THEM THAT I DID NOT HAVE TIME AND ASKED THAT THEY CANCELED THE ORDER, AND I LEFT. BUT TODAY TO MY SURPRISE MY ORDER APPEARS AS IF IT HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THEY DID NOT CANCELED THE ORDER AND THEY KEPT THE MONEY AND THE PRODUCTS AS WELL. PERFECT BUSINESS

The cashier line wrapped around the whole store. One hour wait to pay because only one fourth of cash registers were open. What a waste of time to visit the store. I left my whole shopping cart filled with goods in aisle because I refused to wait when at least 6 more registers can have been opened.

r
russell Barskoff

Disgusting attitude to customers, they refused to return the money, the seller in the optics department insulted me, While she refused to speak to me in English! And she said ( speak Spanish, this is Miami b "" h) at that moment, the manager just stood and watched! Only after a call to the service center, she returned the money and left more quietly. She didn't apologize for her employee!!!

B

This Coral Way location is no doubt the worst BJs in South Florida. Very disorganized, not nearly as well stocked as other locations, price tags are often missing, lines wrap around the store. I live within walking distance and prefer to drive to the Kendall store to save time and avoid frustration.

A
Alberto Vina

It seems this place has difficulties with taking responsibilities for their own jobs. Was held up by front entrance when the gentlemen named "Otto" could not count the items properly. Despite his only job being to count items and check off receipts he neglects to do so. This man gets paid 10$ an hour to literally stand around. Bless his feeble heart.

My wife just found a nail in cinnamon pastry she purchased at BJ's on Coral Way in Miami. The manager told me she's going to pull all the product made by the manufacturer..waiting until tomorrow for a refund but had my wife not pulled the nail out of her mouth and swallowed I'd be calling my attorney in the morning. Whatever happened to quality control?

Thd deli is a joke! Half a dozen people and one employee slicing and the other one cleaning! Pathetic!!! Update on 4/22/18. Same pathetic excuse for the service in the deli. Eight customers waiting in line and two emplyees attending. However this is the kicker, both employees are attending the same customer. Management should be aware of the stupidity of this, and if they are aware they should be replaced by a manager with common sense. Btw, everyone please be aware when ordering from the deli that the paper they use to separate the meats and cheeses is HEAVY. How heavy? For 1.5 lbs of prosciutto the paper weighs in at almost TWO OUNCES! Ask for no paper because even after complaining to the manager they continue to STEAL your money by using this paper.

I love shopping at BJs but lately I am getting disappointed with some items. I purchased rotisserie chicken and it was completely burned. Don’t put it out for sale if it fails human consumption. Yesterday I bought lamb and it was just lumps of fat for 12 bucks. Healthy foods is what BJs should be putting out. This is fit for a pet not me. Please raise your standards!!

The worst experience to buy in BJ’s when you get to the door and they have people there to review your shopping if you are thieve and then give you attitude if you make a mistake and scan one product instead of the other one. Worst experience pay for a membership and then employees do not appreciate the customer. I made a mistake scanning but they need to Lear how to talk to people and even learn more how to talk to a customer. Definitely not renewing my membership because I can’t do business with institutions that do not teach their employee how to treat customers.

I have been shopping at BJS for years now and have always loved to shop there because of convenience and bulky items. However last night was different for me. I was in a rush being a Monday night and still wearing my work attire I went to shop for my family. When I approached the check out lines I went to the self check out as I always have done again because of the convenience of being able to just scan my items in the cart. However I was stopped by an employee named Richard who proceeded to tell me that I could not use the check out and made me go to a regular cashier. He stated that I had too big of items and I could not check out there. ( I have always checked out there whether I have a full cart or fairly empty one and not to mention there was absolutely no one there it is the perks of shopping on a Monday night). I went to the cashier who told me I needed to take all my items out of my cart. However when I turned by back there was other customers at the self check out with the same items as mine and more. I signaled Richard over and his response to me was they he did not see them and he saw me and was following his policy turned around and walked away. He practically left me talking by myself. He was rude, no sense of customer service skills. They should do a better hiring process of the employees because he was obviously new. Terrible experience. I also complained to the manager on shift which was very nice and attentive and apologized for the situation.

L

The Deli Counter Service is extremely slow!! The have just one person. It took me 45 min to order and it wasn’t rush hour. The gas station doesn’t have Apple Pay. A chain supermarket like BJs should be modern and fast.

Worst management in any store in whole US. I go to purchase things for my business twice a week. For the past 6 months they haven’t been able to get flat beds for the customers to use. They have 5 flat beds for a whole store and are always unavailable because they use them to move their internal inventory. Have spoke twice to management to procure more flatbeds, and they always they give me list and of reasons why they don’t have them. If a manager cant fix this simple issue then why have them. What real problem can they fix? How can a place be called a wholesale store if they cant even provide the most simple means to purchase wholesale items. I have never posted a review for anything in my life, but this lack of management is just disrespectful to any customer.

Never one cart by the door unless a customer leaves it there. Solution for your problem. At the end of the night put the carts there. So you have carts to get in the morning. During the day have an extra person help out bring in carts. Waiting for the cart guy to get there you already lost. There is no flat carts as well good luck finding one. That’s just the outside review.

I am deeply disappointed by the disrespectful behavior exhibited by this store. They are requiring customers who claim to be club members to open their bags, backpacks, and purses for inspection, instead of implementing proper security measures. This practice is entirely unacceptable. When choosing to shop at places like Bjs and other wholesale stores, we expect our hard-earned money to be valued and receive the respect we deserve. Trying other store already. Please see the picture

The customer service is so bad in this store .

Terrible BJ's at 7050 Coral Way. The carts are heavy, hard to push and old. Customers have to ring their own items. Sometimes there's 1 cashier. Assistance is difficult to obtain because employees either nowhere to be found or talking to each other. Bagles and bread in bakery taste bad or dated. Meats and chicken dates always due in a couple of days. Vegetables always rot after couple of days. Prices are ridiculously high. And, in relation to quality and customer service, rather shop at Publix. Selection is poor. They have not had the Kleenex brand tissues for a couple of months. Last time I was able to purchase Kleenex, it was the small square boxes that bring very few. Shop changes items from isles every week making customers waste time. Pumps at the gas station are slow.

I love BJ's but they need to replace management at this particular store. Obviously there is something wrong with the store. Many basic supplies are not in stock. Yesterday I was looking to buy Zyrtec and couldn't be found. Other times you can't find regular coke cans (only mini). If anyone from corporate gave a visit to this store they will be shocked by how badly managed it is.

Its the worst customer service ever. I was buying something that costs 600 dollars and when I finally check out and go to pick up the item they dont have it and they put that it was available on the floor. So after paying for it is when you tell me you dont have it. I had never bought anything there and when I go to check out I ask for help and no one helps me. When I ask for help they help you with attitude at the end. The rep at customer service was like we dont have it in an attitude and didnt even ask me if I wanted a cash or debit card refund like I spent 600 dillars on something I need and now I have to wait for the money to kick in because of the miscommunication and rudeness of the store. You need better customer service and better understanding of the things you have in stock. Well dont recommend at all. Also if you want to talk to a supervisor make sure to not do it because when you are explaning the situation all they do is yes you are right but they just want you to leave. They dont care about customers at all.

Miguel Cardoza

Every time I go to this store they never give the attention to the customer. The managerment team does not even care to help. I've been there several times trying to get many different things like water and when I go to the aisle the water is in a pallet. I ask the cashier and they always say sorry the forklift is not available. I ask for the manager several times they tell me come later or tomorrow. They must be kidding well one thing I can tell these employees is this is not right! Do not let your customers leave with a bad experience business go out of business because of employees like you!

Diesel pumps are the slowest ever takes 17 mins to pump 20 gals and there’s always 2 pumps not working. Not acceptable something needs to be done . They should also make diesel only lanes so you don’t have to sit behind a row of vehicles in the diesel lane getting regular gas .

This is the WORST BJ in Miami. Low assortment, often rotten fruits and vegetables, terrible customer service (slow and incapable). They use a number of young people at the cash registers whom DO NOT have the faintest idea of what professionalism and customer service means. I'm surprised that HQ is still running this store so poorly. Store management should get their act together.

J

This store is a nightmare. They refuse to open registers even when there is 10 people waiting. They only want.ypu to use the self checkouts without compensation. Employees just simply don't care. Will NOT be renewing my 10+ years of membership.

J

The location is great but unfortunately they don’t speak any English so it makes anything beyond shopping quite difficult. Iris and Ana a bit rude and are not helpful so don’t expect much from them. I usually shop at night and was there mid afternoon this time so perhaps there is just a management issue with the day crew or today’s staff didn’t speak English as usually the cashiers are very helpful. Regardless I left wondering if I even wanted to renew my membership.

I love the vegan options here but ZERO customer service at check out. Also, check the expiration date cause almost everything in the dry foods section is expired

I recently signed up for a membership and placed an order for my workplace totaling over $1,000, which included several frozen and refrigerated items such as ice cream and milk. I also selected and paid for delivery service. The scheduled delivery window was between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. I received notification that the order was completed and ready since 2:45 PM. However, it is now after 5:00 PM, and I am still waiting for the order to be picked up and delivered. I am extremely concerned about the condition and safety of the frozen and refrigerated products, as these items require proper temperature control. This order is for my workplace, and the delay is affecting what was planned for. In addition, I have attempted to call the store multiple times to get an update, but no one has answered the phone. This has added to the frustration, as I have been unable to get any information regarding the status of my order. First and last time I’ll be buying from this place. Really sucks and the worst experience ever.

Best price but worse gas station. They never have water to clean windshield. Trash is always over flowing.

This store is poorly managed and staffed. Takes 45 mins to buy something everytime for the past 6 months. Costco is much better and only 2 miles away. This is my last time as a bjs member

The lady in the store was very helpful, and referred me to Liquor Store because the printer was broken for memberships. The woman at the Liquor Store Daniela was super rude and aggressive for no reason. Daniela has no Customer Service skills and should not deal with customers. She literally yelled that the Propane Tanks were broken, and her body language was “get out of here.”

The employee here are incredibly rude, and the ladies at the front are always gossiping. I come here often, and it’s always been the case. They’re not even counting the items, because you can see they’re not even looking at the receipt or cart!! Do not waste your time here, please make the drive to Costco. So much better customer service and environment, here all they care for is if you swiped your card and left.

Might be great and all but no customer service. I asked for the putter part/rough part of the ham to be cut and even the assistant store manager refused. I'm not asking for something for free, for something that takes time, for something that can't be done. But it is the store policy not to give customers what they want and how they want...... Hipe this helps as to where you are spending your money.....

Theres an old lady named Yesienia at the entrance checking customers receipts treating customers rudely even towards me I can’t believe bj’s cooperation is allowing people like her to mistreat their customers like that. I left at about 5:26pm when she acted up on me and had to talk to another worker to get her name. If that’s the core values BJ’s follows then I will certainly not come back again. But I will certainly be calling the store manager then cooperate cause from the look of the worker this isn’t her first time doing the is.

On Sunday, September 29th, around 1:30 PM, my partner and I visited your store and purchased 14 items. While leaving, my partner was subjected to what appeared to be racial profiling by JULIETA, the staff member responsible for checking receipts. Unlike other customers who were Latin and passed through without additional scrutiny, she meticulously inspected every item in our cart, particularly focusing on the prices of the meat. Although I am familiar with BJ's standard procedures, having shopped here frequently, the way she interacted with my partner stood out. She got uncomfortably close to him, sizing him up, and spoke to him in Spanish—a language he does not speak. She then claimed we had scanned a meat item twice and missed scanning another, which we promptly corrected. However, after resolving this, we noticed her continuing to allow Latin customers to pass unchecked, while once again stopping my partner's cart, repeating the same invasive behavior. Her actions made my partner, a 6'4" man, visibly uncomfortable, which speaks volumes about the inappropriateness of her conduct. Following this, when I approached her to ask for her name, she responded with an air of pride, which further emphasized the lack of professionalism. Given this experience, I will not be returning to this location. It is deeply concerning to witness staff engaging in behavior that feels discriminatory and makes customers feel unwelcome. I urge you to address this issue to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future.

BJ's charged my membership renewal fee to a card I never used to sign up, which was surprising enough. Even more shocking was the $120 renewal fee being charged to a card I only used once or twice for in-store purchases. On top of that, they charged an additional $120 from a completely separate bank account. This raises serious questions about their practices regarding storing and using card information without explicit consent. If they are retaining and charging cards from unrelated transactions without authorization, it’s not only unethical but potentially illegal. Is this even allowed?

They staff was very unprofessional & was being funny towards me & my company, would not help us when needed or when we asked. They walked right past us but went straight to the help the Spanish people in line. I usually don't like to give a bad review of a place. But today I have to do it. Today I went to buy at Bjs which is located 7050 SW 24TH ST. Miami, FL. At the entrance is this lady named Martha verifying the membership. Upon entering he tells me in a bad way and the membership? I say sorry I forgot to take it out, I'm having fun with my child! and she answers me, what you are telling me is not my problem!!! I was shocked and told her, Mrs. It's no big deal, you don't have to respond to me that way. She tells me that she is not interested in me complaining to the manager if I want, I was surprised by the way she says, complain to the manager and if you want, take a photo of me too. I have come to this location on other occasions and the employees are not friendly. I don't know what's wrong with the management of this store that is not attentive to customer service. We are living in a time when everything is aggressive and kindness and good treatment are lost. That's why in the coming years robots will put people out of work, and I don't blame business owners who prefer robots over humans.

Usually find what i need.. the greaters in the front could use some customer service training as they are some of the grumpiest people ive met. **Edited** dropped to rating down to 1 star.. this store is absolutely horrible! Rather go to Costco for now on!

Some of the rudest employees. No 1 speaks English. When you ask for a manager they always claim they are busy. Usually go several times a week and spend easily close to a $1000. Last time, the employee walked up n spoke n Spanish after I said I don't speak Spanish, she asked 3 more times in Spanish. Then claimed I had not scanned everything while I was still scanning. When asked what was I missing, Her response was you scanned not me then walked away. Born n raised n miami and rarely felt racism towards me, but here I have been singled out at times cuz im not Hispanic at this bjs.
