Bodega is a true hole-in-the-wall taco spot and easily serves some of the best tacos in town. The flavors are bold, authentic, and consistently on point, which explains why the place is almost always busy. You’ll find a lively mix of locals and tourists here, a clear sign of the value and quality Bodega delivers. I live in downtown and still make the trip to South Beach often just for the tacos alone, which says a lot. It’s casual, fast-paced, and all about great food without any pretension. If you’re craving excellent tacos in a fun, energetic setting, Bodega is a must. Highly recommended.
We tried a bunch of different tacos - al pastor and the crispy fish were our favorite. The fresh corn tortillas really made the tacos. So good! They had good bottled mixed drinks too. We wanted to go back again but didn't have time.
Favorite spot in the city. Great quality food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere. At first, it looks like a simple Mexican restaurant, but inside there’s a hidden bar that’s super cute. A DJ plays every night, and the prices are very reasonable. Honestly, it’s the best spot I’ve found so far in SoBe
Checked out Bodega and had a really good time. The food was good, drinks were good, and the vibe overall was just solid. Our server was super nice and made everything easy. They also had a great playlist going, which added to the chill atmosphere. Definitely a good spot to hang out.
Amazing value compared to other restaurants in the area. Very authentic food and vibe, and great quality for the price. 10/10 would recommend and return.
Stopped into The Bodega for a drink and some tacos, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the birria tacos and the esquite—both were absolutely excellent. Matt, the bartender, was incredibly friendly and really elevated the whole experience. My drink was a spicy sangria with mezcal, which turned out to be surprisingly delicious and unique. If you’re in the area, you’ve got to stop in for some tacos and corn—you won’t regret it!
Amazing Tacos and Burrito. The Jalapeno Brisket Tacos are Crazy good!
Food was amazing. Highly recommend! We had it twice via delivery and once there. Super fresh and flavorful.
I recently dined at Bodega and was thoroughly impressed! 😍 The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor especially shrimp taco 🌮 The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was amazing, and the whole place had a great vibe. Definitely a spot I’d recommend for a fantastic meal and a good time! 💯
Gotta love Bodega!!! Haven't been here since before COVID. Great happy hour specials! How can you top $3 margaritas and nachos! Will be back for a Friday or Saturday night!! Definitely check them out!!
The food at this place is really great but the service was a bit confusing to me. You have to go to a counter and order on one of two big Ipads. Service is very minimal but the food is well worth it. The guacamole 🥑 was very fresh, all of the tacos 🌮🌯 quesadillas ans everything ales we ordered were very fresh and delicious 🤤 the seating areas st the front are not great, I suggest you check out the seating in the back on the inside. They also offer drinks and alcohol options but really nothing fancy, it's really all about the tacos!
I only regret not giving a try earlier to this place, it’s everything I like about food: original and flavorful recipes, not the same old same you get in any taqueria. I loved the jalapeño brisket tacos! Only negative is the tables that are dirty and sticky, the staff wasn’t very friendly either and the drinks are in that open box instead of being in a fridge and as a result aren’t really cold. There’s a very nice inside part and also a club to which I’ve been once, great atmosphere but the music isn’t my style as it’s pretty commercial.
WOW! what to say about this place. Food was great, drinks were great and the lounge in back made the whole experience that much more fun. Celebrated 3 bdays and waiter offered us shooters. Strongly recommend if you are looking for a great taco place with ambiance.

Absolutely fantastic!! Yael was fantastic! Everything was amazing, the staff were incredible and the taco was delicious!!! Azul is patient and incredible customer service all around, something you rarely find in Miami! Local tuesdays are the vibes!!!

Hands down best spot for Taco Tuesday and Margaritas. I’ve come numerous times here and never disappoints. Beily makes the best margaritas 🔥 look for her at the bar!
La Bodega is a tradition for our first evening in Miami, because it’s so easy and chill with awesome food. I can really recommend the burrito with pollo asado! Fair price for the amount of food. The staff is always super friendly and happy to help. The vibe of the restaurant with the club in the back is the latino/ videogame vibe of Miami in a nutshell - a must go.

We happened to stumble across this hidden gem, and it did not disappoint! The tacos were incredibly authentic reminded us so much of our go to spots back home in DFW, but with some fun, creative twists that made them stand out even more. The indoor bar area had a really cool vibe, and the atmosphere overall made the experience even better. It’s definitely a spot that feels like a secret find. Our kids loved it too, which is always a big win when dining out as a family. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for authentic Mexican flavor with a unique spin!
If someone asks you if you want to go to the Bodega in South Beach, just say YES! What do you want? To eat some of the best tacos in South Florida? To enter one of the coolest speakeasies? A happy hour from 4-9pm? To hang out until 2am on the week nights and 5am on the weekends? To vibe and listen to good music? Bodega will say YES to you on all of this and more! So run don't walk....but if you drive, there's street parking and a parking garage across the street from the restaurant! Special thank you to my bartender Sibel, who made the most delicious cocktails!
An interesting spot with affordable and great tasting food! We saw hoards of people lining up on a wall inside the establishment for what I learned was the speakeasy connected through a weird door. We checked it out after eating and it was very lively on a weekend and gave club atmosphere vibes with certain sitting areas having to be rented out via “sections”. Solid spirits were offered, great photo ops despite being crowded. I would just recommend paying as you go as it was so packed I waited in line for over 10 minutes just to pay. Frustrating but understandable considering business was booming with 3 bartenders.
My husband and I agreed that this might be the best Mexican we’ve ever had! Helps we were hot and starving, but this truly hit the spot. The tacos were incredible, the frozen classic lime was perfect, and my husband is still talking about his burrito. If you’re in South Beach, you absolutely have to prioritize stopping here!
Bodega came on a recommendation from a local. They told us to go right to the bar and hit them up during happy hour, which we did. The cocktails were half off and the tacos all two dollars. We loved the drinks. They were creative, original, and fun. The Al Pastor taco was insanely good. Our bartender was super fun, helpful, and great for conversation. We had an amazing time and already are trying to figure out when to go back.
This place was one of the highlights of our Miami trip. The place had a secret door that leads you to the bar and lounge! The tacos are amazing. Loved the shrimp and the chicken tacos. Definitely recommend this place. However it’s mostly packed so be patient to wait until you get a comfy place to sit down and eat! Totally worth it.
Bodega is a very chill and relax taco spot. You can order your food at the counter and just wait to pick it up when the order is ready. The outside was clean and open however, their is plenty of drama all over with cars getting towed so be careful where you park. The food and Margaritas were good especially the mango Margaritas. Over all a good experience for a taco Tuesday night.
SUPER cool place heart of Miami. Best carnita way tacos in at least 20 years. Great people and service also. Must visit place
By far one of the best happy hours in Miami! $7 cocktails and $2 tacos everyday 6-8pm! The quality of tacos rivals Coyo Taco. Guac and Chili Queso were pretty good too. Plenty of space in the front and back to chill an enjoy food) drinks with friends. Better to take an Uber there to avoid trying to find street parking. Located very close to Lincoln Mall, within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!
Bodega Taqueria y Tequila, situated at 1220 16th Street in Miami Beach, is celebrated for its flavorful Mexican street-style tacos, with the al pastor variety being a standout favorite. Beyond its culinary offerings, Bodega features a hidden speakeasy bar behind a faux bathroom door, creating a vibrant nightlife scene that draws crowds, especially on weekends. If you're ever in South beach, you definitely have to try this place out, you'll definitely want to go back!
The tacos here are delicious albeit expensive. At around $6 per taco, you will easily spend $20-30, but the tacos are great. The tortillas are freshly made and so soft. The meat is well seasoned for all their options. I got carne asada, pollo, barbacoa, and al pastor. Everything was so delicious and definitely filling after 6 tacos! I also got their birria taco which, while not as good as the ones I’ve had in Los Angeles, was still pretty nice.
Peace be with you, I was hesitant at the beginning because I heard bad advice on outside food, but boy were they wronged! Excellent Tacos with Cilantro and Onion, makes it taste like the real food from Mexico, Staff is hardworking, Mexican Coke and other drinks are remained in ice to keep the cool sip sliding down the throat, condiments are AWESOME TOO!!!! Did I mention the vibe in the environment? It felt like I was outside a real Mexican Fondita. Will definitely be back for more, keep up the good work guys. God Bless Mexico!!!
This place is absolutely amazing, the waiters and cashiers couldn’t be nicer or more kind, food is great and the atmosphere is super cool. I come every Tuesday and 100% recommend it!
Well now, my first time at Bodega on South Beach and I really enjoyed it! I love the decor, they've got a half a streamliner taco truck set up inside with seating both indoors and out. The tables are socially distant, and they're requiring masks to order and be served. There's a great variety of tacos, burritos, and other Mexican dishes along with soft drinks and adult beverages. Since it's lunch and I have to go back to work, I opted for a Mexican Coke. I also chose a Steak Chimichurri taco. Wow, it's a great value - overstuffed and super delicious. In spite of the fact that it was a steak taco, it was still very light and refreshing. I will absolutely be back, and if you're anywhere near South Beach it's worth a visit. 🌮🖖
Best Tacos I've had so far in Miami! The atmosphere is so awesome, and the kitchen is built into a little trailer and it adds to the authenticity of the whole experience. The music was great, and the food was served quick. Only downside is that a coke costs $5.
This place is what Miami dreams are made off! The tacos and food overall is exquisite, a bit pricey, but very good! Plus, you're paying for the vibes. Come here late at night, eat some delicious tacos, and enter the porta-potty door for a Matrix style entrance into a Miami nightclub experience. This speakeasy nightclub experience is a must when visiting Miami!
this was the spot to go before Covid when Miami Beach was a different place. Food service and atmosphere are still amazing!
Loved the tacos here ! All of them have a little extra something something that make them more interesting flavor-wise than the average taco place. I tried coconut shrimp, Al pastor, steak chimichurri, birria and jalapeno brisket and I can't pick a favorite. I could have probably eaten a few more but I eat a lot. Also had a side of esquites and a mango margarita which were both tasty! Tried the jalapeno brisket quesadilla which was good and not too large. Overall maybe the quantities are a bit small for the price (tacos are $4-6 each) but they are a bit larger than most street tacos as well. Didn't take too too long to get our food, maybe ten minutes or so. Seating is a bit scarce but we were able to find four stools. Didn't try for the club in the back, but maybe another day. Definitely would come back!
Honestly best tacos I’ve ever had, only con is how long I waited, I ordered this through ubereats and it took 1 hour and almost 40 minutes to get here, I had to microwave the tacos but even so tacos were really good, also I must say the service is a big 10000/10 I called the restaurant number and a girl helped me with my order her name was hilley Yesterday I went to try the tacos personally and she was there, i came because I wanted to try the happy hour but the employees at the bar kicked me out, but she was really nice and took my order I’m definitely coming back and hopefully I get to try drinks at the bar
I love it here so much! The food is fire, coco shrimp taco is my fav!! Kaylin is the sweatiest! She gave me very good recommendations, and azul gave us great service at our table, she’s so nice and attentive. Been coming for years and I’m so glad it stays always good!
We came here for my best friends birthday and it was an immaculate vibe! Azul met us at the entrance with free shots, her energy was so fun and she helped us have a great time 💖 LOVE YOU GIRL!
After a long walk along Lincoln and looping back to our hotel we were exhausted and stumbled upon this place. We were famished and thirsty and let me tell you - this place has such a vibe we couldn't pass it by! We got tacos and burritos and shared a bit of everything - and obviously their $10 frozen margaritas were amazing! The prices were decent and the music was great - the place was a little tight and it was packed with people but so worth it! Would absolutely recommend and will come back on my next trip to Miami!!
This is by far the best Bodega location of them all! Best food and best crowd! make sure to go check past the port-poty door its a heck of a good time and the drinks are 100%
Our server Jona was amazing! She gave us great recommendations, everything she suggested was spot on. Even though she was working by herself, she stayed super attentive and kept such a great vibe the whole time. We were having a blast thanks to her! The only awkward part was when a guy (I think part of the management) asked us to move our table and the one next to us because “we were in the VIP area,” even though we were already eating. It felt unnecessary since the place was getting empty, and it kind of threw things off a bit.
I have always been a big fan of bodega going on my personal time so when I had a lunch meeting on Lincoln Road that called for tacos, I thought of no other place than this! The quality and presentation was amazing. Felix was very attentive and the food got there exactly when they said it would. I would definitely recommend them for catering. Everything was so good And you definitely get what you pay for 10/10 I will always be a loyal customer
Great food, is not service like restaurant but it's okay... Usted to be very packed in the past as they have a SECRET club as well, now still packed but not as in the past... Great place for food and dance night
Tacos are creative and tasty however I did not have tacos this time, I was there to get my groove on 😎 There’s a bar/lounge inside this quaint little hole-in-the-wall taco shop with music playing and people dancing. On Mondays they have $5 margarita slushees which are very refreshing in this Miami heat!
I got the Birria taco. It was great! It had a good crisp & flavor. The Birria soup / dip part could have been better! This place is pretty cool to hang out at. There is a speakeasy inside (the back) they had tequila shots laid out on a plate before you entered, so cool. Then you walk in this door and your in a bathroom before you enter the actual bar. Great times!!
Amazing Mexican food! Really like the ambiance of this spot. We went twice and there has always been a line for ordering but it’s definitely worth the wait. While waiting for the food we had some frozen margaritas which were great. The mango margarita is so good! We tried a bunch of different dishes and I have to say I love the chili crema that they put on the elote. So delicious! Best elote I’ve ever had!
I’ve been going to Bodega for 5+ years and for a good reason. On my crazier nights I would go to the club behind the restaurant and then get 2am tacos :) after getting married I mainly order off Uber eats or go for a chill date night. I came here tonight (Saturday) and even though it was super busy the service was 5 stars! They were going around the tables to make sure everyone was taken care of. I ordered the yucca frita & it was super FRESH and CRISPY. Highly recommend getting the chimichurri taco, it just melts in your mouth. The tacos were stuffed & juicy, as they should be. If you’re a local or just visiting Miami, you won’t be disappointed eating and partying here.
Speakeasy with the coolest entrance and food that is amazing no matter if you’re dining for dinner or after being inside the bar. The music is lively and lots of dancing inside on busy nights. The tacos are great: I like the Birria, Camaron Al Coco, Pollo Asado, Carne Asada, and Al Pastor. Good guac if ordering chips and guac, and tasty frozen margs!
The atmosphere is very street food but very good. They know how to move food fast. The background music was energetic and fun. The staff was very friendly and even checked in on us while out eating. The food is pretty amazing. Everyone enjoyed their food tonight and the margaritas were perfect. So glad we walked here for dinner.
Came to Miami for the first time and my friends invited me here for the speakeasy. Jael gave us an amazing experience at the bar the drinks were delicious. I will be back when I’m in Miami again 🤌🏻
Came back because we always give Bodega a try whenever we're in South Beach. Came for a late lunch, and it didn't disappoint. We of course got tacos, let me list them: birria tacos, short rib taco, a crispy fiah taco, brisket taco, and a steak chimichurri taco. For dessert, we got the churros to try. Everything was so good. For the size, prices are very reasonable. FYI, the back portion behind the wall contains more seating and a full bar. This location is close to most of the hotels, so you can drive, Uber, or bike it easily.
Delicious tacos! Love the quick eats. The fish was crispy, lovely the avocado and the chicken with pineapples. Wveryone-vegetraians ans meat eaters can find something to eat!
Came during happy hour; all well drinks 50% off! Tacos for $2 each not bad for south beach prices. Our bartender Sarah was very informative and helpful, engaged in conversation with all of the patrons of this establishment in a very sincere manor. Service nowadays seems very robotic in most establishments. The overall vibe of the establishment was very homey and relaxed! Pool table and lounge chairs, can’t go wrong there!
Came to Miami for vacation with my husband and this is the best go to taco spot in Miami probably all of Florida. I only got the tacos Al pastor because I love Al pastor. It taste so good the Al pastor just like melts in your mouth. It’s by far the best. I would recommend it. I’ve ate here 3 times during the week I was here and I will definitely visit again next year. The only thing I wish they did was double tortilla. But the tortilla was good and didn’t break. The whole place is amazing from the outside to a secret passage into a speakeasy. If you’re looking to grab a quick bite then you should eat in, there is lots of fans and seats outdoors as well. If you want to cool down from the heat and drink then definitely dine inside the speakeasy just be aware to eat there you to purchase a drink at the bar and there is service charge. Overall it was a fantastic spot
Fabulous tacos, delicious cocktails and great atmosphere! We grabbed fish tacos, chips and guacamole and mojitos in the air-conditioned speakeasy in the back! Food was so good and we were so hungry that we forgot to take photos! So I attached a photo of the empty plates. 😂The whole experience was great! Great for grabbing a bite and drink in South Beach.
I was surprised to find a speakeasy in Miami Beach so I had to go check it out. I think you would have to know about this one to realize it’s there. At first glance, it looks like a busy taco joint but there is a bar behind the port-a-potty door in the back right. The bar is way bigger than I expected and apparently they have live music. I was there on the early side of the night so didn’t see this myself. The drink selection was good but not as creative as other speakeasy’s. The drink I tried was very good. I will definitely be back to see the music and try more drinks.
I visited here 1/28/2023 I’ve been here a couple of times in the past and every single time I come the food is always on point and delicious. My partner had the Late Night burrito which has short rib, chicken n pork meat. I had the Surf&Turf burrito which had shrimp n ribeye steak in it and I must say it was VERY tasty. Plenty of shrimp and very filling. The rice is always well seasoned and the meal definitely will leave you satiated.Chips are always crisp n crunchy and the sauces are a great compliment to the flavor. The white sauce they do charge extra for but it is absolutely delicious n must have to add even more flavor to any of their items, promise you it’s worth the $1.50 You must park parallel along the side of the street, and be careful to not park in the wrong lots and get towed or ticketed. It’s easy to walk to if you park a little far.
Absolutely love this place! My friends and I have been in Miami for 2 days and we have already been here 4 times (about to make it 5 in 30 minutes). They have incredible food as well as late night entertainment, we’re already talking about how sad we are to leave this place behind.
The tacos were reallly good, the staff were super friendly and welcoming and the vibes were a 10! It was a slower night in the lounge but was busy for food orders. Great local spot!! A must try.
This place was so good we went here 3 times while on vacation. Literally anything you get on the menu I guarantee you are going to love, all staff we have encountered have been so sweet and great hospitality. If you’re in the area you should definitely stop!
La Bodega is a tradition for our first evening in Miami, because it’s so easy and chill with awesome food. I can really recommend the burrito with pollo asado! Fair price for the amount of food. This place is awesome - fresh, handmade Mexican food in a lively atmosphere with good music. Perfect after a long day at the beach and definitely not a tourist trap. The dishes are simple but perfectly cooked! Much better than the usual Mexican street food. Go for the Taco Tuesday deal: 3 classic tacos for 11 USD. We tried all 5 flavors and all are excellent.
These breakfast burritos tasted so good that i instantly started speaking fluent Spanish as soon as it graced my face hole! We got the chicken quesadilla, which im pretty sure is better than anyones moms home cooking! And a breakfast burrito. Super chill vibes with a beach style atmosphere, 9 out of 10 people would love it here only because the 1 person who wouldn't either has no taste buds or has 0 awareness of great food!
Came on Tuesday night at around 9ish. We were late for the happy hour 4-9pm 🙃 food came in about 5-10mins. plenty seating outside. Love the crispy prawn and fish tacos, crispy and lots of fillings but not much for the classic meat tacos, tasted dry and bland. The hidden bar inside was empty but it would be packed on weekends
my friends and i have been here four days in a row, and one of the days we even went twice. we cannot recommend this place more!! the food is delicious and the prices are great, i personally think that if the prices were higher it would be completely reasonable considering the quality of the food. definitely come here if you’re in miami!!! can’t wait to come back next time
Absolutely love these tacos. As a Mexican it’s so hard to find tacos I like so I can assure this restaurant is approved 100%. Everything is deliciously made. The music is always on point. I’ve never heard of any other restaurant playing Santa Fe Klan 🙏

Bodega is a now-distant memory of my years living in Miami. I even brought my cat here. Just come here. Get your tacos. Sit, enjoy, and people watch. And then go party in the back.

Great food, birria quesadilla was really good, reasonable prices, cool hidden bar... on the west side of south beach
The ambiance and customer service were top tier! As you enter the bar through a porta-potty door, you're instantly transported to another world. The bar manager made us feel right at home and turne…

By far the best tacos we’ve had in ages! Friendly service and great food in a very authentic, cool and informal venue - what more can you ask for? We loved it here!

Wow. We visited after reading online recommendation. We loved everything. Great cocktails. Cold beers and sodas but most of all flavour packed authentic food. We shared nachos, tacos and birrias and …
Very good tacos! A must if you like tacos and visiting Miami. Camarón Al Coco, Al pastor, Crispy Fish, Carnitas and a vegetarian one with sweet potato black beans and avokado was great.
An all rounder spot for a great night: strong drinks, good music/vibes behind an unassuming blue door, hot drunk tacos out front! They had a pool table too 🙌
The tacos and margaritas at this spot are definitely worth trying — both were packed with flavor and really well made. I had read that the place used to have a speakeasy-style bar concept, and it seems like that part is now kept open regularly. The atmosphere has a fun, slightly hidden charm

We walked to a few taquerias, but after asking a few people that work at one of the retail store where the best place to go we found this. I’m really glad we ended up walking a bit further to find this gem. Although it is a chain it is incredibly authentic and a worthwhile experience. It can be a bit difficult to find if your new to the area. We ordered six tacos to split between two people. Our favorite taco was the crispy fish and pollo asado. All of the tacos had excellent corn tortillas that did not fall apart and each were generously but correctly portioned. Our two favorite had well balanced seasoning and taste. The other ones like short rib, Barbacoa, carnitas we’re all good but wish they had less meat and more cheese. They have an array of hot sauce options. The Barbacoa taco was very good but tasted a bit dry even after dipping in sauce. If you use the bathroom you’ll find the back door bar which felt like a Breaking Bad scene.
We were told this place was a must. We went and were not let down. Miami is all about Instagram worthy food and experiences. This place had great tasting food and a cool environment. Also a bar if you wanted to do dinner and drinks. They have happy hour on food from 6-8. Some Tacos, chips and salsa and some beer goes down in price. It's a great experience. They have a porta potty that leads to the bar. It's funny watching people walk in than walk out thinking it's the wrong place.
My husband and I came across their account on Instagram and couldn't wait to try it during our trip to Miami. Gotta say it was the best food we had here! The meat was seasoned very well and the toppings on the tacos are well thought out. The chips and queso are good but the best things were the Elote and the quesadillas!!! The corn was very flavorful and the rajas inside the quesadillas is brilliant! We ended up going back 2 days in a row 🥰 the only downside is you can't pick the type of tortilla you want!
Exciting atmosphere though much too crowded to dance at all. Wish they would play a little bit more Latin music given the theme of the place. Tacos are quite good though there may be a bit of a wait. I enjoyed the fish and Carnitas tacos which were excellent. Overall a good time in South Beach.
I came here to attend our company's holiday party. Normally I don't travel this far south, but since our company had chartered a bus to take us here directly from the office, I thought why not. It's located in South Beach so you know you'll hit some traffics. Since we came on a bus we don't have to worry about parking, which could be a headache down there. We had reserved a private room to host our party, so I can't tell you much about the actual dining area. But our private was nice. We have our private bar and staff were already assigned to us for the evening. As we first walked in, we were greeted with a welcome drink: Pink Margarita. I have to say the drinks we had for the entire evening were great. The margarita was delicious. I tasted the alcohol it's not too heavy and that's just right by me. We were served a few different finger food for the night, not a complete meal. The Ceviche was light and refreshing. It had grouper in it with tomato, red onions, lime, and cilantro which was light and tasty. I also enjoyed the chicken quesadillas. The churros came with a nice Nutella dipping sauce which was pretty good. The service was excellent. The staff was nice and friendly. They took good care of us, and worked really fast and hard with big smiles on their faces. I do enjoyed the food and drinks here. But would I come back? Probably not only because it's too far from where I live. But if you are in the area, you definitely need to check it out.
Update March 2021: Ooooh, I really vibe with the lounge area. Great service too especially early evening! It gets crowded pretty quickly so definitely try to go a bit earlier to beat the crowds with the limited seating. If you happen to get here between 6-8 pm in the lounge you can snag some great Happy Hour drinks and eats with the vibes. I got a whole slew of cocktails and snacks. I started out with the La Diablita. Really delish, refreshing, and pretty. Sweet without being super sugary and a blackberry accent. Next, the Pico Picante! This was so good!! I'm all about spicy cocktails at the moment so I was living for this! Great spice and would order again!! Make that three in a row pls! Last drink I ordered was the Mezcal Old Fashioned. I'm pretty sure this put hair on my chest. So bold and strong. Really smooth though and great for sipping on. For foods, I got their Chips and Guac. Such good guac!! Really enjoyed it. I also got their tacos including Al Pastor, Short Rib, and Carne Asada. Not mind blowing, but really good still. A wee bit on the dry side sometimes, but tasty nonetheless. I really enjoy this establishment and will be back! More Pico Picante!! -- Bodega SoBe has that Miami laid-back swagger vibe because the front of the restaurant is like a food truck, but if you make your way to the inside you'll encounter it's swanky industrial chic atmosphere. Between their tacos or burritos, the tacos are my pick. They are prepared a lot more better in my opinion because the ratio of tortilla, meat, and filling was more satisfying than the burrito. The burrito had a lot more beans and rice than I would have liked that made the amount of meat seem unbalanced, but still tasty. I ended up getting the Taco Al Pastor since it is on the sweeter side with the addition of pineapples. This aspect along with the heat from the jalapeños and savoriness of the pork was delish! Definitely hit this place up during Happy Hour that they have daily from 6-8 pm with $2 Clasico Tacos, $4 Chips & Guac, or $3 Chips & Salsa with $4 draft beers or $5 tequila shots to start your night early! Salut!
Great location for drinks and food. Both are very good, however I thought the inclusion of a resort fee on my bill was odd, it's a speak easy and not a resort. They also included the tip. The staff was friendly, atmosphere was fun. They offer a happy hour from 5 to 7 the day was there. Definitely a must see.
This is a great spot to get a quick but delicious bite of food. While 6 tacos and 2 beers cost roughly $50 the selection and taste was worth it. The flavor combinations, texture, and overall presentation made eating this food a real treat. Its a relaxed casual place that the locals frequent. I'm glad I found this place.
Bodega Taco Shop in Miami gets a solid four stars from me. One of the things I appreciated was its convenient location, just a mile or so stroll from the beach on Lincoln. Even though I didn't get the chance to check out the secret bar, the idea adds an interesting twist to the place. What struck me most was the affordability. It's refreshing to find a spot in Miami that doesn't leave a dent in your wallet. Despite its popularity, it feels like a local haunt rather than a tourist trap, which is always a plus. The atmosphere is laid-back, perfect for grabbing a bite after a day at the beach. The tacos were flavorful, and the variety of options satisfied my cravings without breaking the bank. While I didn't explore all the nooks and crannies, it's evident that Bodega has a lot to offer beyond just tacos. I could sense the community vibe, making it a spot I'd likely return to on future visits to Miami. If you're in the area and looking for a casual dining experience that won't drain your funds, Bodega Taco Shop is worth checking out.
After trying stone crab and not wanting to break the bank trying to fill up, we came here for the rest of our meal. Covid-19: you can order and pay online. Pickup is easy if you can find parking. We got 5 tacos: Al Pastor, Pescado, Crispy Fish, Camaron Al Coco, Jalapeño-BBQ Carnitas. We also got a side of Esquites. The tacos were good but not great. My favorite was the Carinitas. It was so saucy and flavorful. I also liked the Crispy Fish a lot. Some of the others were kind of dry. The tacos were on the smaller side as well. The highlight of the meal was the street corn (Esquites). I could have eaten 5 of those. Make sure to get it. With so many good places to eat in Miami, I'm not sure I'd be dying to come back here, but it was good.
The front end had a fun street energy. The back end was lounge like. The dj played great music. We had 2 margaritas, 1 long Island, and a amaretto sour. The passion fruit margarita was good. Long Island, not as i normal have but it was ok. Chicken tacos were decent. The esquites was ok. I didn't add my spice that i normally like. Got chips and guac. A few of my chips were really hard. Otherwise o enjoyed my guac. Service was attentive. The bar was pretty empty on a Wednesday night between 845-1120pm which is how long we stayed. Overall i would recommend. I would return with a party of a few party starters lol.
“Bodega is a great spot if you’re craving delicious tacos and tequila in Miami Beach! The shrimp burrito with beef is amazing, and their salsas are on point. The vibe is fun, with reggaeton playing, adding to the lively atmosphere. The only downside was the service—our server took a while to take our order and things were a bit slow. However, the food made up for it, and their Sunday happy hour margaritas are a must-try! Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.”
The tacos are simply amazing. Staff is very friendly. Only issue is that besides all the Happy Hour offers and the average price the bill adds up quite quick. Three tacos are a little bit more than an appetizer. But that’s just how it is :) in general I recommend the place highly based on taste but it is not a bargain.
Based on 1 visit: The 'speakeasy' section is interesting. The service was very good, and food good. Loud. Went for a work function, so can't comment on cost, and it was generally too loud to chat easily with the music and crowd.

The food's amazing! Fresh ingredients full of flavor! They play good music too and the cool decor is super cool! It's a little pricey, but definitely worth it!
Reviewing the food, not the club: 3.1⭐️ We have been to this place a couple of times before reviewing it right now, and it was always decent. Unfortunately, this time we had a couple of issues. First, the tables outside are mostly filthy and not cleaned often. We really enjoyed the nachos previous times, but this time they were stale. We added the carne asada on it, which is usually great! Taking into consideration they are open late, the tacos were actually good. Maybe too dry for my taste, but not bad at all. I liked how the tortilla tastes and its texture. I wish there weren’t so many wild and loud people around, but what can you do — SoBe… Lastly, the prices are reasonable and fair! All in all, for a place that is open late and basically being a club as well, not bad!
We tried all the especial tacos and the Crispy coconut Shrimp taco and crispy fish tacos were my favorite as they were cooked perfectly and tasted super delicious. The birria taco was a greasy mess and they were so thin it looked like paper - more tortilla than filling ratio. The guacamole has no flavor - do you guys add lime and salt to your guacamole? Also, the esquites were a sloppy mess of shaved corn in a swampy mayo sauce - you’re ordering elote sauce with a side of corn. I also called the shop as soon as I placed my order and spoke with a team member asking for a few sides of the green hot sauce that is free to use on their counters near the drink station - she said you have to pay for those.. I said, I’m referring to the free hot sauce on the counters, she said no can do. I’m not sure what happened to this restaurant group, they were in their prime time from 2020-2024. Maybe I just had a bad experience. Thought I should leave this as I’ve been a recurring customer for a few years, however, this time was a complete let down and I don’t believe I’ll be going back.
Been coming here for about 10 years now, it’s changed drastically for the worse. Last night the food came out cold TWICE! I sent it back and the server got mad at me for telling him my tacos were cold!!! Second time they came out it was the same tacos cold again! When I sent it back again they sent the manager who kindly enough told the cooks to make me fresh tacos, which came out hot but had no flavor. Meat was dry, pastor tasted like days old pork chops with pineapple, carne was tough and dry, really disappointing from a place I used to love…

The vibe was super welcoming and ordering was pretty straight forward Mexican favorites. However the food was not great. The carne asada taco was salty not flavorful, the chicken quesadilla looked good when it came out but I noticed they sprinkled the cilantro on top 🙁. After taking a couple of bites I swapped food with my parents. I also found the outside tables were sticky, likely a result of the heat on the lacquer finish. 🤔
The frozen margarita tastes like sugar and lime juice. I ordered the asado tacos and they were cold, got a second order and once again cold. Queso doesn't taste as good as it used to. This place us…

If you order takeout via Bodega App, do not rely on pickup estimate. Just waited over an hour for two burritos. Easily worst takeout experience I’ve had in 5 years living on beach. If you want to eat there, just go.
Waited 20 minutes with no one ahead of me to get my guac and chips and burrito. The shrimp and steak in the burrito were ice cold. Rice was hot but protein was cold. Great meal 🤌🏾
