Buffalo Wild Wings

I went to BWW last night for the Ankalaev vs. Pereira UFC fight and as expected, it was very packed! Luckily, I found a seat by the outside area where Haylee was there holding down the bar and with a big smile too. As I waited patiently for my Cheesesteak Sandwich, the manager David, stopped by to let me know my sandwich was being remade to proper standards and to give it a few more minutes. Sure enough, my sandwich came out looking and tasting incredible. David apologized for the delay and even treated me to the sandwich, truly superb service! Thank you to the entire staff for working hard on a very busy night but especially to David and Haylee for making sure my fight night experience was a memorable one!

Lily at the bar gave me the best service was very attentive and made sure we always had what we needed when the food came out and whatever else definitely coming back

The food was good. We had the Pick 6 meal so it was a good value for the money. The reason I'm giving a 5 star though is for the customer service. Our server (I wish I remembered her name but she was a blonde young lady) was wonderful. She gave us great recommendations on the food...definitely be careful with the Blazing sauce...ITS HOT!!!! And she was super attentive and friendly. For the server: You are awesome!! You have a great personality and energy. Don't let anyone dim your light. For management: This one is a keeper. Give her a raise!!

Food was ok, but I felt like I had better in other buffalo wild wings sites for instance in Orlando and Manhattan. Chicken was a bit dry. The restaurant was not busy at all. I think they could have better variety with what is shown on the screens. Service was fine, very quick.

At first total chaos: Entry counter was unoccupied, nobody there to assign a table. After waiting minutes and approaching a waitress, she said I could just sit down wherever I want. After sitting down, nothing happened. No menu, nothing. After a while, another waitress noticed me and asked if someone had assigned me the table which I affirmed. The food is great. Everything was fresh and tasty. The BBQ Honey Chicken Wings and the Burger were 10/10. Our server of today was super friendly and very patient with our requests. Unfortunately, the restaurant has a big issue. For some reason, in the two visities, there was only 1 server in the whole floor taking care of all the tables. One employee doing everything is something that is not right. The management should change the way they are operating. Food: 5 Stars ⭐ Service: 5 Stars ⭐ Management: 000 Stars 💩

Customer service was excellent. Shout out to Victor, who took care of us. The atmosphere was also great and the tables were clean. THE BAD: When it comes to the wings, the sauces are some of the best in the game, but the wings themselves were really, really dry. If it wasn't for the sauces, the wings would have been unbearable, and I probably would have returned them. Personally, I thought it was a bit overpriced for the quality of food. THE GOOD: The chicken sandwich was really flavorful. Fries were okay, and the salad tasted fresh. As mentioned before, the sauces were awesome. (i recommend the garlic parmeson, original buffalo, and lemon pepper). Overall, it's not the best BWW. The iconic sauce flavors will always dominate. I would not recommend it if you want more bang for your buck.

i don't see the hype with this place, it's expensive for what it is. Don't get me wrong, sure it was good but nothing outstanding. Also, if i order plain wings, it doesn't mean that i want bland wings, you can at least S&P them! The service was ok, they forgot us a couple of times, which was annoying because we were in somewhat of a hurry. It was my first time at buffalo wild wings. The food was delicious.The atmosphere was good. Great selection mode of wing sauces. The table service while we were there was some of the worst I've ever had in my life.

We ate a later dinner around 10:30pm. Only two waiters were working that night. We sat down at the bar which was clean overall. Our waiter was okay. He didn’t introduce himself and he forgot our order of fries. He was a little dry and blunt. But he did bring out food out as it came so it was warm. The food was delicious. The only thing that bothered me was that my celery was mushy and there was some bug on the TV screen that grossed me out. Overall, not the best Buffalo Wild Wings I have been too, but the food was good!

Not a bad place to eat wings and have a beer. Even though it's over priced, they do give you free carrots and celery along with blue cheese or ranch. The service there is not great. We got ignored a lot by the service people and the seating hostess and their attitude was like they didn't care about the customers or make them feel welcomed. Chelsea our waitress however was the exception. She was ver friendly, courteous and helpful. Would I ever go back? Yeah but I won't be clamoring out of my way just to go there.

The chicken was good, the fries were very bad, the service was very bad, it took 15 minutes to be served, it took 40 minutes to bring the chicken and fries and the beer they didn't come back to the table, I had to go to the waitress to pay.

This was my first time eating at ANY Buffalo Wild Wings. I had heard so much about this place but I was greatly disappointed. We were given the worst seating in the venue even though the place had plenty of vacancies. We were put close to the door, so everyone had to keep walking around us. I feel that the tables were cramped too close together. The waitress did the bare minimum, yet she made it her duty to circle and star the tip portion of the bill when it was time to pay. I ordered 5 lemon pepper wings (sauced) and 5 salt and vinegar wings (dry rub). They were so hard (and overpriced) that they broke one of the Braces brackets on my teeth. I just gave up and took them home for my dog to gnaw on instead. What a waste of money? I'm never going back there. I couldn't even eat the food. I left there with swollen gums and a pending orthodontic appointment. 😒 I've attached a video of me tapping the wings on the metal plate so you can hear just how hard they are. Such a shame.

If you want slow service, expensive blah food and a broken Pepsi Machine, this place does not disappoint. The food tastes like it came out of the cheap Walmart Bag, the regular wings are ok but the boneless are mostly bread. I have been there before and wow, it has gotten bad. I guess if you want to watch the game and drink water, the place is perfect.

The server was ok like she did her job the best she could but the food was super mid. The place was super hot like for sure they had issues with their AC. We had the wings and we had the ultimate nachos. The ultimate nachos we got was with chicken. Let me tell you I think it was canned chicken. Actually everything tasted super processed and salty. The only thing that saved us was the draft beer which was cold and helped to balance the fact that it was really hot in there. The atmosphere was a mess. Like it smelled like humid. I felt bad for the workers having to work in that heat and smell. The floors looked dirty and there was trash all around the rug floors. I will probably never go to this location again. Oh and the wings were ok like they were not bad but they were not good. For the price we paid I think they could do better. Not worth the time or money.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The wings were very dry and overcooked, with little tenderness. I was also surprised that no vegetables or sides were included, as most places usually provide them by default — here, you have to order them separately, which wasn’t clearly mentioned. I paid $25 for 10 wings, including the service charge that I always add, even when, as in this case, it’s not really deserved. Too expensive for the quality of the food.

We get sat at a table with the stickiest surface and we couldn't get a new table or have it cleaned for the longest, the drinks menu was also sticky and smelled like a drain , once we got moved , the server knew nothing about the beers I was asking for or what was on tap and also didn't know what else to offer other than your regular lagers even though i asked for an ipa, therefore i asked for any ipa on tap since the person she was training seemed to have an idea and i still got a lager , I'm making this review before I get the food because I'm afraid the review will get even worse...

Not the type to write reviews much but I was just so upset with this experience, I have been to many buffalo wild wings, and today’s experience was never like the ones I had before. After not being greeted at the front door, our host just walked us to our table, put our menus down and walked away. Then server took our order. We got a simple sampler platter, and had to send it back because our nacho section was not up to part in a sense where it was full of pickled jalapeños then the other ingredients that go with it, send it back and you can see in the picture we got the same results for the second time around. Didn’t feel heard so didn’t even bother to send it back a third time. Just wanted to let you guys know that this place sucks!

Restaurant doesn't value the customer, has no respect, I made an order and after 2 hr waiting they told me they didn't have it. I replaced it with something else, the order arrived completely wrong, I took my car, I went back to the store, I asked to speak with the manager and he said he wouldn't answer me because he was busy. I waited another 1 hr for them to refund my money but they didn't, I lost my money on top of all that. Shame on this restaurant, I'm very frustrated with all of this.

I came with my family to watch a UFC fight around 10:40pm (open till 1:00am) and the host said that they’re not accepting more customers even tho they have 7 tables available outside. Tables and chairs were Disgusting, they probably left them dirty so nobody else would like to sit. This is totally unacceptable. I would never visit this restaurant again.

This place has the worst service than any other places I’ve been to. The first time ordered with Ubereat, specifically asked for spicy garlic sauce but was given teriyaki sauce. The second time, they forgot to put celery and carrots in the order. Unfortunately I can’t give them a zero star.

i drove 25 minutes out here for the buy 1, get 1 traditional wing special. all was well until i looked down and realized they gave me celery with mold. i asked the bartender to have the chicken dropped fresh as i didn't want to consume food that came into contact with mold. she reluctantly took the food back and told me they'd remake the order. when i was given the 2nd order of wings, this plate also included celery (despite me telling her I did not want celery), which also appeared to have mold. now that i'm reading the reviews, i see i'm not the only customer that's received moldy celery lol. very disappointing experience and i will never return. if you decide to eat here, make sure you double check your food.

I spent 40 minutes staring at dirt and wondering if anyone worked here.. Had better luck finding a needle in a haystack than finding our waitress.

Management is terrible. No one wants to work here. No service what so ever. There is 1 bartender serving 9 tables and 6 people at the bar stand. Shes so swamped she has then bringing their dishes and cups to the bar and standing in a single file line. The only server is running between another 10 tables. I saw 30+ people walk out because there's no hosts and the servers arent hosting, answering phones, bussing or even looking up from their tables. Took me 50 minutes to get mozzarella sticks and boneless wings to go. It's dinner time at the busiest mall in the county.

I never expect to have to return to eat at this place! the person who took care of me did not even take the time to come to the table to attend to me, he only made gestures from the bar so that I could approach to try to say the "happy hour" had ended- but in the clock there was still time - ... Even the order that came to the table was not what I had asked for and the answer was "that what I wanted was over"... The order is not correct and the people over there doesn't care.... No flavor, no quality, and bad costumer service.

The waiter was very nice and attentive to us, but the wings where absolutely atrocious, and extremely overpriced. A couple of them came with the feathers still attached to it, absolutely repulsive and it destroyed my appetite when I bit into one of them and had to pick a feather out of my mouth. Will never be back even if i was paid to eat there

⭐️⭐️ 2/5 Stars What happened to Buffalo Wild Wings? I came here on a football Sunday with my family to watch games, have some drinks, and enjoy a casual sports bar atmosphere. Unfortunately, that is not what we experienced. Service: I walked in around 12:30 PM on a football Sunday and there was no host, no greeting, and almost no one inside. After standing at the entrance for two to three minutes with no acknowledgment, we ended up seating ourselves since there was only one other group in the restaurant. About five minutes later, I finally saw the host, so I walked up to let him know we had seated ourselves and to ask for menus. It then took another 15 minutes before a waiter came to our table. He looked like he clearly did not want to be there and didn’t write down any of our order. About 20 minutes later, we received only half of what we ordered. Unsurprisingly, the rest had been forgotten. He then informed us that he was going home and someone else would be taking over our table. After asking two different employees who our new server was, we finally met her 10 to 15 minutes later. To her credit, she did a better job than the first server. I ordered one of their espresso martinis, which are promoted all over the menus and throughout the restaurant, only to be told they didn’t have any martini glasses. At the time, the restaurant was nearly empty. It’s confusing how a sports bar actively promoting martinis doesn’t have the glassware to serve them. Food took an extremely long time to come out. Even appetizers took close to 30 minutes. We were told the kitchen was backed up, despite there being maybe 10 to 20 people in the entire restaurant. I can’t imagine how this place functions when it’s actually busy. Food: The food was fine. Typical sports bar food. Nothing stood out as great, but nothing was terrible either. Overall: This experience was disappointing, especially for a football Sunday. Slow service, poor organization, and long wait times overshadowed what should be a simple, enjoyable sports bar visit. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be a reliable spot for games and casual dining, but based on this visit, it’s clearly gone downhill.

After waiting a while our waitress arrived and we gave our whole order. She brought out our drinks (Pepsi) and they were carbonated water. The syrup was out so she told us she would get it fixed and bring new ones. Meanwhile, our food arrived and the sides that we “upgraded” to instead of fries were not there. They brought us the correct sides a little bit later but still no drinks. Now we have double sides and our main course but no drink. Our waitress comes back and says that they are not going to have anymore Pepsi today. Basically she is saying the management sucks because that is their main soda product and they should not runout of it if the management knows how to order. Wasn’t offered a bottle of Pepsi that they sell for to-go orders. When I told her I didn’t want anything else to drink she offered me water. Wish I would have looked at the reviews before we went. Visiting from out of state and thought this was a familiar place. WRONG!

Hoping to see improvements in service and upkeep.. This place is gross and the customer service matches it.

Every time i come here for pickup there's 0 staff i wait for over 20 minutes just to place an order, the staff look at you and go the other way, i never ever write reviews but this is crazy

Genuinely wish I could give this place a negative review. First of all, the service is HORRIBLE. We waited for half an hour before they would even seat us and another half hour before we got to order. Took another HOUR to get food and even longer to get WATER. The server was rude and short with us and some drinks we ordered we never even received. Genuinely the worst dining experience I have ever had and I am recommending everyone I know not to come here. I’m so incredibly disappointed. Do better.

Would give lower than 1 star if possible. Completely dead inside, took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged, 30 minutes from when we sat to have order taken… no sense of urgency or desire to provide any kind of service - good or bad. This was so bizarre.

Our server Lily was fine, everything else was the problem. As a manager, how do you understaff on one of your patented deals days? We didn’t get our order taken for about 10min, we almost left. Our food took 40+ min to get to us as well. We spent 90min there when it should’ve only been about an hr. Hire more people or be realistic about the wait time. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wasn’t seated for 15mins with no customers here. Now I made it to the table and it’s been 10mins and still haven’t been asked what I want to drink. Terrible customer service at Dolphin mall.

We were not attended to. First, we waited 10 minutes for someone to seat us, since it’s customary here for the waiter to show us to a table. After that, we waited another 20 minutes at the table, and no one came to take our order — they only left napkins on the table. So we left. We were 4 adults and a 6-year-old child, which makes the situation even more unacceptable, as we were all hungry.

We had a very disappointing experience at this location today. We waited about 20–25 minutes and told several staff members that we were ready to order. Each time they said “just a moment,” but no one ever came to take our order. Meanwhile, other tables who arrived after us had their orders taken and food served. We were with three small children who were very hungry, and it was really difficult to keep them calm while we kept waiting. Eventually, we had to leave without ordering anything. Before leaving, I went to the hostess stand to explain the situation and ask to speak with a manager. I waited about 6–7 minutes for the guest in front of me to finish, and when it was finally my turn, the hostess picked up the phone and started talking instead of helping me. She had already seen me waiting there for several minutes, but never put the call on hold or acknowledged me. So I couldn’t even share our concern with anyone. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy — there were plenty of empty tables. It really felt like we were being ignored, and it left us feeling very unwelcome. Whether it was just bad timing or not, the overall attitude from the staff made us feel disrespected and disappointed. Definitely not the experience we expected from Buffalo Wild Wings.

To start the hostess looked annoyed we walked up. She sat us without saying a word. We never received service once sat. I clocked it, we sat for over 12 minutes with ZERO service. We left. I’m not sure how this restaurant has survived in this location. Because all the other restaurants on the other side of the courtyard area had super friendly and outgoing host offering you tables wanting to show you their menu, wanting your service to come in. We were exhausted after shopping all day though so we went back to our hotel and DoorDash Starbucks & McDonald’s and honestly, that was a hit.
